Flamers in Luton

The chicken curry and rice was quite tasty but the lamb dansak was not authentic. It lack sweet and sour taste very little lentils and the dish was swimming in oil. The cheese and onion naan bread was rather nice.

biryani, kebab rolls and wrap all tasted fresh and amazing. chips dried out very quickly. please give fresh chips next time. quick delivery. great service

Good service , food was great, delivered piping hot in this freezing weather. The plain naans were great - soft and tasty. The curries were great but too hot ( spicy ) . As starters I ordered meat samosas , a bit disappointed that only 1 samosa was provided. The menu didn’t say how many samosas would be served, I just assumed at least 2 would be served. Overall good otherwise.

There is a difference between spicy and medium spicy if your chef dosnt know that its time to change.

Absolutely amazing and authentic. Was craving home made Pakistani food and this is the closest it gets. I ordered through uber eats and the last time I had this was 4 years ago so I was excited to try flamers again. I got my favourite the lamb karahi, masala fish and daal. Absolutely amazing and lush, with fast delivery.

Very bad food. Wasn't happy at all this was a waste of money it had no taste to it the donner was questionable and plain and flavourless. The chips were ridiculous and overly cooked and burnt. The food was horrible never again would I buy from this place

Hassan and his staff really pull through everytime the food and service is amazing, everyone knows my go to order, will deffo be hiring them for catering purposes in the future😉.

Food was all very tasty. Every single dish felt like it was freshly made and tasted very very good. We were the last order for the day I believe at it was close to 11pm, and they had given us free fried chicken which is indicative of them making everything fresh and for the day only. I will be ordering from flamers again for their promptness, quality of meat and delicious taste. Very happy with my order. Definitely recommend

Called the restaurant to get an update on my order. Deliveries were taking longer than usual due to the weather. The person I spoke to was very nice and my order arrived not long after.

Chips were over cooked and dry. Kebab had a funny taste to it. Other part of the order was Korma and it says sweet when you order it. It was extremely spicy for a korma. Delivery driver essentially threw my food at me at the door.

Absolutely awful service had to repeat my order three times … chicken and chips (all of 10 chips in the box) taste like cardboard. Avoid this rubbish place, a waste of money … never going back.

Naan had no flavour at all, chips were cold as a regular customer of this restaurant must say am totally disappointed

Haven’t ordered from this place since I was a kid, and absolutely stunned that the food quality hasn’t changed at all and still been tasteful and perfect. I ordered daal and lamb curry and I can say confidently that this is one of the best places to get authentic home cooking food at affordable price. This is now my go to and I cant recommend this place enough. I have tried many curry places in Luton and this is so far the best. Thank you guys got such a lovely meal.

Awful food Overcooked Dry Cold

Consistently good food and service over the years.

Ordered a large doner kebab wasn't cut properly tasted horrible, salad was just full of onions had 1 cucumber badly disappointed.

Peri Peri wings smelt off and the chicken and chips were extremely dry and tasted stale like they had been fried and refried again and again.

Ordered saag with paneer, so good Can’t wait to order again!!!

Nearly a hour late and food wasn’t to its usual standard

the bombay potatoes was so oily and asked for it to be hot ans it wasn't even hot

Food came early BUT the quality of food was a disappointment I am absolutely gutted as a food blogger my duty is to be honest and stand by what is right. Food arrived early was cold and very small portions of chips, burger was over cooked and donner kebab portion was less than half. Chicken pattie was burnt, dried tasted awful.

I ordered food today and they forgot my chips; I called them about my chips and this is the first time I've had an Asian run place come all the way just to deliver some chips. They have really good customer service as I have never had a restaurant in luton deliver food that they forgot. Thank you so much.

Sent wrong item originally but very quickly made up for it and added extra in with a very quick second delivery. Food was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Just didn’t hit the spot, the biriyani seemed to smell a bit off, so not sure if the rice had gone off as it had lemon but the taste wasnt as good as last time

We were hungry so we ate the food but it was not worth it.. the chicken was sooo dry like it had been sittin for couple of days.. and the chicken burger tasted sour and it was rubbery and dry.. first and last time ordering

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - Absolutely terrible customer service very rude staff with extreme attitude. I'm not even a fussy person but was Absolutely shocked how I was treated. Wouldn’t ever use again. The korma was half full of oil. The naan was crispy like a cracker. The onion Bargy was in pieces. Most of the meal went in the bin. Obviously they have no interest in selling quality food.

Usually their food is good but today not one thing was good. It looked like someone's leftovers had been sent. I’m very disappointed this time.

The food was terrible. We ordered two Mixed Grill & both meals had undercooked & off meat. It wasn't at all cooked properly. Shocking condition of the food. Not Happy.

Ordered a chicken tikka masala tasted like a vinderloo. Spicy ! Had to bin it could not eat it wont be using this restaurant again

Terrible. 1st dish. Instead of chicken donner kebab received some sort of spicy lamb (I assume, definitely not chicked). 2nd dish. Donner and chips were completly terrible. Everything was wet and soggy, felt like kept in a plastic bag for couple hours. Meat was basically undercooked and tasted terrible. 3rd dish. Peri peri strips meal. Tasted fine, chips were much better than in Donner and chips. However, chicken strips were pathetic, 3 maybe normal strips, and 2-3 slivers of chicken sliced in 1mm thickness. After delivery, I've tried calling restaurant, but they were closed (didn't know that it was close to their closing time at the time of the order), which is fine, I don't expect them to stay longer than needed, however, DO NOT ACCEPT ORDER IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE IT WAY BELLOW ANY STANDARD. It's just disgrace to a customer and completely pathetic.

After I got the notification my food arrived 40 minutes later and the delivery driver told me he had too many other deliveries before. This results in my food being served cold and soggy. I phoned the restaurant multiple times to confirm my food had left the shop and to chase the driver explaining my food will be cold by the time it arrives to me. I only live 4 minutes from the shop it’s unacceptable to take 40 minutes from leaving the shop to my house. I have ordered multiple times from Flamers

Doner kebab was good, chips were ok. The chicken was not great as the batter tasted bland.

Food was stone cold and we asked for salad in a wrap and was just dry meat the restaurant refused to send out our order again as thay said its to busey un store i wont be ordering of them ever again we had to bin all of it and lost out on £35 worth of food not happy.
