Found feathers in my chicken doner kebab. Large piece of skin with feathers. Really I don’t recommend .

Pretty decent kebeb and meat and chips. One of the best in Ipswich really. Hope they expand to someplace bigger with seating in the future.

Wanted fried fried chicken as advertised on Web site, but had none, so then chicken kebab, again no chicken, so had to settle for a standard lamb doner. So for £8 you get very little so more salad than doner meat, loads of lettuce a bit of onion, no yellow chilli pepper's and two slices of tomato. I can see nothing has changed since my last visit unfortunately, which was a year ago. Needs to improve and update the menu to reflect what they actually sell.

First and last time ordering from here. The food is expensive compared to other take outs. The food is below par. I ordered jacket potato, kids meal and chicken wings. The food does not even taste nice, it was a mess esp the jacket potato. It wasn't even a jacket potato, twas mess piled on top of mash Order food from this takeaway at your own risk.

Food ok so but would like to have the yellow chilli peppers added to my kebab, way to many onions and lettuce to bulk out the kebab, needs to add more meat as that's what you pay for.

Stopped ordering from here after we received a chicken shish that completely stunk of fish. It was very bad, the takeaway was binned.

Driver refused to give me my 7 pound so I told him to take the food back

None of us enjoyed our meal tonight chilli sauce was far too hot, pizza was chewy, cold, was a little spicy too and should not have been was only a bbq chicken, chicken nuggets and chips was also cold and chewy definitely would not order from here again.

The chilli sauce on the shish kebab was painfully too spicy! My husband always has the chilli sauce but never has it been as hot as it was tonight.

My food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering, piping hot and delicious! Superb, thank you.

Good overall, we got given salad in a kebab when we didn't ask for it and the separate sausage was dry and over cooked.

The meat was burnt and over cooked the salad looked like it had been left out for days all brown and wilted

Usually it’s great, but the chicken was terrible, chunks of fat and strange bits like it had been scraped from the pan. Didn’t even eat half of it.

Food was so cold I chucked it away I then put a complaint in and they done nothing I won't be ordering from there again food was cold

The kebabs were really gorgeous, will definitely order again but the chilli sauce wasn't great, Lot's of heat but no flavour.

We order from here regularly however the last couple of times it has taken 2 hours to be delivered food was warm not even hot, called the restaurant only to be told they are busy on a Wednesday! Won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered a mixed doner kebab and it was burnt. I didnt know lamb or chicken doner could be burnt but it was. It was actually dry and crunchy....absolutely horrible. My partner ordered a chicken shish and it was slightly burnt. Definitely won't be ordering again...£18 not well spent!!!

Late delivery, no answer when I tried calling the restaurant, food was only just warm and the slice of cheesecake was frozen solid!! Brilliant! Highly disappointed as I’ve used them many times before.

A bit disappointing, we order regularly from here and have always been more than happy with everything- tonight the meat was quite greasy and yet hard, very odd combination and not one I’d like to have again - hoping there’s something up tonight and it’s just a ‘blip’ in their usual standards

The order was wrong, chicken burger quality was fatty and chewy. My chips had no cheese which i payed for. Apart from that ok.

Having had decent order from here before I was left disappointed. Not awful but bang average and not with the £££££. Pizza was decent….chips good and decent portion. Burger over garnished with onion. And the chicken shish had more chilli sauce than meat! So disappointing for the money. Maybe just a blip after some good previous orders but still…..not good enough

Usually the best kebab in town.. Very disappointed with tonight’s order kebab meat was drier than Ghandis flip flop ! Chicken poppers where equally as bad. Large portions of chips as always so no quibble about portions sizes. Also delivery is always prompt..just a shame about food overall.

First time ever writing a review. Kebab was chewy, pretty sure it was yesterday's donner. Chips cold also chewy taster reheated.

Didn’t accept the food. Told them to take it back as they sent me a donna lamb meat not chicken. I did not order lamb. They ran out of chicken and rather than call me or cancel the order took it on themselves to give me something i am allergic to!! That is not acceptable!

Tonight they sent a well known beggar with hearing issues, begging me to give him 3 pounds, because he is deaf!!. So they are a restaurant in cahoots with a conman. Never ordering again.

Food never turned up. Was told the delivery driver had delivered it and hung up.

The chips definately was old because of how stale it was..the kebabs were okay and generous amount. We couldn't eat any of the chips in pizza box it came in. Our first and will be last time ordering

The food was really, really tasty. The only objection I have is the chili sauce, because it was not spicy at all! Also, it tasted like it was quite old. Other than that, all good.

Thank you very much. We ordered meal for 4. Meal was large and tasty. Delievery was quite quick about 40 min. The only upset point was that salad was very small for 4 people, 2 slices of cucumber, 1 slice of tomato and 2 peppers with handful of iceberg lettuce with onion. Appart from that everything was amazing.

Pretty good food. Lettuce was a bit soggy in the kebab but other than that all good.

Food was late chips were cold and even though portion was good greasiest thing ever pitta was soaked in grease and actually poured grease out of the container

Used to be my go to takeaway but standards are certainly dropping of late, koftes were not large as ordered, barely medium and were full of gristle, second order I have been disappointed with this month.

Food quality average, no quibbles with the service. Unlikely to visit again as food quality could be better :(

Didn't bring the pizza, was told they would make it from scratch but was clearly just reheated.

1st time ordering from Flamy Grill, can happily recommend, good quality food within the allotted delivery time, food wasn't quite hot but a few seconds in the microwave quickly solved that. Look forward to ordering again in the near future.

Don’t have it much but when we do we always enjoy our wraps from here
