went here the other day and it was amazing! great, fast service and friendly servers, food perfect (the carbonara is to die for!). will definitely be back!

Came here with my family. 5 stars for food and service. There was something on the menu for everyone and food came fast and was delicious. Great for kids, will definitely be back and recommend to anyone in the area as the service was fab.

Forgot to add something onto my order. Phoned up to try add to order and they did it free of charge. Was just a couple sauces but muchly appreciated

I’m eating at F&B; quite often and I always enjoy my food. Service is quick and lovely at the same time. The only downfall is the music. I always liked the atmosphere of this place but must have changed the playlist recently. It made us feel depressed for the rest of the day...

Went for a meal before going to the cinema, took far too long to take our order and when it arrived half of it was wrong (not hard... hot dog with nothing on it). chips were under cooked, ribs were over cooked, coleslaw was watery...

Food was good, service was fast, however out of about 5 front of house staff only one was running around and doing everything. Tomas you are a credit to the company and thank you for your service!!

Mi novio y yo vinimos aquí el último día de nuestras vacaciones, la comida y el servicio que recibimos fue rápido y atento. Nos atendió Tomás, que parecía estar en la mitad del restaurante, aunque en el otro lado había 3/4 miembros del personal, luego de preguntar quiénes eran los otros miembros del personal, 2 de los otros eran supervisores. Me alegro de que nos sentáramos en la sección de Tomas. Creo que estarás buscando dar crédito a los miembros del personal como él, que probablemente pasaron toda la mañana corriendo y haciendo todo lo posible para seguir siendo eficientes y amigables, y mantener un buen ambiente. Ve tú. La comida era buena, daba las estrellas que hice puramente por el servicio que recibimos.

We visited yet again as a treat for our little boy, he loves F & B'S macaroni cheese. We arrived and as we were ordering they told us they were out of macaroni cheese -we nearly had full blown tears at this. Well Veronica was an absolute star and got a portion of macaroni cheese for him. Absolutely made his day. A massive thank you from us.

Fui aquí para una comida de cumpleaños y desearía que no lo hubiéramos Tomó años para servir ys aunque estaba tranquilo. Luego vino la comida y una comida fue tibia y la masa de mi pescado no se cocinó en el medio. Las comidas de los niños estaban bien, pero no volver a esta franquicia. Más lado de las fichas para 3. 49 es una completa estafa. No vengas aquí durante la semana por la noche.

Food was fantastic. Will be back however service could be improved slightly. All in all good experience.

Vi var 8 personer, fikk sitte ved to bord. Maten syntes vi alle var grei men ikke noe mer. Dyrt i forhold til hva en fikk var det også. Jeg betalte ca 30kr ekstra, for å få ekstra chili på min pizza.

He puesto un mal servicio en el título, pero antes de comenzar me gustaría agradecerle al gerente de servicio o a la señora gerente con el pelo largo y oscuro fue muy agradable.

Nos metimos en un tratamiento de desayuno, pero decepcionado. Desayunos clásicos para 3, pero el huevo no estaba demasiado caliente y el té estaba frío. Llegó el momento en que llegó el desayuno y no hubo recargas. Decepcionado. El personal era amable y los baños limpios. No vale la pena el precio y extraño como el almuerzo y la cena comen normalmente excelente. Los niños tienen sus squishies sin embargo.

Fui en esta noche y su marido consiguió la pizza flaca. Era un cuarto de pizza y un montón de lechuga para la ensalada. La pizza se quemó por debajo, así que tuve que devolverla. Comí pasta de pollo y champiñones que podría haber estado más caliente. Una taza de té consistía en una pequeña taza de agua tibia y una bolsa de té en el lateral. Tenía que hacer nuestro propio té. ?. El agua no está lo suficientemente caliente. 2. 29 para el té. Todo muy rápido. Tal vez debido a la gran cantidad de familias que he estado. No regresaría. Este fue el restaurante Aberdeen en la playa.

