Not up to usual standard. Rice and noodle tasted burnt and put veg in sweet and sour when requsted non.

Overall disappointed with my order. Salt and pepper wings - veg prep sub par, coating to thick. Chicken balls - chicken was hard, didnt seem fresh. The coating undercooked, thick, gooey inside, very unpleasant. Beef + tomatoe - tough. wont buy again.

Food was excellent and good value

Good Food has been THE place for me to order my food from. This was the first time I’ve been disappointed: food arrived nearly 1.5 hrs later than the time Just Eat specified. When our order arrived, some already went to bed, Our pork spring rolls were replaced with veggie spring rolls. Clearly wrong. The restaurant didn’t get back to us despite our request on Just Eat. And when we rang, their phone line was busy. Very disappointed overall. We’ve requested money back. See what happens.

Ordered food at 6pm. Was told it would arrive by 7-7:20, when it got to half 7 I asked for an update on the order and was told it was out for delivery and it would be there by 7:50. It got to 8:40 and still nothing. I tried to call the restaurant however the number would not ring. Ended up having to order from elsewhere.

Most of the food was ok however the crispy noodles were just uncooked noodles?! The order was delivered over an hour late and we were given a free item off the menu rather than a discount. I wouldn’t order from here again.

This is the second time we have had our food delivered over an hour late! Will no be using you again!

Placed order at 6pm, didn’t receive food until 7.40pm! Had to ring the shop and was told it would arrive in 5 minutes

Ordered for 20.05 then moved to 20.20 then came at 20.55. Wasn’t even hungry then. Ruined the night to be honest

Took 3 hours and still haven’t received our food for 2 people. Ordered through just eat and can’t even request a refund. 100% DONT RECOMMEND. Wife is going crackers

Ordered at 6 for it to be delivered at 8 did not arrive at that time when rang was told it was on its way but we heard chef saying doing it now .food when arrived 35 mins late was rushed to get to us was poor , will not order from them again

Ordered vegetable noodles and it came with beef. As a vegetarian, the food was then inedible. Really disappointing- please double check orders

Food came quicker than we expected and we had it delivered to the fishery which can sometimes be an issue. the driver brought it right to us. All the food was amazing, all piping hot and lots of it. Will definitely use this Chinese again thanks.

The king prawns were overcooked sadly, the noodles were OK.

Delivery took an hour and 50 minutes. The promised "free item from the menu" for the late delivery ( I guess free prawn crackers?) did not materialise. Food was mediocre. Ribs were dry and tasteless.

mostly the food was good but the crispy shredded beef was not crispy and tasted strange like it had been cooked days ago. not nice.

My soup was all over the bag and leaked over all the food

I have never had a problem.with the food before but the meals I ordered tonight were really bad. The duck was slimy and the lemon sauce tasted like chemicals. The chicken in my sweet and sour dish also was of poor quality I don't know if they have a different chef at the weekend. Really annoyed because I have been using Good Food for years.

I ordered mixed vegetable crispy noodles but vegetables and sauce taste off. Salt & pepper chips are too dry or overly cooked. Egg fried rice don’t taste of anything very bland. Very disappointed with my order I’ve had to throw all the food away.

The food was delivered on time by a friendly driver and it was steaming hot. The portions were good and overall it was nice, although I was very disappointed in the Salt and Chilli Pepper Chips. They were like standard chippy chips without much Salt and Chilli flavour to them. Personally I think they could have been cooked longer for more crispiness and flavour.

First time ordering from here, noodles were quite bland, sweet and sour & Gravy was very watery, chips were over cooked and the sausage wasn’t nice at all. Chicken balls, curry sauce and rice was lush tho. Debatable whether we’ll order again…………

My husband called to place our order and asked if it would be possible to have the Beef and Garlic dish without Chillies as I am allergic to them. He was assured this would be ok. He went to collect our order, brought it back home and as I opened the container, I could see the red chillies. My husband called them and after a disgruntled woman answered the phone, he then returned to the shop. On arrival the woman produced a jar of the chilli sauce and tried to justify that the chillies were already in the sauce and were not added by the chef. My husband had to explain AGAIN this was an allergy. The woman's response.... dont order anything with chillies in then!

Chicken was not fully cooked had to throw it away when I tried to called the shop they were not picking up

Took a very long time to arrive. After waiting 40 mins past the original delivery time, I rang they told me it was just being prepared. It did then arrive quite quickly but the food did not seem freshly cooked. More like it had been sitting under a lamp for a while. Very disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

It has always been nice here but it’s gone disgusting it was like it was there over night or something and warmed up I’m not happy I spent £30 and it wasn’t nice at all

Should change the name to dangerous food. Hard metal wire in soup! Could have done some serious damage to mine or family members insides if I didn't spot it (see image). Only got a replacement soup for the trouble! Won't be ordering from here again.

First time ordering here after seeing good review's for a while. Delivery was on time. The food was fresh and tasty. Exactly what I expect when paying for food and service. Thank you. I will order again from here.

Not sure if issue was with driver or restaurant - food would have been really nice but had clearly been in the bag for a long time as there was a build up of condensation which made some of the food soggy. Order was placed at 1920 (Friday night), initially due to be delivered 2015-2035, then delayed to 2030-2050, eventually arrived at 2120. Lady at the restaurant was helpful as she contacted the driver for me. It's a shame because you could tell the food would have been really nice otherwise.

Good food, delivery can be a bit slow so order a bit earlier than normal.

Ribs in honey had pineapple in it and was in a watery substance. The chips were rubbery and the chicken fried rice had a weird taste.

Should rename to ‘Bad Food.’ Ordered take away so wasn’t expecting it to be high quality, but the reality was so much worse. First and last time I’ll be ordering from here.

When I moved to the area I struggled to find a good Chinese takeaway. This is now my go to. Great salt and pepper chicken! Will be back again.

My go to Chinese in bury, food is cheap, plentiful and delicious. Delivery drivers are always friendly aswell.

Tip top Chinese take away. Seriously good food & delivery service. Out standing 🔥👍💪. You cannot go wrong here . The prawn toast is the best

Food was average. One of the ribs definitely wasn’t cooked properly. Delivery was ridiculously slow. Was delivered about 2 hour 10mins after ordering. Delivery time was changed twice and the restaurant didn’t pick up the phone for ages when I was chasing order. Unfortunately won’t be ordering here again.

Although all other items were correct, I was sent the wrong soup. I had ordered chicken noodle soup, but received hot and sour soup.
