La comida debería haber sido maravillosa, pero estaba fría como una piedra y entregada por otro conductor de entrega arrogante y grosero. Llevando su moto a través de un puente peatonal. Cuando se le preguntó, se encogió de hombros y dijo que lo entendió, ¿no es así? FRÍO. . incluso después de que no cumplió 10 minutos violando la ley. Estoy seguro de que a la galleta de la fortuna le encantaría saber qué tan malo es el servicio de entrega y qué tan terrible es su servicio al cliente de respaldo. Me quejé y me dijeron que "se entregó a tiempo, en una bolsa aislada") Aun estaba frio pero no les importa . Buena comida. ¡Recógelo tú mismo, ya que los repartos son horribles y no les importa!

I had a very disappointing encounter today when my wife and I came to order food. She had ordered a margarita for herself and a pepperoni for her friend. But the server had made the pepporoni and margarita together in one pan and on the same sheet. This was only discovered when they had seen the server picking the cheese off the pepperoni slice and putting it on the magheritta. This firstly could have been a mistake, so my wife stated she can’t have this as it’s been with the pepperoni and she doesn’t eat pork. The server looked at her very confused and asked why? She then further explained, she doesn’t eat pork and only halal meat hence why she ordered the magheritta. The server then asked, “so you don’t want this?” This was really disappointing to see and hear as subway should really educate their employees on keeping things separate. Whether it be a religious reason or an intolerance or just choosing to be vegan/vegetarian. More measure should be put in place to educate their employees and to work on their customer service skills. The employee didn’t apologise and hesitated to rectify the situation. Whilst she did eventually make a new magherita sub for my wife, we will not be returning.

I ordered the chipotle pork tenderloin and wow ! I didn’t leave anything on the plate, so delicious. The service was a little slow but I think that’s because it was close to closing. My mom also ordered the crab cakes and said it was the best she’s ever had! Wonderful dinner experience. The buffet is also good and filled with staples. I wish there were less flies around but after that it’s wonderful.
