Great food, value for money aswell! The chips are to die for

We came without a reservation, but were seated within 5 minutes. Food came quickly and tasted delicious. Considering this is a restaurant owned by a celebrity chef, the prices were no higher than anywhere else in London.

The food was great, and the portion sizes were reasonable. There was an issue where our reservation had been checked in prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, before this was realised, the staff member was impolite and condescending. Despite showing the booking confirmation, they insisted that we were mistaken until the error was realised.

Amazing. Bit pricey but worth it.

We took a burger and fries to share, we had low expectations due to online reviews on YT. I must admit this was amazing, the sauce in the burger was just top. The chips were good, even the one very green one didn’t distract enough from how great the main item was. Both of us were really surprised at this and hope to come back and taste it again.

Was expecting a stellar experience and got a total let down….plain burgers…5 guys 100 times better and shake shack 20 times better….then come to find out “review the bill carefully”….130£ for 4 burgers and onion rings!? they are be very cheeky! Adding a 20% service fee PLUS a donation to some organization….Ramsey should be ASHAMED of hisself for doing this…worthless meal on Christmas Eve…I gave the staff AND the manager an earful…they can say what they want but a total shakedown!

We were starving when we got there. The chilli cheese fries was amazing! Finger licking good. I got their regular fries with and it was the right amount of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside

I had lunch today at this restaurant, and it was a real treat! The dishes were full of flavour and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. A big thanks to the chef Lucas for all the recommendations on those delicious dishes.

Burgers were dry very expensive. Had to order on phone and 20% service charg. Incredibly dissapointed.

I had the worst eating experience ever! All the food was swimming into oil. The taste was horrible too. Overall it is a waste of money for a trash. we felt quite nauseous whole night. Never again.

Fantastic food and reasonable prices. The burgers come with fries. You can order yourself at the table via an app which is very easy to use, eat your food and pay afterwards. There was the option to split the bill and we chose to individually pay for what we had ordered, it takes away when someone pays and leaves you to pay for your own. Well worth a visit.

Good burgers accompanied by a choice of fries. Fairly limited menu. Standard price £18 to which drinks and any chip upgrades must be added.

Dont think the burgers are big. They are pretty small :( And you should to give tips in order or you should to speak with employers to erase it :(

The food, the service and the overall atmosphere amazing. App order so could take time and not feel rushed into a decision. I also changed my burger sauce and this was no issue at all. Only point for a slight improvement: turn the music down just a touch, it was a little too loud to hold a steady conversation.

While I got drawn towards the name ‘Gordon Ramsay’ and visited this restaurant with sky high expectations, I came out realising that this is just another casual eatery which serves not so outstanding dishes. The hotter than hell dirty fries were flavourful and delicious whereas the Tandoori Paneer burger was a major letdown!

We had 2 JFC burgers 🍔. It was soo bad. Chicken was burne. It tastes so bad. I WANT SUGGESTING FOR NO ONE.

Voy a decirlo... esta fue una de las mejores comidas que hemos tenido en toda nuestra vida. El camarero era increíble - no podría haber sido más amable y servicial. Buena vibra y oh Dios mío la comida. ¡Fue irreal! Los aros de cebolla están fuera de este mundo y porciones enormes! Hamburguesa, alitas, papas fritas y macarrones con queso también absolutamente sensacional. Los cócteles eran hermosos. Comida increíble, todo servido por gente encantadora.

Great service and hest veggie burgers in town.

Quite disappointed. The fries were crunchy, but so salty that I had to chug down the coke to wash my mouth. The vegan burger was also not what I expected, as could barely taste the mushroom patty. The ketchup or whatever sauce in there was overwhelming, felt like was straight up eating just ketchup and pickles. Again, the coke helped. On a positive note, service was great and there was a cozy, christmasy atmosphere.

The method used to order dishes is very limited and complicated. The food is OK. There are tables where you leave with a tan.

Staff are extremely friendly, seating is good and not crammed with people. The food is very good, we tried the hells kitchen burger and taleggio burger. For me the hells kitchen was not that hot, but the burger meat quality is very high and the overall taste is something I don't think I experienced before. The taleggio smashed burger was exceptional and had the perfect balance of flavours. All of this while keeping the whole meal at 800kcal and £18. Definitely won't be my last time.

Wow! First time here such awesome customer service. Very helpful to my daughter allergies. Never know with chef restaurants but this one didn't disappoint. The burgers were absolutely amazing!! 10 across the board. We would come here again. The moijto was delicious too. We came one more time before we left the country. Still delicious!

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Instead of getting a cola with ice, you’re served ice with a little bit of cola. The amount of ice is just over the top compared to the drink itself! Otherwise, it’s a great spot to enjoy a delicious burger.

So disappointed. There is no service. You order online and hope they get it right. They forgot to bring our drinks. The burgers were lukewarm and underwhelming. Those who got chicken liked those sandwiches. The sweet potato fries are a hard pass. The regular fries were at least warm. Very pricey for the quality of food. This is a gimmick for tourist. Would not recommend.

Food was fine but overpriced even by London standards. Adding FIFTEEN percent service charge to a bill when you have to order the food via QR code and pay the bill yourself on your phone is completely insane.

We had a BuyAGift voucher for a burger + fries each for two and they refused to honour the voucher. Luckily we were able to go to the Covent Garden branch 6 mins walk away and they were fantastic

Too expensive for that small burger. We tried truffle burger it wasn’t good. I wish we had gone to Popeyes. ( service time was long btw)

What can I say other than amazing burgers, the host was very pleasant and attentive. A lovely mood lighting and easy listening BGM. Will absolutely visit again. Not forgetting the quick service and piping hot food that arrived

Chanced upon Street Burger joint and I’ve to say cause it’s by Gordon Ramsay, I had to try since I came all the way from Singapore. Ordered the next level burger and the beef patty was grilled perfectly! Portion while seems small was just right for me. I must also commend on the attentiveness and friendliness of the service staff. I was served by Richal and her level of attentiveness was excellent. Definitely recommending this place to anyone who’s keen to try burgers in London!

What a lovely night we had at a charing cross street burger we were welcome by manager jake and waiter chirag lokesh and food were spot on and all credit goes to chef

Walked in yesterday and was ignored by the person on the front desk twice. The lady behind the toll/bar screamed no more service at the the front desk person. Finally we had eye contact by the blonde person who seemed to be the only friendly person there who told us to take a seat. We took a seat, no one came over with a menu, waited 15 mins then we decided to leave. The service was poor and it looked dirty.

Street Burger has the best burgers, and Chirag's service was amazing.

Somewhat tasty burger in the heart of London, but Gordon Ramsay’s name is not enough to justify a bill of over 60€ (including service) for just 2 burgers with fries and one sauce and nothing more.