I had the traditional breakfast and my wife had pancakes with bacon. Both were perfectly fine. The problem was with our cups of tea! What arrived was two cups (and pretty small cups at that) of hot water and two tea bags. And they had the cheek to charge £2.29 each. Even at a much more prestigious place, you expect a pot of tea for that price, giving you two decent cups each. F & B, shame on you!

Went in for breakfast, was served by a lovely young girl called Tilly. Food was excellent, serv8ce was excellent an overall 5star experience

Although a Saturday night & most of the other eateries looked to b pretty busy FRankie & Benny’s was not particularly! Even tho we were instructed rather tersely to take a seat at the bar, ordered a drink & waited. 20 minutes later got a table. The food was very sparse, meal one fish & chips & green peas, luckily I had been to spec savers & just about able to see the meal - could have been made by a child! Second meal salmon, baked potato bit of garnish - the salmon was minuscule, again, less than a third of the fish! Whatever happened to the rest of the fish, did another 2 diners share it!? The waiter wasn’t keen to let us go until he had counted all the change, to make sure we paid it all - pretty poor all round......

when we went in we had to wait to be seated which took time and I was a little impatient but once we were seated the service was quick the food good , love the revised menu with the portions and selections having got better. We had been the previous weekend and loved the food so no qualms about going back. There was a mix up with the bill, the wrong table was cashed up but it was sorted quickly, in our favour, and apologises were made so more than happy. When you go down load the app there are money off vouchers available through the app so it's worth doing.

Awful food. Very cold. Staff unpleasant and not helpful. Didn’t check back with us. Grudged us when we asked for our change after sitting 15 minutes with our bill. Will not be back and stain to the frankie and bennys group.

Came to union square for my friends Birthday and must say the staff and atmosphere was excellent. Especially Our server Beth. Who was professional and also friendly. Recommend

Unico elemento positivo. Dopo parecchio arriva la carne, troppo cotta, senza sapore. Bah lasciamo stare.

Just been for lunch. Didn't receive what I ordered and the fries were 50/50 hot and cold. The BBQ sauce was way too sweet for my liking. I'll not go back.

Arrived at door of Resturant that’s was fairly quiet at 20:45 waited at door to be seated, after standing at the door for several minutes, went over and asked the barman if they were still serving food, he said they were and someone would be along shortly,.

Unfortunately had a bad experience here, slow service, staff on mobiles when people needing seated. Food was cold and was under a hot lamp for near on 10minites. Had to use the app to pay my bill as they were not interested in coming back to the table! I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Came in for our usual breakfast and once again the glasses were dirty plus a waitress serving who wasn’t friendly at all. Love the food here so hoping for better customer service and nicer waiting staff next time. Service was bad enough for me to come on and write a review

Been a while since we visited Frankies in union square. Pretty busy as usual for a Saturday but we were seated quickly and orders for drinks within 5 mins. We shared a starter and had a main each which was very nice. Only issue was so little sauce with the starter Chick strips. We were going to ask but it was busy and thought better hot food without sauce than cold with. I would ask for extra next time. There were a few parties in which is nice and was a good friendly atmosphere with nice staff.Worth a visit as they take tastecard 7 days a week so good value.

Visited with my daughter and partner this lunchtime where we were met with a disinterested looking waiter who sat us in a booth, threw our menus down and proceeded to walk off. After waiting around 10 minutes still nobody had returned to take a drinks order and the place was not particularly busy when another family were seated behind us and promptly had their drink orders taken by a cheerful looking waitress whilst our waiter stood at the service area looking at his phone and looking no closer to taking any order from us. When the other family received their drinks with still nobody coming near us we decided not to spend our money in that establishment seeing as they weren’t bothered about our custom anyway and went to another restaurant in Union Square where we received much friendlier service. Won’t be returning

Breakfast was a disaster. Service slow from the get go. Had to ask to be served and ordered our food. Quite a wait for it to be served and to be honest wasn't busy at all. Finally it came and I took 1 look at my bacon and seriously questioned how they had the nerve to serve it. The 3 pieces were stuck together and rock solid, my partner told the waiter we needed a chainsaw to cut it and all he did was nervously laugh with his head in his hands as there was no explanation for just how bad it was. Then noticed my partner was tucking into his black pudding to notice mine was missing.... also heard the table next to us saying the same thing.

