Great experience and good service.

I visited this place and was extremely disappointed. The meat was tasteless and clearly of low quality. The prices are unreasonably high and do not match the level of service or the quality of the dishes. Additionally, the establishment is dirty and poorly maintained, which ruins the overall experience. I do not recommend it.

We went for the premier buffet so it's supposed to come with better cuts of meat but actually we got filet mignon and rib eye two times in 1h 30min approx and the second time was because we asked for it. The beef ribs were really salty and the other cuts a little bit plain so but apart of that we could tell that it was good quality meat and fresh. For me to get it 5 stars could be only to put eye on detail with the cuts of meat for the people who is paying that much.

The experience at this buffet restaurant was highly disappointing. They make you wait for an unnecessarily long time, whether it’s for a table, certain dishes to be replenished, or basic service. It almost feels like they deliberately prolong the process to frustrate customers, making them lose their patience and appetite. This way, you end up eating less than you normally would, which defeats the whole purpose of going to a buffet. On top of that, the quality of the meat was poor. It tasted dry and tough, even when cooked rare or medium-rare with a red center. Chewing it was a struggle, and it was far from the tender, juicy cuts one would expect at a buffet claiming to offer premium dishes. Overall, the combination of subpar service and low-quality food left a very negative impression.

For those who miss a steakhouse. Easy access, well located, good atmosphere, clean, attentive service. It has 3 types of prices with specific menus. We use the intermediary which, due to the exchange rate, is quite expensive.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my mum's 70th birthday at a Brazilian steakhouse in Soho, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for the celebration. The music was so nice and vivid. I would like to particularly highlight Victoria and Smith our waitress, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the evening. She ensured that my mum felt celebrated, taking the time to recommend dishes and sharing her enthusiasm for the menu. The food was nothing short of amazing; each cut of meat was cooked to perfection, and the variety of sides complemented the main dishes beautifully. Congratulations for the guys on the grill that are so nice and funny. Overall, my experience at the steakhouse was exceptional, and I am already looking forward to returning. The combination of attentive service and delicious food made for a memorable birthday celebration that my mum will cherish. Thank you to the entire team for making the night so special!

Horrible, I went to the Wimbledon Tour 2 years ago and it was great, this time going back to London, I ended up going to this restaurant by mistake, I regret not leaving when I saw it was in the wrong place!! The mayonnaise was acidic, the guaraná was flat (it came from an already opened bottle) and the food was bland! Meat???? I only visited twice in all the time I was there. I'm glad I went alone, if I had taken my husband I would have been embarrassed!!!! I spent more than 25 ponds just to feel disgusted, nervous and have heartburn! I complained to the manager about the bad mayonnaise and guaraná, but as expected, it was super thick, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO A TOURO CHAIN ​​RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!!! TERRIBLE RESTAURANT, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

I visited Fogo de Chão for the second time, and once again, the food was fresh and clean, with meat of exceptional quality. The highlight of my experience was the incredible service from the professional and genuinely friendly Smith, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a stellar dining experience.

Buffet with variety, it's a shame they don't have it hot, at the moment everything is cold and loses its plus. Unfriendly waiters, everything is very expensive. £188 x 2 people. The dessert from the premium menu, fatal. A total scam, a pineapple, cheese with a sandwich and another that I don't even remember in miniature version, the truth is that this does disappoint. It can improve, it has great potential and it has a privileged location. I hope you can take advantage of it.

I come every time I can and the treatment is excellent and I thank the waiter Smith for his attention and for great treatment he has given us!

We've been eating at this restaurant for about 3 years, used to be my family's favorite restaurant in London. The last times we've been there we've noticed the Meniu chaining, foods being withdrawn, obviously the most expensive ones, and the price going higher. Yesterday was the worst, no cheesy bread, no chicken hearts and no rosted pineapple. The service took forever as well, huge breaks in between, basically you wouldn't be able to eat anything. Such a disappointment as this place used to be so good.

The worst Fogo de Chão I've ever been to (and I've been to quite a few...). Extremely expensive for the meat you get; picanha without any fat or flavour at all; pork very dry and flavourless; two little pieces of a meat that I can't even name it. The waitresses are quite rude and don't even smile. The place was so incredibly cold that I had to put my jacket on. 1 small bottle of still water costs £5!!!! It takes so long for bringing the meat to your table that most of the time you spend there is...waiting for it. The only good things we're the beans, the salad and the poor waiter that on his own had to run around delivering the meat. The worst almost £40 spend in a restaurant. NEVER AGAIN AND IF YOU CAN, AVOID IT!

