We are returning customers so that shows the place is great. Food is fresh and staff are really friendly. Great atmosphere on match days. We went on a Saturday evening for food and it was quiet so we moved on after food and a drink but still would recommend for food and drinks it's a really nice spot.

I had pre booked as in knew only would be sit.. We arrived and was shown to our seats. The food was delicious and service was very good.

Ordered a pint of Guinness. They tried sneakily giving me a can of Guinness from the fridge for £7.65…. I assumed they didn’t have draught until some older guys came in and the manager whispered to the barman (do draught for these) To be fair I complained and they immediately poured me a Guinness. It seems they’re preying on foreigners who order Guinness to make a whole lot of cash. Be alert if you order a pint of the black stuff :)

I took my 2 cousins here for lunch after a stadium tour. The staff were very friendly and the 2 boys were very happy with the food choices. Service was good and overall a really good experience.

I`ve got the full experience with the Stamford Bridge`s walking tour and a meal in Frankie`s Sports Bar and Grill. The burguer was a proper one, but the dessert was out of this world.

Terrible servicio, reservamos para el cumpleaños 13 de mi hijo hace más de un mes y hoy he recibido un mensaje diciendo que tienen un menú reducido, que tiene muy poca opción y nada que nos gustaría, así que he tenido que cancelar. Esto fue para una ocasión especial. Somos de fuera de la ciudad y viajamos más de 300 millas para que pudiera experimentar el recorrido por el estadio del Chelsea e ir a Frankie's después para ver al Chelsea jugar con los Spurs. Eso se ha arruinado porque estamos luchando por encontrar cualquier otro lugar en tan poco tiempo. Gracias por arruinar el cumpleaños de Frankie de mis hijos.

Great service for a large group of people. Tasty food.

It’s a nice place but not very good on the food side. Waited a very long time for the food, my main came out 10 minutes before my starter! My son’s main came out after everyone had finished theirs. Puddings came out some people still eating mains and they should have had ice cream but it was missing. Nice place but probably won’t eat there anytime soon. Sorry **** update**** Another visit …. apparently the prices have doubled from two weeks ago , about 40 mins between courses £60 for two courses is scandalous French soup and gammon chop !!!!!

Christan and his mother were amazing. The moment we walked in they greeted us warmly and had us seated right away. They were amazing with our 17 month old son. They brought him a balloon to distract him while we're getting seated and putting him in his high chair, and some paper to colour on whilst we looked through the menu. The attention to detail and care provided was spot on and truly the highlight of our evening, needless to say we highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Stamford bridge or in the area

A very lovely bar to dine in, we ordered pizzas which were delicious. My partner surprised us for my birthday after a wonderful stadium and museum tour. Very friendly staff - Emir served us and gifted Chelsea memorabilia as a birthday gift!! Highly recommend.

Enjoyed a fabulous meal here today - had the OG burger which should’ve been called the OMG burger it was delicious - we were served by Beata the Manager who honestly couldn’t do enough for us so helpful , really made us feel welcome - we can’t wait to visit again

I’d give this place a zero star if it were possible. Came 3 hrs earlier than a match to have drinks. They’re overpriced and refuse to let you sit at a table in the bar area unless you buy food too. Means that most of the place is empty tables with people standing around. Not enough bar space for this and for people like me that have issues standing too long due to disabilities, it’s an inconvenience to not have seating options. The bar tender was nice enough but guy in the seating area very rude. If you want a drink before a match, save the headache and go to one of the pubs around the stadium instead. You’ll thank me.

Mi pareja y yo pedimos la Bangkok Bad Boy Chicken Burger que también con un poco de patatas fritas y también conseguimos las alitas Nice’N’Spicy para empezar. Creo que esta fue la hamburguesa más grande que he comido. ¡Sentí que tenía que calcular cada bocado estratégicamente! Mi pareja dijo que es la mejor hamburguesa que han probado en el Reino Unido. También diría que fue probablemente uno de los mejores que he tenido que era crujiente y las coberturas en el interior funcionaban perfectamente juntos. Las alas eran igual de buenas y definitivamente no decepcionaron! Definitivamente relación calidad-precio para una noche de fiesta lo recomendaría encarecidamente.

Staff were helpful and very friendly they sang happy birthday to my son and brought out a lit a candle in his chocolate brownie , a great end to a our VIP visit to Chelsea fc

Nice food, really good burger and dessert! Had good service, and even brought a brownie with a candle out for my son because it was his birthday. Would definitely recommend.

My 15 year old son and I arrived half an hour earlier than our meal booking time. The staff member explained that due to my son being under 18 we couldn't stand near the bar until our table was ready . Despite it being a busy match day the staff were extremely helpful and efficient in sourcing a free table within just a couple of minutes . Our food arrived promptly. The spicy, hot chicken wings we had for starters were gorgeous and a good size portion . The burgers we had for main course were very tasty but the meat wasn't very warm and several of the chips were very overdone . I didn't raise the issue with the staff because they were so busy and it didn't spoil my enjoyment of the food too much. As a lone female of a certain age I didn't feel too confident about going to the , largely male occupied bar area to order my drinks but I needn't have worried as the staff waiting on tables were brilliant and super efficient at taking and delivering my drinks orders . All in all we had a good meal in a great atmosphere and would definitely book again. A big shout out for the staff, they really were outstanding

Nicely located football bar for Chelsea fans or visitors to the stadium…bar folk and wait staff were patient and kind. Food (burger and fries) was ok but not a stand out…football atmosphere is fantastic.

