I’ve ordered from here a number of times. I consistently receive hot tasty food. Today was no different. The pizza and garlic bread was delicious. The fries tasted both hot and fresh. The cheesecake was absolutely gorgeous. So yes, I will definitely be ordering again.

First time ordering and it won’t be the last. Really good food and the best we’ve had since moving to the area.

Ordered on a Saturday night before 6pm food took an hour and 35 mins to arrive. In fairness the food was good and portion size was good. Shame that cold desert was also put in a hot sweaty plastic bag that everything else was in.

The order never arrived. I had it scheduled for 7:20 pm last night when I put the order in it got sent out about after 10 minutes but even then it still never arrived. I had to request a refund from Just Eat and order from somewhere else. thanks for wasting my time.

We found this little gem whilst driving through Bolton. The prices are brilliant value, all food was tasty especially the rice box if you haven’t tried it please do. Kids meals are amazing value for money and the kids really enjoyed it.We travelled 25 mins to come here again today 🥰 family of 4 fed for just over £20 with lots of extras which is an absolute bargain these days. Will 100% visit again.

First time ordering from Frankys and it didn't disapoint my new favourite place for kebabs highly recommended kebab was packed with chicken and donner meat and lots of salad just how it should be

We have been ordering from here for years and every single time, it is always spot-on! If we have any notes, they are always listened to and actioned. The staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you, this includes the delivery driver. Food is always so nice and red hot on arrival. Near enough all of our street order from here weekly. No complaints at all, fantastic takeaway, food and customer service!🍔

Perfect food every time we don’t go any where else now only hear lovely friendly driver w pop ups recommend to any one

The calzone was dry and greasy. No Sauce. Went into bin yuck. Won’t order again.

Food was really good.hot and tasty. The tub of garlic mayo was forgotten. The delivery driver went back to the shop and brought a tub of garlic mayo. Not many takeaways would have taken the time to do that. Really appreciated. The garlic bread with cheese is the best by far that I've ever had.

I ordered from this takeaway once before, and it was pretty lacklustre and they forgot items, but I thought I would give them one more chance, and as they say fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, this is a definite case of fooled me twice…I will never order again. The delivery driver couldn’t even find the house, the delivery was scheduled for 9:30 (I’d placed the order earlier that evening.) but it was still 20 minutes late… the delivery driver rang saying he was here I went outside. There was nobody outside, I said you’re not at my house. He said where are you so I gave him the address again and he said oh I’m in the wrong place… another 10 minutes went past so I rang him back saying where are you. He said I’m trying to find you… to be honest it’s probably one of the easiest places to find in Bolton and I’ve never had this problem with any other Take Away not being able to find the property. Pretty pathetic…must try harder!!!

We ordered the donner calazone and chicken box with rice both were very nice .the calazone was the best I have ever tasted the meat wasn't greasey and the meat melted in your mouth can't wait to order again.

This is my first complain after using Franky's I live less than 5 mins away picked up my order and dished it up chips were lovey but kebab meat was tepid on top and bottom layer was cold

Never tried before but I throughly enjoyed it the cheesy garlic bread best I've tasted by far, fries really tasty burger meals outstanding will be definitely ordering again

Usually deliver a little before, which is great. Food is always hot on arrival. The staff will make the odd little changes to accomodate customer needs.

Chips and burgers were delicious but the pizza needed to be cooked a little bit longer as it was undercooked, everything else was amazing though.

Waited about a hour an half when I live 5 minutes in a car wish I went sleep lamb shish was awful didn’t even taste or look like it chilli sauce had a mad taste to it chips no seasoning don’t waste your money never again 🤢