I visited this restaurant with my family after a great experience at their U.S. location, but this one was a huge disappointment. The menu, service, and quality were all subpar. The meat was nowhere near authentic Brazilian standards. You’re better off going to a local steakhouse — save your time and money! Definitely not worth the hype.

Never again!!! It looks like "saline" powders all over the buffet and the meat! My tongue was hurt from all the salt I had! We paid a premium to make sure we ate everything and it only came with the same things: Rump, picanha, beef ribs, sausage and bread with garlic... It's a shame to pay more than €90 for a dish that I didn't even finish due to lack of flavor !!! Honestly, you can find a much better restaurant than this one (and much cheaper) I will not recommend eating at this restaurant!!!!!

As usual very good. The place is located at the entrance to China Town so a little unusual but very good. The waiters speak Portuguese and some a little French. The buffet not bad. No dessert at the buffet but a la carte

Really not great . Premier costs £55 each and is mean to be fillet steak etc … but we saw one price and it was flaccid and chewy … the salad bar was good . The deserts were meant to be from the grill but they just kept brining semi raw pineapple with cinnamon powder on it . There were some donut things but not enough for our table of 8 , and then some halumi with a sweet sauce . One slice . Definitely not with the money at all Got for the cheapest option and just eat from the salad bar .

Incredibly the best barbecue experience we can have.

We can describe it as an open buffet steak restaurant. They offer you three options: premium, standard and salad bar only. In Premium and Standard, they bring various meats and serve portions at your table as you continue to eat. Most of the meats were delicious, but there were some that didn't match their taste. If you say you don't eat pork, they will serve you with care. To get the price, you have to go with an empty stomach.

I was so excited to go to this place after being recommended by a friend and having tried an incredible Brazilian bbq a few years ago. However, I can honestly say that this is one of the most disappointing culinary experiences I have ever had. Every single cut of meat we had except the chicken was unbelievably tough and chewy, all the meat was clearly very low quality cuts and not cooked with much effort or care. There seemed to be hardly any seasoning except occasional a kind of garlic butter, and the quality of the meat was so low that there was no good flavour coming from the meat itself (also everything overcooked). The only cut that was even half decent from the standard grill option was the sirloin, so at the end I decided to at least have one more portion of that before leaving. However, that final portion was so unbelievably chewy and tough that after 2 minutes of solid chewing I was forced to spit it out into a tissue. If you have the cheek to charge people £100 for two people to have a meal (where we didn’t even order a drink only tap water!) then it is an absolute disgrace that I am forced to spit my food out into a napkin absolutely shocking. On top of that it was some pretty terrible customer service, the guys coming around and serving the meat were miserable and just seemed angry, absolutely nothing like the previous bbq I had been to where the servers were fantastic and really added to the experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would highly discourage people from going, absolute rip off and complete scam they should be ashamed of themselves charging those kind of prices for meat quality that’s worse than I could find in Lidl. The only thing I can say that I actually enjoyed was the olives from the salad bar, and even those aren’t as good as olives I could get in Sainsbury’s. Hang your heads in shame

Best Brazilian steakhouse brand I’ve ever been to, all the meat options are amazing, the steaks are beautifully cooked and seasoned, salad bar is wonderful with lots of choices. The place is quite expensive but totally worth it.

Came in to try Brazilian Rodizo and all that it offers. Was left very disappointed. £6 pound extra in price to try Premium Picanha when the middle option has top rump, which is the same cut, is strange and it seems like you're being tricked into taking the more expensive option if you want Picanha. The buffet has a lot of options but nothing really stands out. The Filet minion was juicy and soft, the garlic bread was tasty and halloumi with guava was sweet. The other options were not. Most meat brought to me was either rare/medium rare or severely overcooked. Received under cooked chicken and when I asked if I could get another piece of chicken thigh I was asked if I wanted it "well-done" instead, which shows a general lack of knowledge of temperatures/cooking and safety. Asking the meat servers about the food gave the same result as they weren't able to tell me what they had brought with them or what was on the menu, one told me that leg of lamb was not on the menu, when in fact it is. Whether it was a language barrier or ignorance of the menu is left to be determined. The rotation in meats is also confusing, as I received chicken hearts 6 times, Picanha came a few times around, but I had to ask for Lamb and garlic bread twice, which was never sent out in almost two hours. Staff was inattentive and seemed to prefer talking to one another rather than doing check backs; I was only asked once if all was good with my meal. Seeing that the bill was over £100 was shocking, especially given the experience and most food I received was subpar and not enjoyable at all. The concept and idea is there but the execution for it is poor. Not worth the money at all.

