Food is nice and we are always severd quickly with kindness however I feel the music played could be a little more lighthearted and Rida is nice

The food was a bit cold but it tasted alright. Rida the lady that served us was very nice with us.however the atmosphere was ok but the music wasn’t very nice.

Brilliant food and excellent customer service

Really disappointed in GDK Watford. Ordered, the delivery driver accidentally gave my order to the previous customer before me and said “Hold on” drove off in his motorbike after realising he didn’t have my order. I then called GDK 8 times to let them know what had happened. No answer at all! Won’t be ordering from them again.

Me and my boyfriend had dinner in this brunch and Rida was very accommodating and friendly and been checking on us .. food was good not so oily as I can’t eat too much oily food..

German Doner Kebab is spot on! The portions are just right. The staff are super friendly and quick, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a great spot for a quick meal!

we Came from birmingham for a meeting and the staff denied to let us eat in to restaurant when the time was 10:49 and we literally humbly requested the staff and the the guy so called team leader talking to us leaning on the bar. which we found very rude and unprofessional. and owner should review if they would have let us eat because we had a 2 hours drive to birmingham.

Rudely, Denied eating in at 10.45 when we came from out of town and just wanted a quick meal. Disappointed that I’m this day and age staff would deny trade!

The staff are awful, they say you cannot us either toilet, as soon as you say ur not paying you can use the toilet. Managers apparently say the toilets are rplem but they are in working order. Disgusting service. Will not go again and advice all not to attend

Average dining place, food is good if you order in but if you takeaway it can be quite lacking. Staff are friendly on most occasions and the atmosphere is alright.

I need to say that first time I was impressed with the packing and the food quality. But...... Ordered from here with different apps and my last order with Uber eats was with "CARBON" chicken meat. The meat was so burnt that 70% went in bin also the bread was soft and elastic. Shame that I've really liked the food but someone changed the standards.

The food is tasty; the kebabs have a crispy bread shell, there's lots of salad inside, and they have a good amount of sauce but not too much. Beware the portion sizes; I ordered a boss box and couldn't quite finish it. The staff are friendly and service is quick.

We have been ordering from GDK Watford since its opening. We liked it a lot. Although lately the quality has dropped. We do normally take away in person. In the last one we ordered a couple of Doner boxes with fries. The fries were not well cooked, mushy.. And we did find an hair in the meat. We will avoid this place for a while hoping when we decide to give them another chance things have improved. The service should also improve a bit.

Not only was my food late but my driver didn’t read my instructions and woke up everyone in my house at 3:00 am when I told him to meet me elsewhere than the front door.

No can as ordered food arrived but no drink

I ordered online and I was very angry and upset with the quality and quantity of food that was delivered..paid over £20 for my order which was cold when delivered plus the quantity of meat was atrocious more salad then chicken in the gym box..

Terrible service were not fussy people but they still got the order wrong will not be returning to watfords branch ever again and it sucks to say that as the beef is what we go there for but last few months it's gone so down hill never order a takeaway

Put a cold drinks bottle in the same bag, immediately next to a kebab and fries??? Both were freezing cold by the time they got to me and just eat only offered a 20% refund for ice cold food???
