The food was good and pastry was delicious.

Yusif was really nice and I an so glad he was there to serve us. This was great, I am really happy I chose to come here. I hope other people come to Franco Manca.

The pizza was extremely disappointing ,probably the worst I’ve ever had. The service was equally poor, with the front-of-house staff clearly in need of extensive training. Overall, a terrible experience.

We ordered 2 pizzas on 4th November evening time, 1 smoked beef and 1 truffle buratta. It was the worst experience from Franco Manca, we normally eat there and love it but this time pizzas were not cooked properly, different from usual and give us stomachache in the middle of the night. I don't think I will order again from Kingston anymore.

Amazing value for money and such yummy sourdough pizzas! Kingston upon Thames branch had the most helpful attentive waiter called Richard, helping us amongst the chaos of 4 kids!

Ordered takeaway but later decided to sit in. My server Yusif made the transition simple without any complications. He had a keen eye for making sure that I had everything that I needed.

Richard was our server and he was excellent. Couldn’t do enough for us and so efficient. Food was excellent and amazing portions for children.

Despite it being super busy the service was friendly, quick and welcoming - one of the best Franco Manca branches in London!

Please don’t burn the pizza. Take your time if you need to but really be careful with the food. The staff was nice but a bit slow for not having so many people in the restaurant but it doesn’t matter much.

Terrible Experience with Unprofessional Management ★☆☆☆☆ I recently visited Franco Manca in Kingston and had the worst experience. I waited for over an hour without receiving my food. When I finally called the manager to address the issue, he acknowledged that I had been waiting for a long time, but instead of resolving the situation, his response was indifferent. He reassured me that my food was on its way, but when I expressed that waiting this long had already spoiled the experience, he finally started preparing my order. When I mentioned it was no longer necessary, the manager displayed a dismissive and rude attitude. His first response was to tell me to “LEAVE.” It was shocking and highly unprofessional. When I took a picture for a review, the manager sarcastically said I could “take a movie” or do whatever I wanted, as he didn’t care. It was clear from this interaction that customer service is not a priority here. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other restaurants in Kingston where you’ll be treated with respect.

Our waitress was called Jemima and she was so sweet and so helpful. Food and service are both great here.

Have been going to Franco Manca for years and tried a few branches. We went to this Kingston branch on Saturday lunchtime and it was quite busy inside on both floors. We ordered the meat special with wild boar sausage, potatoes and 3 chilli, and the no.3 with Stilton and potatoes. Both were delicious as with every other pizza but the Stilton one was particularly good. Couldn't get enough of it. Service was alright despite the amount of customers in the restaurant.

Had a quick lunch catchup with a friend and wasn't expecting one of the best pizza flavour combos I've ever had. It's a new special with Amatriciana sauce, and it is a must try! Service was prompt and welcoming, and booking was a breeze!

To call this a pizza is putting Pizza Hut in a Michelin star category. The picture says it all. No flavor and toppings were thrown on as if the chef was 8 feet away and the lights were off. Tiramasu was also bland and tasteless - actually watery for some reason. Maybe it saw the pizza and cried a little. What made up for it is Alex’s service. Otherwise would’ve given a 1 star. Fair to say will not back anytime soon.

Stopped by after a day of visiting Kingston. Great experience and lovely staff whom are accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Our first time coming to franco manca and i must say i really enjoyed it. We were served by Brooke. She was very helpful, gave some suggestions on sauces that would go well the my franco manca favourite which we will be trying next time. Only thing that stopped this from being a flush of 5 is the no. 4 pizza....could have done with a bit more seasoning like the no. 8 mizza i had. Overall i enjoyed the vibe of the place and how the staff supported us. They even explained the things i didn't understand. We enjoyed out time and will definitely return.

Yusit was exceptional waiter. He did welcome us in friendly was and did served us so good (all happy face & smiling). We as family of 4 (wife & two daughters). Limited menu but tasty pizza and nice ambience. Have vegan options with options to swap from regular menu with vegan alternatives so that’s a big plus for us. Yusif was attentive, knowledgeable and kind in waiting our table.