Went here for some food, ordered meal and it was disgusting. Had to wait at least 25 minutes in between severing of drinks and food. The service was appalling and l ended up getting food poisoning from the meal l had.

We were greeted very nicely and shown to our table where we were given menus ans asked for our drinks order by the lady who showed us to our seats. The drinks order was wrong, but exchanged very quickly. The boy on our section, had not acknowledged us at all, even though this section was relatively quiet,we sat for over 20 minutes while folk who arrived after us were served before us, so in the end I asked a lady from another section and she took our order and i watched her relay this at the till point to the boy on our section. We then waited a further 15 minutes, and then my food arrived....while my two young kids sat without food, i explained to someone else that our order had not arrived together even though we had specified it should, and the kids then waited a further half hour (starving by this point) before their food arrived, in which time I had long finished my food. The food i have to add, was delicious and hot. But we wanted to eat as a family, not at separate times!

Popped in Thursday night for tea. good service. Food was good as always. Kids enjoyed their pudding too.

We ate here on Friday evening as a family of 4. No problem getting a table as the place was half empty (unlike TGI Fridays across the walkway, which was really busy). Our server was friendly enough but English wasn't his first language and he had problems understanding what we were saying and seemed quite preoccupied with his handheld ordering device (don't know what these are called). We ordered from their special '2 courses for £9.99' menu, which included 2 portions of potato skins for starters. We eventually got one of these - they obviously hadn't ordered 2, so had to wait 10 minutes for the second portion. It was basically 2 very small halves of potato on a side plate. No garnish or presentation. Quite tasty, but visually uninspiring. Perhaps to be expected if ordering from the 'cheap menu'?! Then my husband and I both had the mac n cheese, which was actually very tasty. Portion wasn't huge but was satisfying enough. Kids had the burger and a pizza from the main menu. Nothing special - chips undercooked. The main thing that irked us was the poor customer service. At one point at least 4 staff were standing at the station chatting, whilst we sat with empty glasses. When we asked for mayonnaise, one of the women (who we think was the manager), didn't even speak or barely look at us. Practically threw the small pot on the table and walked back to her station to chat without a backward glance. The staff were all dressed in mismatched clothing - what happened to their uniform? Could hear the chef shouting from the kitchen. We used to like Frankie & Benny's but after this experience I won't be rushing back. Could do with a decent manager to pull it back together and reintroduce some standards!

super choice of meals, tasty and filling, liked the music, staff a little disorganised when ordering drinks.

The food there is very nice if you order off the main menu,i once went with family who ordered of set menu and said it wasn't as good as the normal menu. I have been here many times and have never been been disappointed by the food however there have been times when the restaurant is under staffed and food has taken a bit longer to come.

Visited today at lunch time, service generally okay but certainly not the standard it used to be but reasonable.

Stor amerikansk *dinner* på kjøpesenteret. Ok utvalg av retter og tilbud på 2 til 3 retter. Bestilte burger og salat. maten var heller skuffende burger var veldig tørr og brødet var gammelt. Salaten var god og masse bacon og kylling. Ok service og god shakes derimot.

I do enjoy Frankie and Bennys, this one is a place we frequent often for our tea. We used the app to get a deal, and got a 3 course meal for under £40 so you can’t fault the price!