Left With Regret I know it sounds crazy. Walking passed the China Town but not having dumplings or handmade noodles or Cantonese barbecue. All because it was so crowded on the day we were here. Driven by the friendly and bubbly staff at the front door, we decided to give it a go. There's no disappointment from food to the service. Good quality of meat. The meat was well seasoned, so juicy and tender that you no need to have any dip or gravy. Highly recommend the pickles and salad of the salad bar, its acidity helped a lot for a meat feast like that. Everything, from food and service and environment was excellent. Nothing to fault about. There was so much I wanted to try. Unfortunately there was so much variety available therefore I failed to try all. Eyes are always bigger than your stomach. So at the end I left with regret. I reckon other customers had the same feelings as me when they left too......

Amazing find, with a healthy variety of so many delicious options in the buffet (chatting with some Brazilian clients, confirmed authentic), and keen attention to ensure just-cooked freshness was available with all dishes. Excellent service and good vibe all-around. All staff were super friendly, with hosts Roberto and Beatrice charming additions to the overall very positive lunch experience. Will return! My boyfriend is Brazilian, so this was what I was most looking forward to during our trip to London. For Koreans, the quality of meat may be a bit low (I would probably go to the Korean meat buffet). My boyfriend also said that the Brazilian churrasco restaurant tastes much better. The two of us ordered beer and cachaça soda and a regular 46-pound meal, so the total came out to about 140 pounds. It's better to just go to a steakhouse I tasted Brazilian food and my boyfriend also got to eat the food he wanted (salad bar), so we were both satisfied. *Picaña is delicious However, like other reviews, at first it was a really soft Picanha, but the next Picanha was not a Picanha. It's said to be a chain that also exists in Brazil. Most of the staff were Brazilian, so my boyfriend really liked it. The Brazilian staff were so friendly!

I am Brazilian and I have been to churracarias all over Europe on the past 25 years. I can say with no reservations had the worst quality of food EVER. The picanha was tough, the maminha was tasteless, the worst was the sausage. One could taste the bad quality on the first bite. Usually in these types of restaurants the meat flows, they were barely any servers going around with meat skewers. We were two people who wasted 116 GBP to get a stomach ache afterwards. NEVER AGAIN! Für Fleischliebhaber ist es eine Touristenfalle und eine echte Enttäuschung. Die "guten und günstig" Würste von Markkauf, die man elsewo findet, sind weit besser als das, was hier serviert wird. Ten saudades de um bom rodízio ou churrasco Brazileiro? Não perca seu tempo nem dinheiro vindo aqui. Rodízio Rico em Londres da de de 1000 a zero! Don't waste your money here! This is not Brazilian food! Just crappy food at a high price.

Service and atmosphere was very good, friendly staff, excellent wine ...unfortunately in terms of food experience it was really terrible: curly chips awful, grilled chicken was not even cooked properly, beef or lamb below average - it was such a disappointment, maybe they had a busy night or change of chef!

I’m absolutely furious with my experience at Fogo de Chão in Soho London!!! My wife (who isn’t Brazilian) was so excited to try authentic Brazilian food, but this restaurant completely failed us—especially after we paid nearly £100. Absurd! We are meat lovers and we were really expecting to be a different experience. I specifically asked for a proper cut of picanha, the crown jewel of any Brazilian steakhouse, and what did we get? Nothing even close. The meat they served was low-quality, dry, and disappointing. They never even brought chicken to our table, and the rest of the cuts were cheap, and not worth the price or the brand’s name. When I complained four times to different waiters and finally spoke to the manager, things got even worse. He admitted that the premium option includes real picanha, but the £50 per person option we chose uses "coxão duro"—a totally different (and inferior) cut that comes from the same area as picanha but is not picanha. It’s the kind of trick people pull at a cheap student barbecue, not at a restaurant with a global reputation like Fogo de Chão! The salads and side dishes were nothing special—uninspired, small portions, and just okay. For what we paid, I expected much better. As compensation? The manager offered a £10 discount and a drink, as if that would somehow make up for the fact that I didn’t get what I came for. I went there to enjoy the kind of meat Brazilians are known for, not to get a 10% discount on my own bill. It was an insult and only made the experience worse. This was an embarrassing representation of Brazilian cuisine and hospitality. Fogo de Chão completely let us down. I have been to Fogo de Chao in Europe, USA, and in Brazil! All the places were bad and expensive.
