We recently had the pleasure of hiring this incredible Indian catering company for my cousins wedding and we are still blown away by the experience! From the very start, their team was professional, accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every request we had. But let me tell you, the food - wow! Every dish was bursting with authentic flavours, beautifully presented and made with the freshest ingredients. We couldn’t stop raving about the variety, from the rich curries to the delicious puris. My niece is still talking about how amazing the food was. If you're looking for top-tier vegetarian Indian food for your event, look no further - this catering company is the one to go with. Highly recommend Gokul Foods for their freshly prepared pure vegetarian food. I had the pleasure of working with Rajal to do the catering for my Indian wedding at a temple in Derby. I cannot thank her enough for her patience, passion and dedication to providing us a fantastic and flawless service from start to finish. But even more importantly their food is simply delicious, everything on the day tasted excellent that the guests commented on how good the food was and many also requested their details including the priest! I chose an authentic Gujerati thali with a plain lassi which was served to all my guests. It was the perfect meal accompaniment for a traditional Indian wedding! The menu offered nice Gujarati comfort food for delivery. Placed an order through Deliveroo the night before Mother's day for brunch. They indicated that they were OPEN for taking orders. The order wasn't accepted by noon (with the order initially placed to be delivered by 12:30). Past noon, still no confirmation If the restaurant was overly busy and wouldn't be able to fulfil it, they should have had the courtesy to cancel the order from their end (they had been open since early in the morning). Even tried calling more than once, as they were still indicating that they were open to take additional orders. Phone calls were not being answered. Ended up cancelling the order all together. Wouldn't recommend the place if this service is anything to go by.

Gokul food is extremely delicious, you will not stop licking your fingers😊. The Gathiya and jalebi are very moreish, you start you don't want to stop. I would highly recommend their food.🙏🏻🤩

I will never recommend the product I tried, It was green (apple flavored) Jalebi and red ( strawberry flavored) Jalebi, paid £5 for 200gms that went straight to the bin. I have never had this disgusting flavored and soggy jalebi before. I wasted my money please don't waste yours too.

Placed a last minute order with Gokul and they are always very accomaodating, no matter the request, big or small. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. The pizza samosas were a hit with adults! Rajal always ensures that the service is on point and I would recommend this family business, to anyone who is looking for good food.

We had Gokul Foods prepare a beautiful indain afternoon tea for my sister in law’s wedding. The food was amazing and all our guest commented on how tasty the food was. Orderd food for our Diwali celebration food was not up to the quality and most of us had a stomach upset next day.

We oder food from Gokul for my mums and dad's 70th Birthday, food was excellent, tasty and delivered on time. I would highly recommend them

We ordered the food for 40 people for Diwali celebration. 1 panner sabji was out so no one can eat that. After having ras malai around 30 people got sick. Whole day everyone having a stomach ache and diarrhoea. I would not recommend the food from them. STAY AWAY FROM GOKUL

Rubbish food ever I have tested…we ordered for our new year celebration and everyone had food poisoning. “Never ever try it agin”

I’ve ordered some 1kg of fafda (Pata gathia) along with jalebi on last friday 07/08. Went to collect it and didn’t open the box there to check it as i thought it would as you would expect to get by soending £14 on a kg box. Only after i got home to find out the they have only placed few good ones on top and rest all cruched (bhuko as we call it in gujarati) inside rest of the box! Truly disappointed as same thing has happened to my mum aswell but worse thing was she lives far away to come back and make a complaint about the product she had bought. Still have photo if you like to see it! Never buying it again. What a waste.

Not normally a big fan of vegetarian food, but this place has changed my opinon. Some of the best food i have tasted. They do all the traditional indian foods but they also add their own twist on the traditional indian dish and create some amazing new flavours. The samosa chaat and pizza samosas our my personal favourites.

Best brunch we have had in a long time. From ordering to adjusting for our requirements, including accommodating allergies Gokul have given us fantastic service and everyone really enjoyed the spread. Highly recommended.

Unbeatable Pata GATHIYA with Jalebi. Amazing food quality and delicious taste. Best customer services they provide. All the food they offered are worth trying and reasonable price as well.

My favourite place when it comes to buying “pata ghatia” and has been for several years now. I normally travel from Birmingham to come here especially for this as they are thin, crispy and fresh. Aways best to buy on Sundays in line with Indian eating habits. :) In my opinion the best in Leicester.

Placed an order for the traditional Gujarati Kathiawadi food of Ringuan/Bateta (Aubergine/Potetos) Sak (Curry) with Rotla and Rotli, Khichdi, Chass (Buttermilk) the best and every thing was ready before time of collection and received text message for collection. 10/10 Experience. I have rarely come across customer service in the manner in which G.F have handled my orders over the last couple of years. Honest and reliable, with friendly staff who put the customers first! Food is delicious and consistent. I have tried many of the delicacies and have not been disappointed. I definitely recommend G.F to anyone who has an appreciation of luscious foods.
