I just ordered here I got the complete wrong burger and wrong chips I can't return it as its now closed this is unacceptable

Ordered a meal paid extra for a blueberry and raspberry slushie. Still had to opt for a can as well which I never got and my slushie was just blueberry. Ordered another meal with can of pepsi and got iron bru. Sweetcorn arrived burnt and no butter. But got another blueberry slushie. Only thing decent was it arrived within the time given. If only the order was correct we would be happy. I don't get how hard it is to read an order and put it in a bag.

10 outta 10. . Good Service/ Friendly staff / good ambiance. Plenty of space to sit down. Ordered rice box and fries. Both taste very good. Definitely recommended.

Went for lunch today. Service was pretty good, guys were pleasant though the hygiene of this place is so poor. The person cooking the food had a Galos shirt on which was covered in all sorts of stains and clearly hadn’t been washed in a while. The kitchen was untidy and the server had very dirty hands again showing the lack of hygiene in this place. Reluctantly after ordering I have returned home 6 hours later having not eaten anything else to have food poisoning. This place really needs inspected and fined or closed down. The guys working in the place clearly have a lack of concern for the safety of customers when it comes to food hygiene. WONT BE BACK !

They started off great, but the last delivery I had, things were upside down, no requested seasoning on fries, and their milkshakes tasted like flour.

We been there kids was hungry ordered lodes fries in the portion chicken was not cook properly explain to them we eat the rest of the thing apart from chicken and uncooked chicken return back to there staff and owner said why we eat, They never accept there mistake, by watching other reviews other customer also have same issue

No atmosphere whatever My chicken was hard too bite into on my tower burger The wrap was fine Chips fine Overall pretty basic and nothing to look at I did mention to assistant regarding the tough chicken inside burger but nothing done or said !

Love a boba tea from here and food is great .

What a lovely place and very tasty food

I ordered a couple of bubble teas at 6pm on a Sunday. First time we ordered and was really excited to try It's now 8.13pm and I have called to ask if it is on the way. The phone was answered by the rudest girl I have ever encountered in my life. I was told that they tried to call me and "its not her problem that they can't get through!" Wow!!!!! Really! Can people actually speak to customers like this! She then proceded to tell me "if I want to cancel it then cancel it". I have a local restaurant and I am appalled! Seriously disgusted by the way I was spoken to. Her parting words were "you can gie me less attitude anaw". Come on galos do better than this. Delivery time terrible, staff attitude terrible. Overall completely disappointed in the service we received. Will not be using or recommend again. As a restaurant we always send people your way for dessert. After that I won't be doing that again!

The workers are very nice people food was absolutely amazing the garlic and herb sauce was to die for massive portions for the price affordable

The peri peri chicken itself was tasty however the fries were like cardboard. My friend ordered the rice box and was extremely disappointed as the rice was pilo/Indian rice. Very strange as peri peri is normally Portuguese not Indian. We were given the incorrect drinks. The shop could be doing with a deep clean to. Would I return, NO!

For a start they had very fresh chips, the chicken was impeccable and the barbecue sauce was sweet and savoury 100% recommend!

Waited over 30mins in store for food to be served. 30mins for fast food? 30 bloody mins. Galos use to be good but it would seem their popularity has led to a downfall in standards and quality.
