Best place to go anytime throughout the day. Perfect for Breakfast. Fab coffee. For Lunch - THE Best Crab Sandwiches to take to the beach. The team serving are Heroes! - Fantastic, Fun and Friendly (but firm and polite when they need to deal with fussy and often ridiculously entitled customers) Keep being Awesome!

I’m not one to order hot coffee, I much prefer iced, but after coming out of the sea freezing, I opted for a hot vanilla late and a pasty. It was best tasting coffee ive ever come across, travelling from Hampshire!! Came back the next day for another, they did not disappoint even when it was busy!!

Perfect little place in Polzeath for takeaway drinks, sandwich/toastie and cakes. Delicious crab sandwich 🦀 staff also very friendly!

This is such a great place for breakfast. We called in today and ordered coffees, a bacon and sausage bap (apparently one of the best, with great quality ingredients), overnight oats and a croissant. The food was excellent and very good value and the service was efficient and friendly. There is a great variety of options and we will certainly be back.

We absolutely loved visiting Flo’s during our time in Polzeath! The food was just excellent, we went back most mornings for the FK breakfast roll, and the lovely pastries and coffee selection. They have a great menu selection, the New Yorker toastie was a firm favourite. And even better were the staff, so friendly and welcoming, such genuine nice people!! Can’t wait to come back!

Called in on a mid November mid week, v quiet in Polzeath but here was open, v tasty beef and Stilton pastry and huge bacon butty, with good coffee and tea. An excellent stop, thanks

Flo's Kitchen has provided us with amazing coffee, the tastiest breakfasts, beautiful pastries and an introduction to the taste sensation that is their breakfast toasties (an absolute must 😋). But, above all, the staff at this absolute gem of a place give you the most incredible, genuine, warm, friendly and helpful greeting as soon as you walk through the door. Flo's is now a staple part of our morning routine whenever we visit the ever fabulous Polzeath. Shout out to the gorgeous Helen and Hazel, and all the lovely staff! We'll see you very soon. Quite simply, I think this is the best food in Polzeath. Yes, there's a couple of great Pizza vans, but there's nowhere quite as unique as Flo's. I'll keep coming back here every time I'm in Polzeath.

Healthy options on the Beach. Easy going friendly staff serve great coffees and pastries. Went most mornings for a coffee and pastry - the vanilla swirls are fab (but try them all!) Great place that even the local Council workers cant stay away from!