We dined here for my birthday and although the food I had was fantastic, the portions did not match at all. Where I had a bowl with enough carbonara for 2 people my husband was presented with a tiny quite dry chicken breast and a wee handful of chips. The taste of both dishes were superb. Staff were great and very friendly.

dropped in for a meal, WHERE DO I START , diet coke turns up at the table as normal coke- our mains arrive before our garlic bread starter , the wife asked for extra chicken to be added , seemingly its like KFC fooking missing, I had the wooden wedge and fried wood shavings ( at other restaurants its called fish and chips), The chef's that were working looked like they had spent the last 24 hrs their feet, Not to be totally negative the coffee was ok , I HONESTLY wouldn't return if the food was free that's how bad the fish and chips were ,

We went in for a family meal 5 adults and 5 kids last night. Said we had 2 tastecards told we could only use 1 at the table {thought this was wrong and on checking tastecard website this morning for Frankie & Benny's you can use as many tastecards as you want as long as it is 2 per one tastecard.} When we got the bill we had got a service charge no one told us of this when we asked for a table could have forewarned us. Think it is terrible with half of the table numbers being kids. And of top of this only being able to use the one tastecard.

;My Husband my 17 year old granddaughter and myself went to Frankie And Bennys in Aberdeen for lunch yesterday afternoon when we arrived there was only about 6 people there we were shown to our seats and about 15 minutes later the waiter came over to take our order my granddaughter ordered the doughballs for starters when they eventually arrived they were hard and cold so she left them then we waited over 30 minutes for our main meal and one of our starters came with the main meal my husbands pizza was not great and I was told I would get coleslaw with my chicken burger but I didn't get any I left my burger and my granddaughter left hers the meals were a disgrace and the bill was £55 50p don't mind paying that if it is a good meal but it was the worst meal I have ever tasted will not be going back

My partner and I had a meal tonight. The food was good, but one thing annoyed me was an ice cube was chucked over by the bar to your table. The table from the bar was close, but that should of never happened. The bartender did apologise and said it was for his colleague but it was chucked over at our direction.

Had breakfast here with my grandson, he had the full cooked breakfast and I had the eggs Benedict. Everything was served hot and was tasty. The service was good. Only complaints were that chips were served instead of fried potatoes/not letting us know in advance and the yolks on the egg Benedict were cooked through “not soft”.

Drinks arrived 5 minutes after the breakfast.

Two burgers fries onion rings and water £35! The Burgers were Luke warm very greasy with the smallest amount of fillings, the bread was stale and the fries half cooked and very greasy. The onion rings were inedible, all different batter colours as if ( and I’m sure they had) they been taken from left overs customers plates and re heated!

I gave this place a second chance after having a disappointing family meal a couple of months ago. Needless to say nothing had changed it's only gotten worse. My wife was given the wrong meal twice, in the end she gave up & just ate what was served up. My food was a joke, cold, the chicken was like the sole of an old boot, two onion rings the size of ear rings. The server was foreign (nothing new there) who we couldn't understand & he couldn't understand us. I will never step foot in a Frankie & Bennys again, a total rip off for crap food. Even MacDonalds would beat this place & that's saying something.

Visited for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The toast arrived stone cold and had the texture of cardboard. After pointing this out the toast was replaced (and no apology given). We also ordered a coffee and a Pepsi when our food arrived and by the time we had finished, there was still no sign of it. This is despite asking at least 3 members of staff for the drinks. The bacon that was provided with the breakfast was disgusting, small greasy cuts that were composed mostly of fat.

Our family often come here and we love the food, especially the ribs! The portions are good sizes and we haven't come across something we don't like! The staff are always friendly too and we love the decor and the choices of music played..makes a lovely atmosphere!

We were a little late in the evening arriving, but were given good service and a pleasant meal. We returned in the morning for breakfast and again we were well served by friendly and helpful staff and provided a good hearty breakfast.

My friend and I visited here for the first time and we both ordered garlic pizza bread for starters, when the bread cake out it was only just warm the bread was very thin and had no garlic taste to it. After about 25 minutes after finishing our starters our mains came out, we both had cheeseburgers, when they came out the food was stone cold, the burger was very bland with no taste. The waitress was very rude to us and never asked if anything was okay just grabbed the plates off of our table. Horrible service and food, wouldn't ever come back!!

