George's Fish & Chips in Chorley

Sometimes it's nice Sometimes gets too busy with loud music but on occasion we've listened to really good singers haven't eaten here yet.

Missing items. Cold food. Dry toppings. Most thrown in the bin. Chewy pizza bases. Awful cold fries.

Lucy served me, approximately 4pm on Sunday afternoon outstanding customer service, huge smile, lots of eye contact, very polite and friendly whilst remaining professional. Not very often you see a genuine smile and interaction. Pleasant interaction. Front of house area clean and tidy, tables cleaned as tables vacated. Food was freshly prepared.

Came here a few months ago and the food was not great. Thought I would give it another go but I will not be back again! Food was below average and barely warm. Cheap but certainly not cheerful!

Unfortunately poor experience… waited a very long time in the queue with only 2 customers in front of us. Only wanted 2 take away coffees… charged extra for alternative milk - I never understand this as the cafe doesn’t use the ordinary milk so take that off the price then add on alternative milk price… eventually got coffee to take in walk … no cup sleeves but it turns out that didn’t matter as coffee was only lukewarm anyway. Will not be returning! Expensive and poor product 👎🏼
