La mayoría de la comida era a tiempo, algunos pedidos más lentos debido a la mezcla, pero todavía disfrutamos de nuestro tiempo juntos aquí. No tengo la culpa, simplemente no satisfizo pero el trabajo local en algún momento cuando fuera necesario así que volvería con los colegas. El personal es razonable, pero esperaba que hicieran un esfuerzo extra.

I remember coming here for my birthday dinner... They shoved us out at a certain time before we'd finished our food that they took ages bringing and made my gran cry. Never going to this rubbish chain again. Hawkesmore is where you need to eat steak

Great good with a very good value for money set menu with three courses. Went just before the refurbishment… and felt the atmosphere felt a little crowded and noisy compared to other gaucho restaurants. This may have improved so am looking forward to going back again to see how it has improved. Of course this is an epic place to go for some amazing views while you dine.

El puerto deportivo era muy bueno teniendo en cuenta que estábamos comiendo en un asador! ¡Y era un buen lado con nuestro filete! Tomé el cóctel de flores de lichi y fue ligero y refrescante! Bonito lugar para nuestra primera noche en Londres! ¡Sólo me llevó 24 años volver!

Extremely noisy when your neighbour tables are filled with local businessmen, enjoying their beer and dinner. 1/3 of the sirloin steak was unchewable. Instead of deleting this steak from the bill, they only offered a free dessert which we rejected.

Been here for 3 course menu for Gaucho’s 30th anniversay, we had a great date night. Food was nice and delicious but nothing exceptional. Service was great and fast. I loved the interior design and decoration. Service is very high end and we had a nice view of tower bridge at night. The only thing which could have been improved was the food, and I found it expensive for what you get. However, I’ll like to go back and try one of their famous meat.

Pleasant experience having a lunch here. We booked a table in advance (a week) and asked for a table where we could fit in the stoller. We were given table with a view plus highchair for our little one, thumbs up. Food was nice as well as the service and atmosphere. Thank you.

The venue is nice and overlooks the iconic landmark. The food is inconsistent and the service is lacking finesse and attention to detail. We've had 3 mistakes in one order . One was never corrected. I was not served broccoli with my main that I've ordered and after asking for it it arrived when my meal was nearly finished. My husband got wrong desert and I didn't get a coffee I've ordered with mine. I've asked for it twice yet it arrived after I've finished my desert. I like coffee with my dessert not after so at the end I didn't have it yet was charged for it. My steak was fairly chewy and not the Gaucho standard I'm used to. The desert lacked one component that it has in the other venue that tied the whole thing nicely. Day before we have dined at Gaucho in Richmond and the experience was so much better and the food was nicer. Tower Bridge venue lacks vibe and it's quite meh despite nice interior. I will make sure to go back to Richmond venue for sure but won't be back at Tower Bridge. I've invited my husband for a dinner which was my treat. I've asked the server for the bill and extended my hand to grab it yet he has given it to my husband. I've said no, it's for me and the server made a look which made my husband very uncomfortable. Quite weird. I didn't expect so many mistakes in one night. Not the worst night but not what I've expected after paying hefty bill. In my case service charge should be absolutely not added after 3 mistakes in one order.

Although very nice restaurant for meat! They were all but very high quality. The only thing I have to remark is that they had cooked our meat a little longer than we asked them to! The service was amazing and the atmosphere very nice!

One of the waiters was not polite in the way he spoke to us.

An untidy, slightly grubby booth with an unobservant, almost intrusive waitress who got our order wrong twice (and charged me). All of that I can forgive but not for £630 bill for four people - £70 of which was "service". Really poor. The food was meh, wine was fine. Just a very humdrum experience and wish I had taken clients somewhere else as a treat. A treat this most certainly was not. The view is nice, but it's next door to a Five Guys. I'll go there next time with clients. Better service probably. And food.

No lo recomiendo — servicio lento y sin respuesta (pedimos agua tres veces) , comida no tradicional argentina que intenta ser auténtica pero falla (por ejemplo, empanadas de calabaza que no existen en Argentina o tortitas con falso dulce de leche) . Las porciones son muy pequeñas, incluso las comidas de los niños. Proporcionan hojas para colorear para los niños, pero no hay lápices de colores o lápices!

