BEST pizza I have ever had 💯💯💯💯💯

No issues with the service and the food was good

ordered two zinger burgers and both of them came burnt with hardly any chicken so rang up and got 2 new burgers just for them to be the same burnt and no chicken in side absalutley shocking behavour i will not be ordering from here again thank you .

Best takeaway there is. Food is always right, hot & never takes more than 15 minutes for delivery! Favourite takeaway!

Food felt plastic was disgusting

3 years ago I wrote a 2-star review on this place saying it was the worst pizza place in Kirkby, but what a turnaround it has had. It is very nice, food is delicious, staff are so friendly. I cannot describe how much this place has improved. Delivery can be slow at times but that is normal, since it is always busy nowadays.

Always used to order from here the food has gone downhill. Food arrived chips were cold and tasted stale the meat for the special kebab was dry and the pitta bread was rock hard

Food was taken to another address had to have another order sent out, it was cold to the touch. Absolutely disgusting was spoken to in a rude manner on the phone to by deliver driver saying I got the address wrong when I didn't, and the manager too spoke in a nasty way.

The Popcorn chicken was overcooked and rubbery, the fries cold, the pizza was alright. would I order from here again probably not.

way too much ketchup on the burgers!!! since when did we start double siding our burgers with sauce? opposed to a dab on top to compliment the burger. nowadays all takeaways are drowning their foods in sauce. this tells me the food is poor, and its trying to get disguised with condiments. The prices have gone up yet the quality has dropped massively! its put me off ordering food. @JustEat PLEASE ADDRESS THIS MATTER WITH THE SHOPS YOU USE!!!

Have ordered a few times from here with no problems. However, ordered tonight on Uber eats wrote notes specific to the order and they was completely ignored! Chips came anaemic literally inedible😡rang the store and got verbally abused down the phone and spoken to rude staff, no consideration or compromise and was left with wrong vile delivery. Although we've liked it before will not be ordering from here again!!!! No longer worth the money

Absolutely disgusting. Pizza was burnt and dry and not even warm when delivered. Fries where wet they had been in the box for that long steaming and also cold when delivered. Whole lot went in bin. Do not order from flames.

I ordered from them, by Uber eats and, My order was accepted by them, but I could not track my order and see where the delivery driver is!! The delivery was delayed by about 2 hours after the delivery of the order, and then I called them and they said that the driver came to you and called you and you did not answer, I told them that no one called me and no one came to the reception because I am watching by cctv, and they blame me and they said it was your fault, and the speaker was on the phone Absolutely incomprehensible language and he speaks nervously. I advise this business owner to have good and good dealings with customers, otherwise he will lose his currency because of the way he deals with customers. Note: I gave you one star because you deserve less than that, but I gave you one star because without it I can't report you.

Absolutely disgusting service I have order from these for the last 5 years ordered a Donna pizza last night I was vile and burning hot like chilli had been put on it I called up to complain as I couldn't even eat it my mouth was on fire they said they would send another pizza 1 hour and 30 minutes later still no pizza called back up he said he forgot to do it and the car had left the shop with the pizza to deliver 12 o clock still not pizza what a joke customer lost never again

Ordered from flames through Deliveroo, no tracking available so had to contact restaurant directly about the order. About half an hour after I’d ordered I get a phone call from a dodgy phone number which I didn’t answer due to scams going around. Gets 20 minutes past my estimated delivery time and I decided to phone to check if it was on the way. I was told that they called me, and because I didn’t answer my order was cancelled. Then when I questioned why, I was told “you should answer the phone next time sorry”. Don’t order from here, foods probably awful anyway judging from the 3.5 stars👎🏻

My review is based on a walk in experience, to take-away. We are not from Liverpool, so merely came across it as it is not far situated from Liverpool Academy which my son attends. We were specifically looking for a Halal take away so this was perfect. Every single one of the staff first of all met us with such a warm welcome and interacted really well with my 5 yr old. We ordered 2 burger meals and a kids Margherita Pizza. The food was brilliant! Fresh and great quality; mouthwatering food. I will definitely be visiting again. The atmosphere was great, and for a Friday night it was getting busier and busier, so that speaks volume on how popular it is. Highly recommend going in person to order and take away. Thank you to all the staff who were so friendly and chatty with us whilst we waited for our food. We loved your customer service 10/10 !!

Best food in kirrby a must for anyone

Love this place, doner meat is nice, not grainy like some you get, if I go in they're always friendly, if it's delivered its always quick and hot when it gets here. Chicken wings are decent, burgers are nice on the occasions I've had them too. Cheers guys.
