It's five guys. Like all fast food you know what your going to get.

Soft drinks are massively varied and are refillable which we tend to share me and partner. The small fries are huge. I'm always have the veggie burger it's lush..partner loved the meat burgers and for two it's around £25 definitely worth the money. Always fill full after. Staff always friendly

So my burger bun was cold and the rest was hot. Over all it was fine but not even the chesse had metled fries were hot.

Amazing fresh food. Went Monday after Christmas couldn't even get a seat it was heaving

My family and I went to Five Guys in Rushden lakes, there were 16 of us. I placed the order for everyone at 11:30 and asked for it to be ready for 12pm. The staff handled our huge order perfectly, they were very friendly, thorough, organised and their timing was great. Someone ran through our order as we collected it and told us how to identify each item and provided extra foil trays to share the fries. The food was delicious, which rounded off our experience nicely. We will be back!

If you like to eat burgers and fries which taste like home made, this place is definitely filtr you. I've been in this place already third time and always happy from service and food. People there doing great job !

Expensive and small portions of bang average food . Never again !!

Amazing food and the staff where amazing and friendly

Not overwhelmed to be honest. The food is very tasty and the portions of fries are very generous. However the price is so high, you could probably dine in somewhere for similar money. £20.65 for bacon cheeseburger & fries & refillable soda !! There is also no customer Wi-Fi, something I'd expect at this price point. (McDonald's offer Wi-Fi and charge half the amount.) Lastly the restaurant is very echoey so anyone particularly sensitive to sounds, stay away. Not somewhere I will return to frequently purely on cost.

The staff are really friendly and welcoming here. The place is really clean and has plenty of seating. The Cajun fries are absolutely delicious and full of flavour. The portion sizes for chips are incredibly generous and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend the milkshakes aswell. Definitely one of my favourite food places and I look forward to coming again

Make your own burger, and yummy they are indeed. You obviously need to wait for them to be cooked, of course, unless you order online beforehand. Massive portion of fries is cool and you can also make a unique milk shake. Worth it, eat it.

Was nervous to try this place due to the prices being quite high but was really pleased. Food was lovely so were staff. Will definitely be coming back!!

After hearing so much hype about Five Guys, we decided to give this place a go. Fortunately, we were not disappointed! Our server was really nice, showed us how to order and was patient with us as we decided what to eat. Was pleased to see everything made to order so the wait time wasn't an issue at all. Burgers were super fresh and all the toppings were good quality. The regular size fries were enormous! Definitely ideal for sharing. Oreo milkshake was definitely a favourite and our server recommend mixing some flavours together which I didn't know you could. Overall, would highly recommend and worth the added expense. If you think Five Guys is expensive - you clearly haven't been to Mcdonalds recently which is scandalous for their burgers and nowhere near the quality!

Just received our order and it was rubbish, we usually enjoy five guys burgers but this was horrible shrivelled fries burger was just a burger a a bit of bacon no salad or anything so disappointed. Thought five guys made the best burgers… we will t be back

Served today by a guy with glasses and he was absolutely fantastic! Good customer service doesn’t go unnoticed it made our experience enjoyable. Food was, as always, amazing.

I entered Five guys and was greeted by two guys and a lady. The lighting was a bit too bright with all the white tiling on the walls. The wooden chairs sounded like nails on a black board. This echoed around the room that had high ceilings. I reminded my self that I had not walked into a reservoir dogs scene or a sea lion rescue centre. The foil wrapped burger dazzled me like a Christmas tree with too much tinsel. By this point, my swirling kaleidoscope eyes were bigger than my belly . The selection of up to 15 toppings were quality although the plastic cheese was determined to slither out into a gooey mess. I feel like the burger bun lacked quality or texture. The quality of the burger more than offset this though. The small size chips were ample for three people, although I found it difficult to shake off the abundance of salt that is not to everyone's taste. Luckily the water in my car was a life line to the hiked up prices.

I been in this place for first time, I really like it a lot. What makes me surprise, was they have cola with lime. Fries are amazing, also the cheesburger was delicious. However, cheesburger was so delicious and very tasty, cheese 🧀 properly cooked, love it. Unlimited peanuts 🥜, this is a good idea. Whatever, food is delicious, prices are quite expensive, clean and tidy up place, compared with other fast foods. I wish to visit again this place…

What caught my attention was that the employee there meticulously monitored the food being cooked and immediately destroyed the food when he noticed the mistake I saw, but he did not see that I noticed it. This is a very nice move. You are great.

We went to the Rushden Lakes store just before closing time and were served by a lovely gentleman named Bradley. All we ordered was a small portion of chips and he gave us 2 bags full and even kept the shop open until we finished eating. Very kind of him and it made our trip memorable.

Brilliant!!! Food came hot, wait times were short and overall the whole burger was fresh! Chips, both Cajun and salted, were lovely - it is a little pricey but well worth the money!

Fab food. Great portions and amazing milkshakes. My little girl really wanted to go for her birthday. Tyler who served us saw her birthday badge and gave us free milkshakes, It made her night He's a credit to the team.

A very nice big five guys restaurant very bright and spacious

I just don't think this is worth the money. £20+ for one person's disappointment! I ordered via Uber eats, that process was completely fine and the food was made and delivered ahead of schedule. But the burger and fries were just ok... However, the cheese is that awful cheap plastic stuff and it completely spoiled the burger. The bun and meat is decent but there's nothing magic going on here, nothing to warrant the near £25 it all cost with fries and a milkshake. The milkshakes are really really good, I wish I had just ordered that and made my own burger.

The staff there were excellent and also suggested the best options. All the staff were very polite and friendly. The food itself was also delicious and hot. I would rate it being brilliant all round. Went there Sunday 28th Jan.