Visited this place on Sunday 12th November 2017 from 1pm to 2pm. Ordered 2 pizzas. After having waited nearly 40 minutes, they arrived cold. We returned them and they told us they would bring 2 more. After having to remind them again, after waiting for ages, they then arrived again barely lukewarm. What is more, they had not been cooked nearly as well as the first two!! We were then asked to pay for one of them, despite this and we left having paid £14 for the priviledge! Also spoke to Manager who was foreign and did not understand customer service! Never Again!........

Det finnes en rekke restauranter i andre etasje i Union Square. Denne jevnt over middels. Maten grei men ikke mer. Plus for pizza Magarita, den var perfekt. Vil nok forsøke noen av de andre stedene neste gang. Tror det er rund 15 forskjellige restauranter på dette stedet.

Return visit but it’s been a while.Saturday night so was busy but got a table for2 no problem.Service was quick and food was good. Some reviews not so great recently but we could not complain.Starters were good and we had a 2 for 1 voucher for main so it was a good value meal tonight. Server was very attentive and polite.Thanks for a good supper.

Came here after a day out. The kids had their junior meals and I had my customary steak and chips. My wife had lasagne. Food was hit and staff as always were very good.

It was Saturday afternoon, a glorious day and restaurant was very busy, even so the young lady at reception greeted us and explained that due to being very busy it would take slightly longer for our order to arrive. We were seated and the waitress took our drinks order and gave us time to choose our food. The selection on the menu was varied and should suit all tastes. Drinks arrived and not too long to afterwards our food arrived. I had the chicken burger with fries and salad and a small trivet with sweet corn and a beautiful sauce. Everyone else was more than happy with their selections. The staff were attentative even though they were very busy without being intrusive. There were young families in and some cries etc from the smaller children but that is to be expected and anyone who has had children of there own understands the situation. The atmosphere was busy but pleasant and staff polite and friendly.

I have been to others of this chain and this one really wasn't the best ...granted it was busy and the bar staff where lovely and pleasant. There was a wait for tables so they got us drinks and helped us outside with them. The food on the other hand was not good. Garlic bread was burnt and black. I couldn't believe someone would serve it to be honest. Meatballs where cold and we had to request service after waiting for things to be cleared...not worth the money

We came here for a quick lunchtime meal before travelling. We spotted the kids eat for £1 poster outside and took advantage of the offer which was very good, they got a large meal deal and the portions were great aswell as plenty of choices and refillable drinks. My husband chose a burger but for over £16 it was very small and very tasteless he was extremely disappointed. I got given a separate gluten free menu which had a small choice range but decided on the burger also, the bun was ok and not dry which is what I usually find with gluten free bread. I was full but the quality of the meal was very poor and we wished we had gone somewhere else. The toilets were not very clean either which completely put me off going again.

Booked for a family birthday party.Seated quickly with drinks orders taken. Took a while for delivery of drinks. Restaurant was quiet but still seemed to take a very long time for staff to serve us.Food quality was very good. The childrens menu has been revamped, but the portion sizes are huge, especially for a 3 year old. Lots of wasted food.The staff however were lovely and served dessert with candles as a surprise and sang happy birthday.

Staff friendlly ,polite and gave you plenty of time to make your mind up , once ordered not long to wait , food was hot and good great choice on menu , place was clean overall good experience would eat here again.

This one in Aberdeen or the Glasgow one is by far the best frankie and bennys I've been too. The staff are very attentive and friendly and the food comes of good quality and at a decent time. The food here is very good and the atmosphere is amazing too!

After coming back from the states it was a little shock to the system going back to UK service. It took what seemed like forever to get a refill of my drink. The server wasn't exactly helpful either. The food however was not too bad. Just a shame about the service.

Meal with friends before a show. Shannon the waitress couldn't have done enough for our party of 7 ladies. From the minute she took our order till we left she was very attentive even tough restaurant was very busy. Went back for breakfast next morning and she was still there to serve us with the same smile. Food was great but being served by Shannon made it an even more pleasurable experience.