The entire evening was perfect for my husband birthday dinner. The restaurant was busy and I might have preferred a little more intimate setting but it didn’t disappoint and we had a lovely evening together with the family.

A bit ‘chainy ’… service people were helpful. I had to send a steak back; there were multitudes eating and I wondered whether the chefs could keep up with the volume of orders. A bit noisy, so not an old wood-panelled steak house.

I went to Gaucho Grill for Father's Day, and while the initial service was great, the overall experience left much to be desired. We were promptly seated and given a thorough explanation of the special cuts of meat. For starters, the burrata was nice and creamy. We decided to go with the Sunday roast and were pleased to receive a complimentary Old Fashioned for my dad. The roast beef was tender, and the trimmings were tasty. However, after our food arrived, our server seemed to disappear. No one checked on us to see if we needed condiments or anything else. It felt like we were forgotten because we didn't order the high-end steak options. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Very poor experience will probably stop attending this branch. Booked online for me and wife because it was my birthday weekend. Wrote it in the notes. Got to the restaurant gave my name was seated outside. Then a server asked if we like some water my wife said no but a server still brought a bottle of water. We ordered two Sunday roasts but for some reason they have decided to remove the cauliflower cheese even though I had it in March. Bill come at the end there a charge of £5.50 for the water that we did not want. My wife asked the server to remove it so he removed the £5.50. But the gratitude amount was the same £10.53. Which was 13 percent of the bill with the additional water we did not want. What he was suppose to do is create a new bill that way it would of been the 13 percent gratitude off the amount without the water but instead he charged us the same gratitude thinking we both just stupid people. I don’t think I will be returning again because why would I return to a restaurant that does not read their notes. Does not acknowledge their clientele birthdays. Does not acknowledge what they do or don’t want and then at the end of it all over charges them because that more convenient for your staff than to be ethical. Whenever I attend this branch I never ever have a consistent good service. Been couple times and service is not consistent and it they treated me different when it was just me and my cousin compared to when it just me and my wife or when it was me my wife and my wife friend. I personally feel this all occurred because of my race and I’m far from impressed.

Terrible. This used to be a great chain under the previous ownership. Make no mistake, this is not Argentinian food neither resemble the service we are used to in Argentina. Spicy empanadas? With paprika? It was not full at all, but it tool forever. We left after 45m of waiting for our food. As Argentinians we don’t feel identified with this substandard experience.

Wow, how can they get this so wrong? The two ladies on reception were lovely and showed me to my table and from there, it just nose dived. The majority of the staff were having a meeting in full sight of myself and one other diner (perhaps word has got around). This meeting went on for 3 hours. The few remaining staff spent their time chatting in groups of three. I had ordered an Empanada, 400g ribeye steak and a Don Pedro for desert, all accompanied with a carafe of Malbec wine, which came to £123 (without the service charge!). A straightforward meal, which took 3.5 hours. When the waiter gave me the bill, he had the service charge on, full on for audacity. I told him to take the service charge off, which he seemed surprised at. Clearly, the hospitality industry is not for him. It's the first and the last time I shall visit a Gaucho restaurant. 10 out of 10 for the worse dining experience I've ever had.

Very cold inside while really cold out, no necessary to turn on the ac at so low temperatures. Also, there was confusion with our dishes. Not worth

Went out for a birthday dinner with a few friends. The service was quite disappointing. The only person I felt who did a great job and put in an effort to make our experience enjoyable was one of the male managers. Our waiter didn’t seem interested in us. Kept ignoring us a few times we tried to get her attention. The food was ok. We had to send the chicken back as it still had blood in it. Steaks tasted lovely but I think would have been even more tastier if it came out a little more warmer as it went cold quite quickly. Had a mixed up with my bill at the end. Where after I had paid for the bill and then later found out the waiter had forgotten to add a few drinks we had ordered to the bill. Ambience was great but the overall experience was marred by a few inefficiencies which left a very bad taste in my mouth. Would I go back again??? I’m quite on the fence on this one.