Frankie’s pub has been one of the greatest pubs we have experienced during our stay in London. The staff (EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE STAFF) have been so amazing with their hospitality!! I highly recommend stopping by, or joining them regularly. They will remember you, and treat you as family. (Even if you’re from the USA) 😅

Our visit to Chelsea's stadium took an unexpected turn for the better when we stumbled into their restaurant. Not only was the food so good we almost considered applying for season tickets just to eat there regularly, but we also had the pleasure of meeting Beata and Krystian from Poland, who made us feel like we were VIPs! Great atmosphere, fantastic people, and honestly, we left wondering if we enjoyed the meal more than the match! Highly recommend for anyone who loves good food and a good time. We’ll be back

Me atendió Beata, que era absolutamente maravilloso e hizo nuestra visita aún más especial, así que me gustaría decir un agradecimiento especial a Beata por su gran servicio y hospitalidad. La comida era preciosa - tuve una pizza margherita, mi mamá tenía tacos de pescado y papas fritas y mi papá fue por la hamburguesa. Visitamos el bar y la parrilla de Frankie esta noche en el Chelsea FC. La comida que seleccionamos, pescado, guisantes y patatas fritas se publicitó en £ 14 : 50 en el menú, así que pedimos dos. El servicio fue deficiente desde el principio, solo un cuchillo, tenedor y servilleta y una botella de vinagre vacía. La mesa estaba grasienta por no haberse limpiado correctamente del uso anterior. Llegó la comida y nos dieron los utensilios. Mientras tanto, un joven asistente corría por ahí, a punto de convertirse en un peligro. El bar estaba relativamente tranquilo, así que no estaba claro por qué sentía que necesitaba correr a todas partes. Se trajo la comida y toda la comida parecía que se había vuelto a cocinar o recalentado, incluso los guisantes. El pescado era pequeño y principalmente rebozado, con el poco pescado que había, pegado al rebozado. La mitad de las patatas fritas eran simplemente crujientes “gordas”. Traté de comer pescado, pero al final me rendí. Mi compañero no había comido desde muy temprano ese día, así que administró la mayor parte de la suya, pero cuando el asistente le preguntó si todo estaba bien, le dije que la comida estaba sobrecocinada / sobrecalentada y no era comestible. Gruñó y tomó los platos. Al pagar nos cobraron 37 libras . . el precio había subido a 17 libras : 10 ? ? ¿No está claro por qué? Y el cargo por servicio £ 3 : 42 se añadió sin informarnos o explicarnos, se añadiría a la factura. Mi compañero pagó y luego se dio cuenta de que nos habían cobrado de más y regresó para hablar con un asistente. El asistente mayor fue grosero y desdeñoso cuando el proyecto de ley fue impugnado y le dijo que todo lo que estaba en el proyecto de ley era ‘estándar’. Mi compañero también impugnó el cargo por servicio, ya que el servicio era extremadamente deficiente, pero nuevamente se recibió con grosería y arrogancia. En su posición al respecto, el cargo por servicios fue reembolsado a regañadientes, pero el aumento del precio no se explicó ni reembolsó. Encuentro increíble que un chef de primer nivel pueda poseer y poner su nombre a una de las peores comidas que he comido. Como este es uno de los seis bares de alimentos / parrillas del punto de venta, creo que otros clientes potenciales deberían tener una revisión realista disponible.

Fantastic place to eat after the stadium tour. When booking had mentioned it was my nephews 10th birthday and as soon as we walked in they mentioned this and gave a present along with a candle in the brownie.

Great bar and restaurant. Stopped in for lunch and a drink after a tour of the Bridge. Food was really good, prices were what you would expect, and the staff/service was the best part.

We did the Chelsea Stadium Tour on Friday and we had a meal included at Frankie's. It was absolutely brilliant, there was a tour menu included and had some great dishes listed. The staff there catered for my partner who is a bit picky with food and we thoroughly enjoyed both our dishes. My partner had Fish & Chips and I had a gorgeous Chicken Burger, which was then rounded off with arguably the best chocolate brownie we've both ever tasted with a serving of ice cream alongside it. Brilliant food, brilliant service would 100% go again (hopefully will do if we get the chance to see a match down at Stamford Bridge at some point)!

We went to Frankie’s before and after the Chelsea v City game. Fabulous atmosphere and very good service even when busy.

Portion sizes were good for price, quality just OK.

I visited the Bar twice, on 16th and 18th August 2024. I watched the game CFC vs Man city and it was amazing atmosphere. My waiter was Peppe and the young man serves with all his heart. He made me feel welcomed as it was my first Stamford bridge experience. I also remember that he offered me the WIFI as soon as he heard that I didn't have local number. If you are going to Frankie's, look out for him. I also enjoyed the security of the place, I felt safe.

Love this place but we are currently sitting outside for a relaxing drink before going back to our room. There is a big table of staff from both Frankie’s and the adjoining hotel who are drinking, shouting, swearing at the top of their voices. Staff members should not be able to drink after shift if they are going to act like this. I will say the lady who was working is very professional.