I'd eaten there the week before and had a very nice pizza. This time I opted for a steak. What a mistake. It came overcooked and the mushrooms and grilled tomato were flat cold. For a restaurant charging what they do I'm quite disgusted. Like a typical Brit I ate what I could. It is the last time I'll eat there however. Poor service and even poorer food. I'm done.

Came as a family of 5 and it was pretty empty - waiter took us to a table near the kitchen but we had a 2yr old with us who was unfortunately awake so i decided this table was so not suitable for us and i asked to move us to the window for a big booth which was fine - then i asked for a highchair and the waiter is obviously new as he came with a stupid clip on highchair that was not for the size of our child, after trying to get her into it and not managing, i went over to the staff and asked for a wooden highchair - my daughter much preferred this - we though phew we can now enjoy our meal time - boy was i wrong, our table had no napkins or cutlery and the waiter took our order and arrived with our garlic bread starter but NO plates or anything so yet again we were back up to the staff to ask for stuff as he gave us no time to request him to do it, we weren't asked how our meal was at all nor were we asked if we needed drinks and our child did need a refill but by the time we got that sorted it was near the end of our meal, the food was ok - my bun for my chicken burger was awfully soft and each time i picked it up for a bite it was breaking up, i asked for an extra of mac cheese and they put it IN my chicken burger HAHA, my middle child ordered a larger childs meal of hotdogs but it was so measly he was still hungry and one of the hotdogs didn't look that appetising so didn't blame him when he left it, my 2yrs meal was plentiful and my other kids should have all ordered that as mac cheese was value for money AND cheaper!! when we got the bill - things had been added that we never received or were charged adult prices when extra drinks had been for kids - all in all it was a total disaster and we WON't be back again - I sound like a right moaner and I'm normally not - I've loved F&B;s in the past but its going downhill, will try the beach one to see if it any better and fingers crossed as its a great family orientated chain - i TOTALLY don't recommend the Union Square one for sure! :(

Went for lunch, considering the prices (cheap) I'm not expecting a 5 star meal.We got a very nice and freshly cooked meals (burgers and fries). Followed by two very nice desserts. 4 excellent cocktails and very friendly staff. Considering the price it's excellent and very busy. I've been in worse F&B and this one is probably the best.

We were looking for somewhere simple to eat after a rather cold wet afternoon and the staff at this restaurant made us very welcome. Service was quick but not rushed and everyone we saw was friendly. Frankie and Benny's does not aspire to be fine dining but the food on offer is of high quality - well cooked and presented. The trademark Spagetti and Meatballs tasted as good as it looked and smelled and there was a good selection of desserts and starters. Highly recommended.

Good old tunes, nice ambience and quick service.Starter was garlic doughballs which were unfortunately microwaved which made them very hard and chewy.Main was a cheeseburger n cheesy fries, this was lovely, burger was juicy, bun was soft, fries cheesy n toasty hot.Dessert was hot cinnamon waffles worth every penny, hot, sticky, lots of cinnamon, moreish. Overall experience was good just maybe avoid the microwave and next time it will be a 5star rating

Staff friendly, very nice people, but food nowhere near standard expected. I ordered a pizza and a friend ordered pasta and both were tasteless. We also ordered garlic bread and it looked far better than it tasted, you wouldn't have been able to tell it had garlic. No intentions of going back to this place

I visited in the evening of Saturday 29th April with my daughter and ordered potato skins with bacon and cheese filling and orange juice with soda water for myself. My daughter had apple juice and fish and chips with peas.The skins were cold and had no taste and my juice tasted watered down (I had the same drink in a different restaurant the previous evening and it tasted completely different).My daughters meal was tasteless and her peas were cold.To say I was disgusted was an understatement.

That's the second time this year my wife and I have turned up about 9pm and stood at the wait to be seated area. And staff have wandered away to pick up cleaning products or went through the back we even tried being cheeky and calling and it just rang out .NICE to know cleaning is more important. .. wouldn't normally mention another company ,but massive thank you to prezzo for making us feel welcome. This is a large restaurant and the main issue was slowness of service probably due to the high volume of food being prepared simultaneously.Enjoyed huge portion of olives as a starter to share.Main courses were good. The menu offers a fair range of food and some deals to reduce costs. The quality of food is good.They now offer a fresh fruit salad as a dessert so there is a low calorie option for those preferring a healthy option. Good to see this development... even though I opted for apple pie with cinnamon and a measured small jug of custard and single scoop of ice cream.

