Ordered online. Waited for over an hour before they cancelled my order without providing a reason

Gorgeous food and wonderful service. Giovanni and Claudio were particularly helpful and friendly.

Not much atmosphere as we went at a very quiet time. As a meat-eater, not a wide range of toppings. If you like vegetables, you'll probably be happier. But the food we had was all excellent. Pizza base was delicious and the pizza, salad and other food was all excellent. Will definitely be going again. The waiter helped me chose as I'm a bit fussy! And love the new location and restaurant. Thank you Brixton.

We had the most utterly bizarre experience here on the 5th Dec. My wife and I were stopped at the door by the security guard saying they were only taking people with reservations. Luckily, against the advice of the friend we were meeting, we had made a reservation online (the organisational anxiety of old age pensioners kicking in!). Our 40ish year old friend was already there (not having had the secret service treatment to get in!). The guard reluctantly let us in. Here's the bizarre part: the place was completely empty, and I mean completely! The restaurant is pretty large and we were the only people there. We were joined shortly afterwards my another 40ish year old friend who got in with no questions. I'm struggling to understand that. Weird! Ageism? Pizzas were good BTW

Absolutely love this pizza, always fresh and delicious. The menu often changes with new items so it's perfect for those who love to experience new flavours. Staff is very kind and helpful as well, definitely my favourite local pizza parlour!

We were served by Rado who did an incredible job despite the restaurant being extremely busy. He was polite, professional and very welcoming.

An excellent dining experience. Wonderful pizza and even lovelier staff. My friend and I, both vegetarians, were excited to try the mushroom pizza. Apparently, many others felt the same way, because we were disappointed to learn that the kitchen had run out of mushrooms! Thankfully, our server Ines and her manager Rudo, were extremely patient and helpful in advising us on alternatives, and tailoring the order to our tastes. With their recommendations, we were both able to enjoy a delicious custom vegetarian pizza, as well as a complementary limoncello. All the more impressive, was the fact that it was Ines’ first day on the job. Compliments to all the staff, but her especially, for their patience, generosity and excellent customer service!

Had to leave - sat there for 20 minutes and no one took our order.

The food at Franco is always great but Rado provided exceptional service - attentive but not overly so which made the perfect dining experience!

Today, I happened to pass by Franco Manca Brixton after the concert nearby. The food was a top-class shoutout to Dante. She took great care of us. The menu was quite extensive with many options, but she made it easy for us. Coming back for sure.

My daughter has a severe gluten allergy, and we were very grateful for the care and attention provided by our lovely waitress, Dante. Despite being gluten-free, the pizza was delicious. We truly appreciate the efforts of Franco Manca in catering to our dietary needs !!

Excellent service and food.....as always. We popped in for a quick meal after my son's concert - 45 mins before closing. Service was pronto, pizzas perfect and little things like student discounts quickly dealt with as billing time.

Friendly staff such as Matt, made me and the family felt well taken care of, food was delicious and it had a nice vibe too.

Pizza was good but NOT cooked. The dessert ( chocolate and halzenut cake) amazing!! Not too sweet but intense in flavour. THANKS the lovely staff. Waiters were very caring and kind! Prices on average.

Franco manca has now relocated to Atlantic Rd - just an FYI. It has always been delicious, I just didn't go on this occasion.

Well cooked pizza with a variation of mouth-watering toppings baked and presented in quick time. Service with a smile by happy and helpful staff, Chef Elio, Lukasz and Claudio gives you three great reasons to return to Franco Manca Brixton. And for those of you who desire a hint of spice, then we dare you to try the 'Scotch Bonnet Chilli Dip'... it's Franco Fiery Man...ca!

We celebrated our anniversary at Franco Manca, and our waitress, Danté, made it perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. Danté went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable evening. Highly recommend!

Never been here before, but what a great place with excellent food. If you love good pizza, then this is the place for you. The service is very good, friendly and efficient. On a Friday night, the atmosphere was buzy and welcoming. They also offer takeaway, which is very popular. The prices are reasonable for what you get, great food! Enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.

True traditional italian pizza. The food was delicious and the staff were great. Claudio provided excellent service and attention. We are in the country for a short period of time and Brixton has so many options. However, we will return to Franco Manca for the fabulous atmosphere and experience!

The pizza was good, the ingredients were good, the service was excellent, friendliness and courtesy.