I was here to celebrate a friends birthday, the service was great and felt very well attended to. I had the steak tartare which was nice but doesn't quite compare to many others. Generally I felt the portion size of the sides were small, the sirloin I went for Churrasco De Chorizo which I really enjoyed, but I would say flavour-wise, there are better elsewhere. As an overall experience it was enjoyable

Dinner was great . A small mistake at the end . I hit charged more than the bill , the mistake was corrected promptly , however the refund still not showing on my account. Please kindly follow up on that . Best Peter

I met an old friend for lunch and cocktails. We sat by the window, taking in the view of Tower Bridge eating a lovely steak, with yummy sides service was great, food was great. Will c9me back again.

Not a very good start when we arrived at 10.30pm for 10.45pm table booking online, post Bridge Theatre. We were greeted quite curtly with the guy at Reception saying “ you’ve arrived just in time”. I told him we weren’t late and that our booking wasn’t until 10.45pm. He told us the kitchen would be closing very soon. Wonderful waiter called Marcel, was very attentive and informed us the kitchen would close in 5 minutes. We ordered quickly, Steak, Salad and fries. Marcel was very helpful regarding our wine choice too. The food was wonderful. The service was excellent. Be very wary when booking on line at Gaucho, Tower Bridge

I booked this for my boyfriend’s birthday. Food was amazing, service was amazing and our overall experience was perfect. We had a lovely view too of the bridge and it was a beautiful evening.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waiter was extremely poor. Took forever to take our order. Missed many of the things we ordered. Even something he suggested. We were still eating apps when the main courses came. Felt very rushed. Server never checked on us to see how the food was. I ordered a fillet medium rare and it came out well done…. Had to call over a manager about it as the server never came back. Then they reordered it and it came out rare. Our first time there for a special occasion and will likely never go back. Stay clear of this location unless you have very low expectations and want to waste your money. Very disappointing.

Service was initially good then took a while to get the bill although no one was really on the restaurant. I signalled a few times before having to call out to our host

I booked Gaucho Tower Bridge for our 6th Civil Wedding Anniversary, and honestly u can't express how happy I was with the way we were treated by all the stamm members. The welcome was extremely classy and also very polite host at the entrance. The food was absolutely delicious and the view was spectacular, especially the fact when the weather was beautiful last weekend (Sunday 19th May 2024) I would for sure reccomend this to everyone who is looking for a elegant, classy and very professional service as well as a very pleasant atmosphere. I was only upset about one thing that I had requested the top floor and also window seating for the tower bridge view, however when we got there on the day I was told that the top floor is not available as it was hired out for a private event. That did really put a bit of a downer on my whole surprise for my wife.

Food was average at best, and expensive for what you got. Very pricey but a nice location and outlook.

There were so many options to choose from. Gaz who had served and accompanied our table was incredible at creating a warm and friendly atmosphere as soon as we came including everyone else who had made sure our time at Gauchos was amazing and I would highly recommend Gaucho’s for anyone looking for an amazing steak place to eat. Also highly recommend getting the chimichurri sauce for the steak. It hit different 😍🔥. Looking forward to coming back.

overpriced but goid food and service

The location with the view of Tower Bridge is one of the attractions of this restaurant. The meats are of high quality and the cooking is perfect. On the other hand, in terms of prices, they are sincerely abusing. The quality/quantity/price ratio is not there at all. In photo, Churrasco lomo (63€) and Beef tasting (42€) to which must be added the accompaniments at 6€ each. The mash is very good. Beautiful cellar with lots of choice. The waitress, very cold, recites her speech like a robot at each table, revealing her desire for additional sales too clearly. So it all depends on what you're looking for but FYI, Five Guys has the same view right next door.

Was a little disappointed with this visit. I ordered a 500g Rib Eye, cooked medium, but it was very dry, chewy and gristly (and cooked well done). I sent it back and the new steak was more medium, but again very chewy and gristly- not right for a rib eye. It also meant my wife ate on her own, then had to watch me eat - not ideal for a date night! Due to the money we paid, it was very disappointing and I probably won't be back

I hosted my dads 70th birthday dinner here and the service was INCREDIBLE. Especially Gaive who was so gracious, friendly and helped us with all our needs. The manager was also very accommodating but unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. I would definitely recommend this restaurant

Very disappointed with service. Must say that the manager did remove desserts from bill due to poor service and length of wait but the unbelievably poor service spoilt the meal and occasion. Shame as this was previously a favourite Gaucho branch of ours.

