Not lived in area long ordered tonight 1 half ponder cheese burger 1 half punder chicken burger 11.50 absolutely bang on vest iv had and tried alot of places

Cheaper than other places, also very good food we order and pick up every week

I order from here somewhat regularly,probably twice a month or so and it's usually fantastic. Tonight they sent a burnt calzone with some cold soggy chips. My wife's kebab was good, but the calzone was very disappointing. Next time I hope it's better

normally out favourite takeaway but tonight the garlic bread with cheese was swimming in grease the taste of the garlic was so overpowering you couldn't taste anything else, hopefully this was just a off day as like said this was our favourite place to order

My new favourite kebab shop. Had Donner calzone a week ago and chicken shawarma+donner kebab today, tasty every time and generous portion. Will definitely go back, keep it up lads!

Pizzas are always amazing. Chips are always soggy and pale. Ordered onion rings for a change. They were soggy too. If they could sort out the frying times and delivering packaging this would be 6 stars as the pizzas are amazing.

food is always top notch and fresh and hot, only place I get kebabs or pizzas from or calzone

Very disappointed on the spicy chicken wings they were not fresh and very greasy normally we never have a problem with you guys but the chicken wrap kebab and garlic bread was spot on. I think we will be taking a break from you guys

Food was OK just not hot enough as long time wait for delivery and was not complete what was on order after call gonzales rest of my order was delivered but way to late

it was late but they gave us a Garlic bread with cheese and 2 cans of pop with our order. so all was good . I appreciated that.

Food is always fresh and hot when arrives, somtimes food arrive early but it’s never late. Delivery staff are always polite

Let me down recently. Food arrived 2 hours after ordering, cold, on a non busy monday. cheesy chips had barely cheese on them. However the kebabs are kept up to their standards.

I ordered 1 9inch pepperoni and cheese pizza and 1 7 inch margarita with kebab meat as an extra on it, both pizzas was buy 1 get 1 free but I got 1 of each instead of 2 of each, I didn't receive any call or txt advising me of this, I am disappointed as I really do like using gonzales the reason I ordered what I ordered was to feed me and my family of 5 which I couldn't do

Missing items with order delivery. When we rang to complain, they refused to provide missing items or refund and became argumentative. Second time this has happened so would suggest you avoid! Either they're purposely skipping items or employ hungry delivery drivers!!! Save your money and order elsewhere.

Womt be ordering from here again. Sent the wrong pizza (hot vegetarian instead of a normal vegetarian). Had to throw it away as it was too spicy. Just Eat were absolutely no help.

Normally food is fantastic, felt this time it was a bit off. My kebab had no sauce ( asked for chilli) and was a bit dry with lettuce very wilted ( as though it had sat for a while) hubby's had wrong sauce. Still edible but not upto their usual standard. Maybe caught them on a very busy night as usually good but on this occasion not so much. 😔

I was expecting this delivery between 17:20-17:40 this evening!, it turns up at 16:45 which was way earlier than I was expecting it and it was look warm at best! and if that wasn't bad enough my calzone turned up with a whole load of french fries which I did not order!. There are two reasons why I did not order french fries!, I always get enough food to satisfy my needs second reason I Can't Stand FRENCH FRIES! as it was cold also they are now in the bin so I had no tea and payed for the priv

Just placed an order. Food arrives all fine other than the fact he sent us popcorn chicken without chips when we orders two popcorn chicken with chips. We rang up and spoke to the restaurant like we usually would and they normally are okay to send us a replacement. he told us we said without chips and refused to help us out in anyway with the order being wrong. He couldn’t just send two popcorn chicken n chips n let us give him the wrong things back. He suggested I pay and other £2 for chips he can send out now I explained the food would be cold by the time they arrive I could leave the popcorn chicken and give it then back as it’s not what we ordered if he could only send us what we ordered in the first place back but he refused to help us on a £19 order and wouldn’t send our food correctly and told me we are taking the piss and band us ended the phone. Must have needed the £19 really bad joke So really bad customer service would avoid ordering from here at all if that’s how they treat there regular customers. Awful Avoid…. .

A firm favourite in our home, cheesy chips have cheese on the top AND the bottom, the portions are larger compared to other places and the prices are lower. Staff is always nice and friendly both in store and the delivery drivers. Good deals on pizza and burgers, but the kebab salad is on the (very) small side.

I order food from here every week. The food is amazing,I order pizza and chicken wings absolutely fantastic. The delivery guys are really friendly

Changed from our normal take away and can honestly say this is 100% better. Food is hot when it arrives, plenty of it and very tasty. Will be ordering again