Just how burgers should taste 😋

If you enjoy a burger and a milkshake, it is probably the best fast food around. There milkshakes are the best I have ever had. They are a bit more expensive to your other fast food places but the quality is so much better.

Really liked it, burgers were fresh, chips hot and milk shakes thick. What's not to like?

Ordered food came quickly and was piping hot. It's probably the best burger I have ever had. My grandson had an Oreo milkshake and said it was the best milkshake ever. The chips or fries were great. Altogether, it was a great meal, but not the cheapest, although the quality was brilliant. Would certainly go again.

I gotta say, Five Guys is awesome! Their burgers are so delicious and satisfying, definitely worth a try. The customer service is friendly and helpful, they really make you feel welcome. Food was really nice, greay quality, just very pricey for what it was - for a refillable soft drink, milkshake, burger and fries it cost about £30.

Possibly the best burger I have had in the UK, shame about the shabby decor and dirty floor.

This place has really gone down hill, the patties aren't smash patties anymore there more like mcdonald patties, and not to mention it gave me and my gf really bad dyaria. Won't be going here anymore do yourself a favour go to yumas its better and cheaper

We personally loved it stipped for some dinner after we had been to the cinema and would go back. Its expensive but as a treat its fantastic.

I love five guys and this one was amazing, Staff are really friendly and helpful it's very clean and tidy, it wasn't too busy considering Christmas shopping going on around Rushden so it was nice to actually sit down unlike some other places. Overall good experience it is slightly on the expensive side but totally worth it.

Not a bad burger and chips. £6 odd for a 'large' chips is a bit steep and the 'hot' sauce is neither hot nor flavoursome. Filled a hole though.

Absolutely terrible will never use again ,ordered 3 meals and they delivered only one and even that was wrong ,phoned to tell them it was wrong and they said it's not our fault, £35 for one burger that we didn't order ,we have complained to trading standards over it

Disgusting service! Placed order via justeat, delivery was made ontime. Checked the food quick to find order was completely wrong. Ran out to give it back to the driver as thought it may be someone else's. Not the drivers fault we found out after calling they had our food there but now we had to go and collect it! Shocking service. Was told to take this up with justeat which is impossible as you can't call anyone. This was the incompetence of the restaurant staff not the delivery driver. This was one last go after the last few visits to the restaurant have been very underwhelming.

Fantastic branch, very welcoming staff. Its always nice to be welcomed by smiling faces. The food was top notch, burger was amazing!

Quite high prices for burger and chips but worth it, burger with a selection of toppings of your choice served wrapped and foil to keep them warm, chips was going to order a medium but we love the fried but cashier suggested a medium serves 2-3 people so we opted for a large between definitely enough for to people. So friendly servers Some establishments require you to order desserts or even snack later but here at five guys one burger half a large fries no need to snack I was full all night

Ok... Burger bun a bit soggy. Poor value for money...but tasty!

No children's size food available so over £17 for 'little' cheeseburger, 'little' fries and a milkshake. Way too much food for a child so a lot of waste. However, the food itself was good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Food is OK. Price is not. You end up paying near restaurant prices for (albeit good quality) fast food.

Never really had any problems in this Five Guys. My only thing would be when its busy it can be abit of a task finding a place to stand and wait, without blocking people etc. Other that thats its great, the food and service is as expected

As always love the food although we did get caught in a downpour so it was a bit of a damp visit. Staff were friendly too

We have drived to 5 guys especially for burger and milkshake but like often here the milkshake machine "was broken" like always when the staff doesn't want to clean it.

Loved that you could choose pickles, tomatoes etc to customise your burger. The chocolate milkshake was really good. I wasn't so keen on the fries, they looked a bit mangy to me.

More expensive than somewhere like McDonalds, but slightly cheaper than a formal restaurant. Better burgers than both.

Exactly what we needed for a quick meal.

Took my son for the first time although delicious, £10.45 for a bacon burger and £10.65 for a bacon cheese burger not including fries or a drink a bit pricey to say the least!!! The food was amazing the staff really friendly but £36.00 for two people definitely a ONCE in a lifetime experience.

Service was great, even was given extra chips at the end of the night. However for the price I honestly expect five individual guys to make it 😁

Wasn't particularly busy when we went on a Tuesday at 4.45 but had a bit of a wait as it was freshly made and you can tailor your burger with what you want. The cheeseburger was decent enough but both the normal salted chips and Cajun chips were too heavily seasoned which took away from our enjoyment. They put extra chips in so its a good portion! It's expensive so we only have it as a rare treat - nearly £29 for 2 cheeseburgers, small chips and medium chips (no drinks). Service was satisfactory enough

So expensive for a brand and almost £6 for a milkshake, wow. Tbh there is better and cheaper.out there. Sorry 5guys

I agree with Geography King, I have seen a girl that jumps up and down when she sees the picture of Ed Sheeran, and I've seen people eating their food by the table look extremely uncomfortable, clearly being disrupted by this girl. I think it's best that the picture gets taken down, or atleast out of sight.

I would make one suggestion to remove the picture of Ed Sheeran. There was this weird girl going up to the picture and hugging it, whilst muttering something about him being sexy. I know you are not able to control one person's behaviour, but I come here quite often, and I've seen this girl on 4 different occasions do the same thing with the picture, and it's really uncomfortable, and puts me off my food. I would like it removed.

£19.35 for a cheeseburger, fries and a milkshake. This is the most I have paid for a burger meal takeaway. Cheeseburger comes standard as a two-patty burger. If you want a single patty burger you have to ask for a "Little burger". Cheeseburger alone costs £9.95

My tribe came here for the milkshakes and I can now understand why my youngest three children keep raving about them! Good service and Sally Assistance Hound and I made to feel very welcome.