I have been a fan and regular client of this chain for about 20 years but found our latest visits getting poorer and poorer.All my old favourites have gone- warm chicken salad, fish cakes,cracked pepper scampi, some pasta bakes, Cajun chicken ,arrabiata, all gone.There is a wine listing going from good to fantastic , yet there is no room in the fridge to chill the Sauvignon blanc!! Warm wine is not worth paying for .We started with bruschetta which was meant to be toasted bread was served on cold soggy bread.We did get a replacement which was better but covered in rock salt.I had a king prawn linguini, a new feature of the menu.Unfortunately it was not to my taste and rather tasteless.My guest had chicken and prawn al Fredo which was ok.The service was good and the waitress pleasant.We used to be offered freshly milled pepper but were not and the table pepper was too coarsely ground to come out of the holes!The restaurant used to be much busier . Perhaps other people are disappointed too.

Went there in a group of 3, had steaks and burger. The food was ok but not that special (regular steak). It took them a long while to prepare 2 steaks and one Burger and paid at the end (with 1 Sider, 1 beer, 1 sparkling water and one tap water) over 45£

Been here a few times during break at work. Past couple of times ordered eggs benedict which had to get sent back. First time the bacon was stone cold and the sauce had started to solidify. Eggs had gone solid in the middle. Second time round, muffins not toasted properly, bacon look warm and very little sauce. Both times got the dish replaced. First time, the replacement was spot on. Second time it was cooked better but very little sauce. Staff just seemed on another planet and not interested. Certainly not good service for a restaurant that was virtually empty when I attended there. If any of the management or senior management of this chain are reading this, this restaurant in Aberdeen is needing to get its act together, mistakes can be made by anybody but twice with the same dish on different dates clearly shows no passion for food quality and service. Sadly won't be back as this latest episode certainly leaves a lot to be desired and has put me right off. Disappointed .

A huge variety of breakfasts to chose from for 6£ and also well cooked. I d go back for the breakfast.

We went here for a catch up with friends Shared the starter plater it was burnt and the sweet corn dried out .The waiter brought the wine and left bottle and glasses on table we asked if we could try he said we don't have any open He then waited and I asked if he would pour for us .... Really ?The main courses 2 of us had chicken burgers , dry and un interesting to be honest Doubt I would return

Traditional American kitchen with ribs, steaks and so on. Salmon and haddock fish cakes are excellent.

Could not fault anything about our dining experience in the Union Square Frankie and Benny's. We didn't have a reservation which was no problem, the young man had a table, he was very polite and efficient in taking out drinks order. Was waitress was also very polite and attentive, lovely wine, beautiful food and fantastic service. Many tbanks.

We booked as it was the weekend.Really nice lunch and the staff were very helpful. It was noisy with loads of kids but that's the only complaint.

Meal for two or a family gathering this is a solution. The atmosphere here at Frankie and Benny's is superb. Great menu and Good Service.It can get a little loud sometimes but with happy chatty customers and birthday groups all around you its to be expected. A relief from shopping or a great place to start your day with family and friends, it has to be Frankie and Bennys.

Went in on a busy Friday evening and there was a 20 minute wait on the door which was acceptable. Went and ordered drinks at the bar and paid, to then be told I couldn't get the drink that I ordered because they had ran out. Eventually got sat and got told our server was Anna (I think?). Waited 15 minutes for her to eventually come and take our order after we had to ask her to which was very frustrating.Food was good and came out in generous time for a Friday evening. Upon finishing our meals we waited another 15 minutes for our plates to be cleared (place wasn't busy any more) by another member of staff who was lovely and asked if we wanted desserts which we did. Desserts also came out promptly and were good. Asked for the bill when finished then left. Overall great food but really poor service.

