Galaxy Pizza & star grill in Sheffield

Bunch of scammers. Ordered on Friday called literally a minute afterwards as the offer didn’t work so order was wrong. They agreed to cancel. They called me back and again asked about canceling which I confirmed and they agreed. They proceeded to mark the order as collected and charged my account anyway. Bunch of con artists charging peoples account for cancelled orders. Opened a dispute with PayPal afterwards.

Pleasant delivery driver (although nearly delivered to wrong address). Food hot on arrival.

After 2 hours food not delivered ordered at 5.44 Told it was picked up by a just eat driver and he said delivered. Confirmed we use galaxy all the time with 115 orders over time but this service is totally unacceptable

Have just waited 1½ hours for 2 pizza's and garlic bread, delivery driver wasted 10-15 minutes on the phone saying to my partner saying he was knocking on our door, which he wasn't as I was outside myself, driver was very rude and when we rang Galaxy to complain that the food was cold, All they could say was we send out another order, But we Didn't fancy waiting another 90 minutes, if i could give a Minus star rating i would, Obviously we Won't be using this takeaway again, Very Poor around service or Lack of it ,👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I can only say it was average the pizza was ok nothing sparkling a bit bland the wedges were ok a few were under cooked. Expected better after reading the reviews

Outstanding quality and value for money. Customer service is second to none. New menu came through our door this week, (09/09/2024), prices have gone down, drastically, since leaving Just Eat. We’ve been using Pizza Galaxy for years, it’s never been better than it is now.

waited nearly 2 hours and food was cold when it finally arrived, even after I called to say I would collect it, was told the driver had just got back but still took 30 mins after that

The food is not the same at all…seems more over priced and no quality…wedges are not seasoned and are just really soggy roast potatoes now… pizza galaxy just is not the same. Last time i will order from here now….very disappointed.

Dont mind the massive prices....12 quid for a massive special kebab but honestly hardly no meat it feels like it's just an expensive box of chips....I won't have them again....it's happened every time...it's an experience off been ripped off....try Aries spices or millennium spices....these are good food portions with same quality....this is an accurate and honest review.

Food is always incredible. The wedges are an absolute must and the mushroom garlic bread is a favourite. Polite and friendly staff. We order from here often and never had an issue. Premises always looks clean and tidy.

Second week running I have had the special kebab. It’s just amazing! How do you get the meat so tender??? My only tiny thing is that that the pitta was quite hard and would prefer it softer to put the food in. Everything else though AMAZING!! Thanks again

order was accepted at 20 to 11 and on its way at 5 to. Quality was exactly same as any other order spot on... Worth mentioning is Galaxy put pepperoni ONTOP of cheese on pizza so it cooks properly.... burgers always come on freshest breadcakes with fresh salad. chips are always crisp fluffy and cooked in fresh oil. I've never had a bad order whether its been 7pm or 2am. thanks for the free extras with this order. delivery driver sound will make sure I've got a tip next order. thanks again
