German Doner Kebab in Stockport

Went in the afternoon around 12-13 food came fast and tasted fresh and young lady at the front was very helpful making sure everything was perfect lovely experience

Food not bad just expensive and quite confusing to order to be honest. But came hot, hardly any salad on the kebab though just a bit of stringy lettuce :/ Staff lovely especially the young girl on the front counter who was actually run ragged attending to customers in the shop AND takeaway orders. But 3 in the kitchen, 1 could have helped her? The music in the store was SUPER SUPER LOUD felt like i was in a nightclub... bit off-putting as was the constant just eat alarm thing. Would visit again but I'd probably still be confused at the menu and annoyed by the super loud music. But credit to the girl serving

Amazing!! Food and service is spot on !!

Considering the fresh ingredients and flavourful dishes, you really get more than what you pay for. Highly recommended for those who want a quality meal without breaking the bank. And their staffs are excellent, specially Nilufa and Jesse .

I won't be going back now after my food hasn't turned up!! Been on the phone, nothing, blaim others still no food or refund. Bizarre

Food is decent quality, lovely, moist doner meat, fresh salad, ok bread. Portions are small for the price you pay and more so if you want to add jalapeños, or sauce, or anything else that comes as standard in a normal kebab shop, it soon adds up. Kebabs are loaded up with meat at the front to look impressive and only salad in the back third. Chips are good and a nice choice of toppings. Ordering was easy enough and the staff were really nice and polite to be fair. I visited the Stockport store and while it wasn't terrible, I wouldn't come back, especially with hundreds of kebab shops in Longsight, Levenshulme, Rusholme just up the road, where I could have got more food, of a similar quality, for a third of the price.

Redowan gave great service. Occasional check that we were ok. Made us feel important and valued. Food was lovely. The Doritos kebab bun was yum. Third time we have been with more visits planned.

The atmosphere was okay okay-ish. Not too bad. I’d ordered the OG chicken wrap and ir was fresh and light and not too heavy on the tummy. The beef was acceptable too but the chicken beat it.

I am extremely furious with the service from your store in Stockport. I spent 30 minutes waiting for my food to be ready. There is no justification for the delay. Several people were served before me and left before me. I complained at the counter to the waitress named Ilenia who only knew how to say: I'm so sorry. When I was handed my order worth £53.12. When I get home and see that they didn't send me the fries, the food was cold and the kebab was all spread out, I wanted to go back to your store and make a fuss. Can you tell me what GDK will do about my complaint??? The minimum is to give me my money back. I await your response as urgently as possible. WHY I STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSE????

Worst kebab ever, no contest. Do not buy this junk. Best go to local kebab shop and will cost half the price and actually resemble a kebab/taste 10 x better

Enjoyed dining at the original German Kebab. Ordered and original Kebab that came with a choice of meat and salad( red cabbage, lettuce, tomato) and had the curry fries. Visited GDK stockport tonight, the service was great. All the staff were so lovely and could not do enough for you, nothing was to much effort! The restaurant was really clean and tables were cleared straight away. The food was great, we really could not fault anything. Highly recommend!

A Right Proper Disappointment Well, I’ve been a regular at this here German Doner Kebab joint for a fair while now. Used to be a right decent feed, a proper belly-buster. The kebabs were juicy, the chips were crispy, and the service was swift. But lately, it’s gone downhill faster than a runaway trolley. The kebabs are as dry as a week-old teabag, the portions are smaller than a shrew’s breakfast, and the staff are as friendly as a wasp. I’ve had ‘em forget my drink more times than I can count. It’s a right shame, really. Used to be a top-notch spot, but now it’s as disappointing as a soggy Sunday roast.

I kid you not, this place is heavenly. The architect needs a raise, the food makes me question what the other places are doing if their competition is this good, the staff are wonderful. If you're passing around this area, come here, especially in the evening or night.

Lovely food .we had chicken came with salad rolled up.you choose a dip .fries with sprinkle on like curry or other flavours or plain.

Is mıssıng my second meal deal and food ıs cold chips ıs cold too. Very disappointed
