Serving staff were helpful and nice, especially Sophia & the chaps manning the bar. The issue is the menu and the quality of the food. I'm vegan, they have a vegan curry on the menu. I fancied a burger with fries. The moving mountains burger, salad, onion chutney & fries option was vegetarian rather than vegan because of the brioche bun (this is standard). There was crusty bread on the menu, so I asked to swap the brioche for crusty bread. But no, the crusty bread was not vegan. It's really hard to find bread that's not vegan, but this restaurant has managed to. I was then served a somewhat dried out or over microwaved burger that took serious effort to cut, with a nice side salad. The chutney only comes with the brioche, so I didn't get that. The kitchen decided not to give me fries. This turned out to be because they use the same oil for other things, so very aware of them. However, they didn't check if that was what I expected (I don't mind). After discussion I did get fries but it was an underwhelming meal. A poor menu for vegans.

After a long day at the NEC we chose to stay in our hotel, the Ibis Budget. Foggs Restaurant is there and was really nice. We arrived at the restaurant with the place pretty much full and expected a long wait but we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of staff and standard of the food.

Stayed in the Ibis prior to our early morning flight. Were going to look at the restaurants in Resort World but they were all sort of burger based and too far away from the Ibis so we opted for the hotel restaurant Fogg's. In short, it was fine, plenty of tables (it was a Saturday evening), pleasant staff, good selection of food, promptly served, all at a fair price. Just one point, there is no cash accepted, credit card or debit card only.

Friendly service and surprisingly good food within a budget hotel - the Beef Madras and sticky toffee pudding were great, and they serve some good ales too!

Food was good but the place could be a lot better. Doesn't start serving food till 5.30pm by which time a lot of peeps were waiting or given up & walked across to the airport. Staff were efficient enough but they need a kick up the arse & learn some customer service skills. Prices were obviously high , but having looked at F&B's we decided to stick with it. The Food did deserve 4*, but 45 minutes for our mains to be served was excessive. We would eat here again but hopefully next time quicker & earlier.

While staying at the Ibis on our last night before flying home to Tenerife, we had drinkies & a meal in their restaurant. The draught Magners went down well & Mrs. B enjoyed a Baileys Coffee. I had the Tacos to start followed by Peking Duck with Pancakes, while Mrs. B had a Vegetarian Pizza, plus we shared a portion of fries. All hot & tasty & thoroughly enjoyed. On par, if not better than the choices at the airport Beware - only opens @ 5pm, but bar type snacks are available 24/7

With a colleague after a long day travelling we needed a place to kick back and have a bite before our flight out. We choose the IBIS as it was beside the airport. Good call. Food was good as was the drink and was far less hectic than the airport. The service was both friendly and very efficient. I rarely review for quick bites but Sophie (Sophia?) and her team were top notch. Kudos all round.

We were staying over night at the ibis therefore decided to take the easy option and eat at the inside restaurant Foggs. The service, friendliness and food was faultless. We had the freshly made pizzas and salads so nothing exotic but they were fresh and tasty, salads arrived alittle after pizzas and the staff were very apologetic. Leigha the waitress was so lovely as was the barman. Brilliant , not at all what we expected . Fabulous customer service which is sadly lacking in most places

While killing time in the Ibis bar, with a Stella or 2 plus a coffee for Mrs B & our complimentary nuts, we discussed what restaurant we should go to at the airport. We started thinking, good drinkies & being very relaxing, we wondered what the food was like in Foggs. Menu looked good, prices on par with the airport alternatives. So we went for it! Wow glad we did. Best Nachos ever followed by a pretty good Burger Mrs B was more than happy with her Soup followed by a good Chicken Burger All well presented & hot & very yummy, & a bit cheaper than the airport alternatives.

A simple restaurant within the Ibis. Un-fussy menu: plenty of choice. Everything we ate was perfectly adequate, but the staff were fairly clueless.

Easier worst place I’ve been to recently. Don’t believe me just try to chicken burger , just try it and then you will understand. The cheese burger , with 1/4 slice of the cheapest cheese available has no taste whatsoever. The fries are consistently bad and oily . This place is taking advantage of its location that there are not many other places near by. Poor food and very poor customer service

Absolutely appalling I payed 4:50 fifty for a large red tango ice blast expecting it to be red cherry like it usually is at places like the cinema only to find at when I walked out and took a sip it was bubblegum so it is false advertisement also they sold kiwi and grape tango ice blast wich isn’t a proper flavour, and they sold it in proper tango ice blast cups therefore it is false advertisement.