Popped in for a lunch, can't say it's was a great experience. Waiter was very eratic and didn't even ask us what we wanted to drink, had to catch his attention some time later. Their claim is Pizza in 60 seconds, we'll it is if it's undercooked, raw dough not good. Had anchovy, very thin on toppings, felt could not Complain as waiter so erratic. Quite annoyed when you read all the positive reviews that I got a rough deal. My partner had goats cheese salad which was nice thankfully. The amricano was weak so was an overpriced meal for what I got. Cheers

Ordered 10 pizzas for a birthday party and they messed up the order. Contacted them because pizzas were mislabeled and the brushed me off telling me to email pictures. I did and they never responded. They can't handle big orders and they couldn't tell us which pizzas were vegan so we ordered elsewhere. Save your money and don't waste your time with them. Receipt below for proof.

Always love a bit of Franco Manca. I got the meat special. So spicy and tasty with a beer. It was also the first time I had the cheese cake too. That was amazing, definitely recommend!

This is a late review, having attended the Pizzeria in April. Franco Manca is a chain of decent pizzerias and the Brixon branch is no exception. The staff is extra friendly, the toilets are clean and the ambience close to a traditional pizzeria and not too fancy. An eatery where the emphasis is on good fares more than on decor. The pizza is modelled on the Neapolitan type, thin crunchy crust quickly cooked and a sensible topping, not too traditional, yet not over-risky modern. There are vegan choices, but not in the desserts' selection. The beer is local and highly potable. I chose the Franco Manca special and was pleasantly surprised by the abundant brisaola and Parmesan topping. Definitely a good bistro, to spend an evening with friends.

Seriously!? The most amazing pizza I have ever had and at a very reasonable price. A whole explosion of flavours with each bite. Fresh ingredients ( its so obvious) and great friendly service. Lucky to have such great eateries in Brixton. FM in a new favouries of mine.

Great meal at Franco Manca. First time at the new location, it's such a great atmosphere with really friendly staff. Value is great, so ended up spoiling ourselves to multiple negronis and three courses. Food was super tasty and great portions. I really enjoyed my butternut squash salad. Thanks for a lovely time!

We ordered the pizzas with uber eat and when they arrived they were cold. Like not slightly cooled but fridge cold. Absolutely not what we expected unfortunately. The taste of the pizzas themselves were good

Franco Manca's change of location is worth a visit: high quality pizza, many more tables than before and still within the famous Brixton markets.

Finally , the standard is back having known Franco manca before it became a franchise,I stopped going there as it was terrible in all front. when there last week was greeted with smile happy people and great pizza , great customer service, would def recommended to anyone

This new (ish) branch of Franca Manca is great. Firstly the way they’ve designed the space and kept the exposed brick and layout is lovely. Tonight we were a large table and looked after by an amazing member of the team called Ines, she couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful. This is the 3rd week we’ve been there and will be back again next week. Great work by the manager and the team! Tonight I got to meet the manager too called Dante who was equally as lovely. Thanks to all of them, great work guys.

What a wonderful find! I understand that this restaurant has moved from the arcade to this new site. The restaurant is pretty stunning in an urban chic way. The pizzas are tasty, well priced and the service is swift. The ambiance is nice and the ingredients fresh. What more can you ask ! I'll definitely be returning.

Great atmosphere on the new location around the corner from the original Franco’s and Franco Manca (meaning Franco is missing). This keeps the same quality sourdough pizzae. Great service from everyone, including the charismatic KJ. Definitely worth a visit.

Back at Franco Manca in its new location on Atlantic Road in Brixton. I love the decor and atmosphere in the new restaurant with the same high quality sourdough pizzae. Amazing service from KJ. Definitely worth a visit. This is my prior review from the old location. Everything remains great in the new building: This is where the Franco Manca chain began. Before it there was "Franco's" here - hence the name meaning that Franco is missing. Good quality pizze - possibly better here than at other branches. They provide fast service - I think they rely on a quick turnaround of customers.

This is the original Franco Manca. Did come here 12 years ago when it wasn't a chain, and Franco himself was coming the pizzas and talking to the clients. As any place that grows bigger, the quality gets lost in..translation!! Some places are decent some, quite below par... and it's all dep on the pizza guy. Have to be Italian, possibly from naples, and with experience... the rest is up to your luck. I suggest this original one or, surprisingly, the one near Victoria Station.

One of my favourite places to eat locally and my no. 1 sourdough pizza of choice. The staff is awesomely friendly with an attention to detail even when around closing time. I feel looked after when I visit. Fully recommend it!
