Five Guys Teesside in Stockton-on-Tees

My first ever visit to Five Guys, a place I had never heard of before but got recommended. I enjoy a burger so someone said ‘why do you not try Five Guys”, so pleased I did! Yes it was expensive but (imo) you get value for money, I went for the cheeseburger and small fries and all I can say is WOW! Plenty of fries, more than I was expecting and what a size the burger was and you could have as many as 15 different toppings, all at no extra cost, which I took advantage of. I chose the Cajon fries for a first time, which were too spicy and peppery for me but the burger was amazing, so big I could not get my mouth round it. Clean establishment and super friendly staff – I will be back! This was my first time coming to five guys and I was impressed, the food is excellent hot and fresh and the customer service was amazing, a young man offered to clean my table and was very helpful, definitely recommend ⭐️

I enjoy the food but i wish i could’ve gotten mine and my children’s milkshakes. overall i will go back and hopefully can.

Been inside before and was nice and decent portions but got delivery today and seemed not much for almost 30 quid spent hot dogs didnt seem as big my burger was nice but not worth money and large chips over 6 quid a rip off.probably put me off using again .service ok food warmish but expensive meals and service charge and del fee expensive be aware

Just been here for burgers and sat in very expensive for what you get also the burgers were cold won't be going there again

Called in with my wife Christine after a couple of hours shopping at Teeside Park, both ordered burgers with a choice of your own toppings, free top up on soft drinks which was a bonus. All food and fries and drinks and even free nuts, staff all pleasant and polits , toilets nice and clean, will call in again.

What can I say about our Five Guys experience; overpriced, underwhelmed, overhyped, food over salted, bacon burnt to a crisp, music do load I couldn’t hear the guy at the till. Overall just plain bad.

Food was good but is far to expensive, we’ve been to five guys before so know it’s not cheap, but was shocked at the price this time. Over £40 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. This was at a drive through. A medium double whopper meal at Burger King is £9.49 when I went recently. Won’t be going back.

Called here first time just before 12 and wasn’t busy when arrived only 2 in but waited a couple of minutes to get served though Emily did acknowledged us to be fair.ordered food and drinks a bit pricey than others but food was delicious and plenty of it we shared regular chips as lots,self service condiments and we sat inside .the only reasons for not getting 5 star for us is wooden seating too hard need cushions on them or padding also when you eat inside should have a tray and cutlery but they shout when order done and you collect at front desk in a bag .service took about ten minutes staff seemed helpful and rest rooms nice and clean.will use again maybe as a takeaway next time .when we left as bums numb was getting a lot busier.

Excellent small cheese burger and fries. Fantastic vanilla milk shake. Really liked that there was vinegar available. Great service. Will come again.

Never tried a burger from here but OMG Let’s start with service We were served by a really pleasant girl. She took time to talk us through the menu and assisted us with our choices. The food Hubby had a burger, fully loaded cheese, bacon, onions, salad I had a hot dog again fully loaded with onions, mushrooms, gerkins, oh and bacon. Chocolate milkshake was amazing too Absolutely lush Thanks you for making our 1st five days a great and memorable experience

On the way home after a day out I went to 5 Guys as I couldn’t get into the Pizza Express next door. We had 2 hot dogs for the kids and 2 burgers for myself and my wife, and it was alright. I will say that the girl who served us was polite and friendly and that the strawberry milkshake my daughter ordered was excellent, but the rest of the food was nothing special and overpriced for what we got. They also missed the relish off of my burger. Both kids enjoyed themselves but I don’t think I’ll be going back unless other restaurants in the area can’t accommodate us.

I visited the Teesside Park Five Guys for the second time today since it opened. The service from the staff was fantastic they all seemed happy to be at work which is a nice sight to see compared to McDonalds. I ordered a bacon cheese hot dog and it was very nice, was not too heavy for lunch and i'd never had one before but was pleasantly surprised. I will deffo be returning!

Excellent customer service at Teesside Park Lottie and Louis both so friendly. The food was amazing. We are training for Great North Run and this was our treat after a long run earlier. We will definitely be back. I noticed the place was spotlessly clean.

My wife and I thought we would visit the drive thru whilst out at Teesside Park. We both ordered a small burger, chips and a milkshake. The bill was over £30 and the wait was like 15 minutes. They don’t even offer a meal deal! I don’t mind paying premium for decent food but this was not food that matched the price tag. I’d say slightly better than maccys but now where near the £30! Milkshakes were very nice and probably the highlight of the visit. Overall I can see this lasting. People won’t keep paying such high prices for bang average food.

Went to Stockton restaurant today - £41 for 3 burgers drinks and 1 fries , the veggie sandwich was disgusting I threw it away it was a bun with undercooked onions cheese and mushrooms for £4.50 ! Can’t believe the quality and the price chips were ok but for £5 they should of been- will never go back

Visited here for lunch today with my teenage daughter, firstly I'm surprised at how few reviews there have been on the restaurant as it's been open a few months now. Anyway gave our order one cheeseburger and one small cheeseburger, small fries bottle of water and a Dr pepper, £23 approx. Waited 10 mins for the food and took it back to the table to eat in. Food was ok certainly doesn't live up to the hype about the burgers being the best etc. Small fries are immense in qty would hate to see what you get for a medium or large portion! As stated food was ok, one thing the management could do with looking at is the volume of the music blasting out across the restaurant, at 1pm today it was far in excess for the 15 or so customers trying to eat and have a conversation with their fellow diners. Staff were good the girl doing the chips and shouting out the orders was smiling and acknowledged the customers at least. I observed a few issues with people placing their orders at the counter I believe it was the music that made everyone staff included struggle to hear! I wouldn't be rushing back to eat here again. My daughter likes the food here but also states her and her mates wouldn't spend that kind of money on a burger and chips.

The pattie was really tasty but the burger looked like it had been slung together in the dark and then stood on. Really long wait (20 minutes+) for what is fast food.

I'm not a lover of fast food but called in the drive through. A man took the order cheese burger , fries and two drinks. The price was shocking really as its a glorified mcdonalds just more than double the price. I'm not impressed and...

Honestly had tastier burgers from vans at the Riverside. Completely bland and flavourless and at a sniff under £30 for two cheeseburgers, one regular fries and two cokes (free refills are available) terrible value for money. Skin on fries were really nice though.

I enjoyed my takeaway from here and it was up to the usual standard for Five Guys. The service was quite quick as well