Absolutely lovely! Great tasting food, good variety on the menu and really helpful staff. Stephen was extremely helpful in accommodating my booking request and needs for 12. Reasonably priced for this type of restaurant- 3 courses, with approx 2 alcoholic drinks each @£1198. Wheelchair accessible as they have a lift, London transport is nearby with short walk and some limited free parking nearby after 7pm. Stunning views in the evening to top it off.

Went here to celebrate our wedding anniversary as its one of our fav places for steak. We were given a glass of complimentary fizz to mark the occasion. We were seated by the window with lovely views however there was a large group behind ours who were so LOUD, it made it difficult to have a decent conversation. We ordered the tomahawk steak to share and the quality was good however I think it was left to rest for a tad too long so temperature wasn't great however didn't want to send it back. The damper of the evening was when our food was being served, the waiter dropped our wine bottle which was an accident, he promised to bring a replacement which didn't happen. Most places would bring a new bottle especially when the bottle has touched the floor and some drink has been spilled all over. The maître d' offered her card should we need to be refunded for dry cleaning/laundry services which we declined. I expected a gesture of goodwill given the circumstances. The bill came and we were expected to pay including a service charge. 15% was finally knocked off after I requested this. In my view, as a customer I shouldn't have to ask for this given what had occurred. The evening left a sour taste in my mouth and I guess I will have to look for a replacement steakhouse.

We were in town and decided to try this place. Initially put upstairs not to my liking, mid meal they actually asked us to MOVE! they had a party of 10 coming in they wanted to accomodate. Mind you, we were done at our new table before that party ever arrived, so why did we have to move? Food was mediocre at best as well.

We came here as I fancied a Sunday roast and have never tried Gaucho for it. The atmosphere was lively and busy for a Sunday with a great view of Tower Bridge from our table which would look really beautiful if we were dining at night. I had sea bass ceviche to start which was amazing! Loved the jalapeños on top. As for my main, I wouldn’t come back to specifically have a roast dinner here again. The sirloin beef I received was half meat, half fat having to cut my way round it all like an obstacle course. Everybody knows a Sunday roast is 90% judged on the roast potato and these weren’t up to scratch (sorry chef!). Not crispy on the outside and fluffy and light on the inside, these were more dense and thick on the inside. I had a bite of one, and left the rest. The Yorkshire was amazing. My partner chose the 450g chateaubriand for his main which was so nice (I got food envy). Service was pleasant but attention to detail not great as we were left sitting with oil on the table (from the bread and oil basket we ordered) between starter and main course. The waiter had returned after our starter to give a steak knife to my partner, didn’t clean the oil and didn’t redress my cutlery so when the staff came with the mains, I had to ask for more. They also failed to notice the oil left on the table and were going to put our mains on top of it. We had to ask for it to be cleaned.

We ordered a rib with bone priced at £65 in theory weighing 600g, which is worse than a £5 market beef. The side dish came late, and my dessert arrived 10 minutes before my wife's dessert. I don't recommend!

Honestly not great, food was average. People in the restaurant in tracksuit & trainers. Our waiter was brilliant though, very helpful and efficient!

Disappointing experience. Very pricey but not tasty, coupled with unprofessional service. We had to ask few times waiter to come to us and had lack of attention, felt like some table was having priorities. Needed some advised and recommendations but didn’t get it. Waitstaff lacked finesse. Food was not tasty and waiter tried to upsel the dishes which we didn’t want to consider and informed him from the beginning.

We had a great family meal to celebrate my daughter running the London Marathon! From 7 to 70 years of age we all had a great time!

Been here several times now. Yesterday we had a booking for 8 people for my birthday and by surprise when we arrived they’d actually booked us in the private dinning room. The room was stunning. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. I Can’t recommend enough! Thankyou!
