Gran comida y ambiente. Tenía filete de filete y estaban felices de modificar la salsa / setas, etc. Muy buen entrante de hígado de pollo y todo lavado con Amarone. Estará en lo alto de mi lista cuando vaya al grillo de nuevo.

Lovely venue with fantastic home cooked food and staff/service thats second to none. This is the second time we've been here now, both times on taking our daughter back to Uni. It was recommended to us and it's clear why. Excellent.

A lovely evening out with friends. Food consistently good, friendly staff, and if Gorgio is there an extra special evening as he loves to give extra treats to his diners.

My wife and I went pretty much on spec but we had a really good time. Food excellent and service attentive but not obtrusive. The seafood starter was ace and the chicken/mushroom in sauce was superb.

Place seems v cozy and the foods are yummo, would defo go back to get some tiramisu 🫨

Extremely overpriced for very underwhelming food. £90 for 3 of us to eat two courses is excessive by anyone's standards - left genuinely questioning if I'd been overcharged. Presentation also lacked, not a single plate looked visually appealing. Generally just a huge disappointment and won't be returning.

Lunch time specials are great decent portions. We arrived just before closing time and we were going to leave. The owner had a word with the chef to stay on a little longer so we could order. Fabulous customer service will be highly recommending.

Fantastic place! Me and the Mrs went in there for their lunch time deal - £6.95 any pizza or pasta, and couldn’t have asked for a better service and food. Bill came to £20 for two nice plates and some drinks. Highly recommend!

Place was packed, I think it was also graduation week. This affected the service which was a bit slow. Food was great and a good and varied selection for all tastes.

Got 2 busses to have lunch that was advertised in window any pizza or pasta dish for £6.95. Arrived at 13:35 to be told kitchen closes at 13:30 . It says on its website its open 12 till 10pm . 4 people in so wasn't busy .

Food average. If I'd have bought the pizza from the supermarket I'd have thought it was pretty good. It was very big though. My partners calzoni was also ok. Food arrived quickly and one of the waitresses was really friendly and helpful.

This was discovered by accident but it was a really enjoyable restaurant. Delicious food, bubbling atmosphere and attentive staff. Would definitely go back.

Booked a table for one. Arrived 5mins early to be told they couldn’t accommodate me as they had a big party in! They should have told me that when I booked! This wasn’t a good start after the restaurant had been highly recommended.

Great standard of pizza (my wife is Italian so I get to sample it from the 'home country' fairly frequently) and great service: after a break-down in communication about my wife's allergies leading to them giving us a pizza with mushrooms, the staff were very apologetic and attentive and brought free drinks on more than one occasion.

New Year's Eve meal with friends.... Great atmosphere, welcoming friendly staff and fabulous food made for a great evening at Giorgios. From the flavour of the minestrone soup, to the quality of the smoked salmon, the taste of the chargrilled fish, to the wonderful profiteroles and cheesecake. A place to enjoy anytime of the year. We loved it!

El ambiente es muy agradable, tranquilo, para disfrutar en familia. Su dueño, Mr Giorgio, una excelente persona, se acerca a las mesas con una agradable y amistosa sonrisa. Y finalmente sus precios... la comida y la atención vale cada penique. Realmente lo recomiendo y volveria sin duda alguna, si va a comer no se arrepentirá y de seguro va a querer volver.

Went here for my daughters 7th birthday with my 71 year old mother. The staff were incredibly accomodating, nice and friendly. They made my daughter feel very special and the staff and other patrons sang her happy birthday. The service was great and the food superb.

Our second family gathering at Giorgio's. First one was a midweek night almost exactly 1 year ago, the second was a Sunday lunchtime. Variety of food is good and it's been tasty and well cooked both times. Maybe it's not traditional to eat Sumday lunch here as it was very quiet with not much atmosphere. The single waiter was friendly, but service was a little slow - not that this mattered too much as we were chatting away. Contrast this with a midweek night a year ago.. it was busy, there was a turnover of tables and despite us again being happily chatting as a family, the overall vibe and service was better (which is why we booked again).

Food is average, can't find anything to shout about. Some vegetarian options containing pesto were in fact not vegetarian. Service is okay but there's optional service charge which doesn't go to server. Price is okay, not too expensive. Probably won't go there again though.

Maybe more attention to detail needed....and possibly another pepper pot!

Terrible service. 1 hr 40 min wait for a takeaway pizza that was originally told would be 20 min. When chasing up, floor staff said that the kitchen were refusing to tell them how long it would be. Both staff were rude and dismissive. Ended up comping the pizzas which was the least they could do but still a terrible experience as we had only chosen takeaway as my wife and baby were ill. Ended up being gone for nearly 2 hours just to get this order. Historically has been a lovely venue. Really bad experience this time, and incredibly poorly managed by the staff. I had to end up going to the kitchen myself to chase up the food as they wouldn't communicate with the floor staff. Someone needs to be in charge here.

The food was nice but don't advertise you do gluten free pizzas (even says it on the menus) if you don't actually do gluten free pizzas - there was a coeliac in our group and this was the primary reason for coming here. Also Parmesan is not vegetarian yet it is in half the dishes marked Vegetarian.