During a recent visit we found this establishment of F&B to have Poor service and poor food quality.

Had not been in F&B's for some time. This one looked tired and in need of some imagination. Not many people in. Service was not that good (waitress new to Scotland she said) food acceptable but there are better offerings in the mall

Me and my partner had breakfast here on busy weekend morning but were very well looked after by a lovely young waitress called Keara, she is a credit to this restaurant. The food was good too, I would recommend the pancakes and bacon.

I visited Frankie and Benny's last week for lunch. The food was good, atmosphere vibrant and the service was great! The waitress spent time chatting to me and my friend and recommended things from the menu when I was torn between several dishes! She also told us about an unlimited soft drinks deal (which is always useful in January to save money!) Although the restaurant was fairly busy and the waitress had other customers to attend to, I didn't feel rushed or pressurised to order my meal quickly. I feel this is uncommon in restaurant chains so I would definitely go back. The waitress's name was Keira.

Had a wonderful time at Frankie and Benny's last night with the family. Excellent food with even better service form our server Cameron. Will definitely be returning

After waiting for well over five minutes for a waiter/waitress to the welcome us and see us to our seats, we were given a table. The place was empty so why we waited so long I'll never know. Two waiters by the bar ignored us and the bar area had many empty glasses lying around. They didn't seem to be doing anything though. Once we got menus, my husband ordered a water while we looked for what we wanted. Again, no one came near us again nor did the water. We actually got up and walked out. How this place is still open I'll never know. Staff that clearly didn't want to be there or help customers with orders. Such a shame. The Restaurant at the beach has much friendlier staff which are much more welcoming.

Very disappointing visit to F&Bs, I ordered BBQ Chicken wrap, the wrap was burnt on one side and the chicken filling was luke warm at best. My daughter ordered a chicken dish and found it difficult to cut the chicken, I think it was overcooked. Service was okay but would not rush back.

My wife and her friends had a small Christmas meal booked..or so they thought...on arrival no booking had been reserved,,,(This had been telephoned and booked a week or so previous) anyway the waitress and floor manager managed to find two separate tables for the group..not really suitable for a meal together...and informed the group that no Xmas meal option was available as they hadn't defrosted enough meals...yes...that's right...defrosted!!...so the general manager intervened... & mentioned the defrosting predicament again... but meals were ordered but unsurprisingly on arrival they were completely underwhelming...A really disappointing experience...service was really poor...and the food not worth bothering with...There are plenty other places to eat at Union Square so why would you bother with a microwaved or defrosted meal...

Poorly trained staff who placed main course on the table and didn't clear first course dishes. Wasn't offered any oils with my starter and then when I did ask for some they were in a chipped bowl. Drinks took forever to arrive at our table and generally staff seemed disinterested. Not the place to go for lunch if you only have an hour it took nearly 2 hour to be served a starter and main course.

I went to frankie and benny's tonight with a pal. We hand not been in a long time but it's not the place I remember! The man that finally met us from the door was very sassy and talked to my friend and I like kids. It took a long time for our order to be taken. Our starters came and mine was was fine but my friends was greasy cold garlic pizza bread. Our mains came when our starters were still sitting on the table. We both diss liked the mains, my stake was not cooked how I asked and the chips were undercooked. My friends pasta was dry and not very tasty. When taking payment no one has us how our food was and I couldn't see a manager to talk to. I don't normally complain but I felt like I had to on this occasion.

It's really quite rare I find a chain restaurant I can say anything more than it was average. Starter was fine and pizza was excellent. Both really enjoyed it. Gf had a waffle Dessert which she loved.

Had a lovely dinner here and the cocktails where fantastic. Staff friendly and willing to help anyway they can xx

Went to Frankie and Bennies with friends for lunch. We had the cheesy garlic pizza bread for starter, absolutely lovely! My two friends had pizza and i had Carbonara. We all enjoyed our meals the waitress/waitresses were lovely and we were happy with the service we received. Will be back again soon!
