Spaghetti was dried pasta not fresh. Spaghetti sauce was flavourless. Pizzas too saucy. Quality and menu choice has gone downhill a lot. The waitress however was lovely.

Great service, lovely staff, food lovely and staff very friendly We attended the Breakfast with the Elves and the staff were brilliant with the children and tried to make it really fun.

We had a very Cold breakfast served on very cold plates, all the waitress said was; oh deer, I should have refused to pay but my British attitude didn't alow that. The best advice to everyone is avoid this establishment or send the food back as soon you realise the problem. I personally like to vote with my feet and will choose another restaurant in future.

The service was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive, offering thoughtful wine pairings and checking in just the right amount. The pacing of the meal was perfect, allowing us to enjoy each course at a leisurely pace. Five stars 👌

Great staff very attentive and quick service

Food not worth the name….shame to say Italian when pasta tasted nothing better than home cooked one. Mac and cheese tasted bland and no flavour at all, was hoping it should be good, had to add more salt to make it edible.

The food was heavy and dry, and the waitress was fantastic and friendly overall a nice evening.

I’m a support worker for ladies with special needs. Today was one of my ladies birthday. I’ve worked with these ladies for three years and every time we go out in the community there’s some sort of hiccup. Little things that make the lives of the ladies just a tad harder. However, Daniel was an amazing server that went above and beyond tonight. He was very kind, smiling and polite. He was fast with our order and kept checking on our table. He made accommodations for the ladies I support without even being asked to. When it came to paying, we go through different procedures when supporting the ladies, However Daniel made the process so much easy and straightforward. The whole night went extremely smooth and it was an overall amazing time. And I can confidently say it was because of the care and attention to detail from Daniel when serving our table. 10/10 in everything.

It's been a long time since we have visited F&B and it has been absolute delight of a date night for us. The food was lush and a lovely ambience in the venue. Ashleigh made our evening with her friendliness and attentiveness and a credit to F&B. Would be lovely if this was shown to her :)

Great meal with the family here, our server Mike was fantastic, especially with our little one, very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend the chicken goujons starter and I usually have the burger, no adventurous I know, but if you add the extra patty it's a hell of a burger then. Great choice of drinks here, especially the cocktails - with our local TGIs closing, this is now the place to go. Would recommend booking in advance in the evening and especially the weekend.

The food arrived and the chips were all cold and the pizza was lukewarm. The kids meal was rubbish too . Always had lovely food here. Was really disappointing 🫤

I visited F&B with my wife, daughter, and grandson. My wife, daughter & myself ordered. With my grandson ordering a cheese burger and sweat corn. The meals were served with in the time they said when ordering. My daughter & and wife's meal were both quite nice. I had Spag bol dut found that it was lacking in meat it was tasty, but it seemed to be a slimmers meal. My Grandsons burger was totally tasteless & dry despite him putting lots of Tom sauce on it to give it some taste. He didn't eat it. To be fair, after my 9 year old told the waitresses, she did deduct the cost of that meal off the bill without question. My grandson had pancakes & banana with chocolate sauce. He had most of it. I tasted it and found the pancake tough and tasteless. The robot servers were fascinating. One thing they had. Was back ground music playing and every 5 mins or so, it started playing happy birthday very loud, which was so uncalled for. No problem if there was someone enjoying a birthday. However, I think it will be some time before I visit again Sorry F&B

Micheal our server was one of the friendliest and nicest people we have ever been served by. The food was great and looks like it's recently had a refurb looks brilliant.

I’d wanted to take my daughters for a meal and spend some quality time with them. Our evening was perfect, we weren’t rushed and we were made to feel like valued customers. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, hot and full of flavour. 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back.

We love the new menu and our server was so lovely and it was nice he spoke to the child diner aswell as the adults.

Amazing as always. My partner and I go here semi-regularly as it's our go-to place and honestly no matter what time of day I go the staff are always efficient and the food is never below standards. Romy has been our server continuously over the past months and has always been very welcoming and helpful, he continues to question about allergies which I find very respectful whilst still acknowledging and remembering who we are. We recently had Dan as our server and he too was so nice and very enthusiastic. He brought such an upbeat attitude to our morning and clearly cares. We love the staff and the environment they bring, but the food is also very good of course. I've tried a few couple things but really enjoy the gluten free carbonara and my partner the margarita pizza. Drinks are served fairly quickly and our order has never been wrong. Will be returning soon.

Wow really nice place very good service, the tall chap who took our orders was brilliant very friendly and funny. Give this chap a raise. Drinks and food were delivered fast and it was lovely. Good seating for a party of 6. Only down side was no NHS discount on breakfast 🤣🤣 will definitely visit again. To all the staff in keep up the brilliant work, much appreciated from a happy shopper. 👍👊👏

Wouldn’t normally complain here, and was 50/50 whether I should, for me I’m ordering from a set menu and found the lasagna lacking volume, served in a small dish only half full. It tasted good though I’d expect it to be more on the plate as it’s not served with anything. To give you context it was a 6 inch circular dish but only about half filled, so not very deep. Partner had a good size portion of meatballs and tagliatelle. Looked at the full price menu, and would have not been happy if that was full price at £13. If they are serving smaller plates on set menus then they certainly don’t tell you ahead of ordering. So for me not good value at all. Haven’t been to F&B for over a year, is this normal. Service was very good though.

We visited Frankie and Benny’s for my son’s 9th birthday and we had a great time. Two of us have coeliac disease and found plenty of gluten free choice on the menu, especially on the kids menu. The kids menu is excellent value - £8.30 for a drink, main, side and dessert. We had Mike as our waiter who made our night. He entertained us no end and made my son so happy on his birthday with how funny he was. He had all of us laughing and we really appreciated the effort he made.

We visited Fri 6th at 6.30 for a birthday meal for my Dad. We were served by 3 different members of staff, all of whom were brilliant. My mother’s allergies were dealt with brilliantly and one of the waiters made such an effort with our 2 boys, making jokes about “cabbage ice cream” with them. The whole experience was really positive and made our evening. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Quick and friendly service, reasonable prices. Food decent, Hardly any choice of beers.

Called in at about 4pm on a Tuesday. Only a few tables occupied so not at all busy. Ordered a garlic pizza bread with mozzarella and children's nuggets and chips. The garlic pizza bread was raw, raw dough !! The children's meal looked shocking and the chips were a horrid colour and overcooked. Dustpan and brush leant up against food serving area, robot needs a good scrub. Definelty one to avoid.

I attended with a group of work friends on Sunday 21st July to my belated birthday celebration with a meal before bowling and it was a wonderful meal and a fantastic night the food was fantastic and a very special mention to the wonderful waitress Becky who served my group her excellent customer service made the night such a wonderful event I work in the industry myself so I know how tough of a job it can be but Becky is a real credit to the company and I had to thank her for everything all the staff were brilliant but Becky made it extra special and even took a photograph of my group as well she truly went above and beyond even when I asked if it was possible to play an ABBA song honestly such fantastic service I haven't visited Frankie & Benny's for a very long time but after tonight I will not leave it as long on my next visit.

My daughter chose to come here for food after the cinema for her 8th birthday, it was such a lovely experience. The minute we walked in the staff made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure my little girl had the best experience ever. Our server Micheal was great, amazing customer service and engaged loads with the kids making them laugh. The food and drinks were great, nice and hot. Definitely returning and will highly recommended Thank you to you all x