Came here for a celebratory meal with a couple of different dietary requirements (one coeliac, some meat-eaters and some vegetarians), and the food was good. However, we picked this restaurant based on their gluten free options and despite the menu and the website saying gluten free pizza bases were available, this was not the case and we were told this quite abruptly by a member of staff with no apologies for the changes to the menu. This was extremely disappointing as we did our research in advance. The food was nice but another point was that the restaurant wasn't accessibility friendly and the toilets were up a lot of stairs.

Very welcoming. I was dining alone and the staff were very friendly. The Spaghetti and Meatballs was delicious and also the portion size was very generous. Definitely recommend.

Hi. My name is Giovanni Giorgio, my friends call me Giorgio… Seriously though, the food is rubbish

We went last Sunday lunchtime, were made to feel welcome & given a nice table for two by the window. The food was outstanding - I had Spiedini D'Agnello (lamb skewers with rice & salad) & my wife had Pollo ai Porchini (chicken in a creamy sauce with mushrooms & pasta - with a dish of zucchini as an extra side. My lamb was gorgeous (best I've had in ages), both plates were wiped clean so my wife obviously enjoyed her dish too. We only had a main course so can't comment on the starters or desserts, on the strength of the dishes we had I'm sure they will have been excellent. Thanks for a great meal & warm welcome 😊

My wife and I had a lovely meal last Saturday night and the whole experience was great, The quality of the food and excellent service and the staff were superb; we even got a hand shake what we think was the owner on departure! We will certainly go back when we are in the area again.

Fantastic restaurant. In fact we went back 2 nights in a row. The first night was 6 adults and 3 children and the following evening was 6 adults and 5 children! Staff were excellent, attentive and fantastic with the children. The food was delicious! I especially recommend the chocolate mouse!!

Dirty menus never been cleaned between customers (dried food!) Cold pizza had to send it back. Expected a fresh replacement no chance!! It was returned to me with part eaten segment that I had left previously on the plate and microwaved. Waitress served me with wrong food not knowing the names of dishes. Hygiene standards even with Covid about very poor. No chance of a return!!

Really lovely home cooked food. Quite overpriced for some of the dishes, especially the drinks. Nice, polite service although the waitress kept leaning over the food already served on the table to serve one of our party instead of walking around to serve, not great! Apart from that we had a lovely time .

Back to one of our favourite little restaurants for a valentine's meal. We have come here a couple of times before on the same occasion. We haven't been out in ages though, and it was a little worrying to see it so crowded, but a testament to how popular Giorgio's is! They had a few vegan items which was great; we had the minestrone soup for starters, a mushroom risotto and a fusilli alla donatello for mains, and mango sorbet to finish. Every single item was superb, from start to finish and the portions were generous. The sorbet was the best we've had in this country, on par with the ones we've enjoyed in Florence. Couldn't have asked for a better meal on a special day. Despite being short staffed, the service was largely good and with a smile, too. Thanks to everyone who ensured we had a good experience. 😊

Went a couple of weeks back absolutely loved it my new favourite place, the staff were so friendly and the food was lovely :)

Went there last minute this evening, staff were engaging and friendly with us and the kids, food was authentic, rich and flavoursome! Will definitely be visiting again, but maybe without the kids to be able to just endulge!

We came here for my mum's 80th. We were a family of 12 and it was perfect. The staff were really lovely, the food was delicious, and they were great with the kids. Highly recommend.

After an Uber eats disaster where the driver refused to deliver our order and cancelled it, Giorgio's went above and beyond with their customer service to make sure I got my birthday meal. They arranged for us to still get our order with 10% discount and threw in some free desserts. The food was incredible, best carbonara I've had in a looooong time. Will definitely be ordering again, directly from the restaurant in future, and will hopefully be able to dine in soon as we've had to cancel our recent reservation. Thank you so much for the great service!

Amazing Food, Beautiful Place, Top Class Staff, wine list and food exceptional it’s the best restaurant in Headingley worth a visit.

The host and the overall service was good and the food was delicious and plentiful. The downside is the place is really unclean. The floors have a layer of grime. The main room, stairs and bathrooms are all tired, ground in dirt and generally need updating.

I visited here late this afternoon/early evening, and we got a starter and mains. I really enjoyed everything I had.A lot of other Italian restaurants I feel have a limited menu, but there was a wide range of options for me to choose from.Absolutely great service, and the food was fantastic. Definitely will be going back!

It’s the second time we’ve dinned here. The restaurant is spotless clean, the staff are all very welcoming & polite. They make you laugh , they always smile . The food is lovely, they do amazing home made bread too ! Fabulous pizzas , their garlic mushrooms are just too good. The restaurant was warm and cosy . Not too over crowed . We managed to park outside , we even took home a doggy bag . I also brought a friend from london who always eats out, he thought the portions and value for money was just exceptional. We will definitely be back. A lovely place for children too.

This is a great restaurant, friendly staff and lively atmosphere. The menu is a blend of Italian and Greek. The food is home cooked and traditional. Pasta dishes are exceptional. Definitely worth a visit

Visited Georgios with my friend mid week, absolutely amazing food and excellent staff who are very friendly and helpful. Great for families and groups of friends. Good price too.
