Friendly staff, excellent customer service, delicious food. Price is reasonable.

Had an excellent family gathering for 7 with some great-tasting food. I had a lamb jalfrezi that was truly delicious. Bit out of the way, but highly recommended. Was quiet on a cold dark Tuesday night at 6pm but service was attentive.

Disappointed. I used to love this place. Ordered what appeared to be an exciting prospect of "Tandoori Chicken Korai" with Bahji and a Dopiaza for my partner. Our first impression was that this was type-2 diabetes delivered straight to our door. The Dopiaza was literally swimming in Ghee. The Tandoori Chicken Korai was stewed and had completely lost its sense of identity. There was no discernible taste of tandoori chicken, just an amorphous squidgy mass of stuff-and-bones, with the odd strip of red pepper thrown in. The food arrived way earlier than the estimated time of delivery. Not a huge deal - but slightly disruptive. They appear to charge for delivery for all orders. I'd much prefer to tip the delivery drivers. For the price, I expected better and never got it. I'll probably avoid in the future. I should add that based on my experience, their sister restaurant in West Drayton has always been top-quality for dine-in meals.

As always this restaurant provides not only an excellent customer service experience but first class food also. The chicken was tender, moist and delicious and everything was served hot and fresh. One of the best Indian restaurants I have ever eaten in. Will definitely return

Divine from start to finish. From the linen serviettes folded in an intricate design on the plates, to when the door was held open for us as we left the restaurant and an extra 'Grapes Tabdoori' chocolate was given to each of us. We loved the yummy sauces served with the poppadom starter, the saag rice with spinach, our main dishes of course, and the melt in your mouth peshwari naan, I would return just for this alone! Not to mention the attentive but not intrusive service of the Grapes team. Thank you, and obviously highly recommended 👌!

This is my favourite place to have a curry, eat in or takeaway. We have previously ventured out and tried other places but the Grapes Tandoori is the one we always come back to.

Been here many times over the years. Food is lovely, staff are friendly and polite and very reasonably priced. My only issue is there is no baby changing except the bathroom floor! Please consider a baby changing station

Food was ready very fast and staff very quick with both giving and taking dishes etc., a little too quick. The food was tasty but within 5 seconds of finishing one of the staff would take the dishes and try clear the table almost instantly. It seemed as if they were trying to hurry us up and get us out despite there being many other tables free. Felt really disheartened after this over-service. Food was good but against the pushy service, unsure as to wherher another visit will be on the cards

Came here today our waiter Ali was a delight, very helpful and gave us tips about reheating the food for the next day,he went above and beyond. Food was amazing all very fresh and big portions too. Will definitely be coming back

Well, as previously mentioned I travel the UK, and I do enjoy a wee curry on my travels! I'd worked all day, and it was a long day, so I looked at reviews for Grapes Tandoori, and I've got to say I was majorly disappointed! The curry was blooming awful! It was out of a jar. Probably something like Uncle Ben's! Folks, I've been eating curry for nearly 35 years, and yes, some are good and others are not! This curry from Grapes Tandoori was awful! Just AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

Was very happy to have chosen to eat at this restruant. It is reasonably priced. A good atmosphere except for me a bit difficult to read in dim lights. But other than that, the service was excellent. They were extremely courteous, polite and friendly. The food was good. We enjoyed my mother's day celebration that my son took me to. We would recommend this one to anyone willing to try a different taste and hospitality atmosphere.

I have eaten in, and had takeaways. It is always good service, good tasting food, friendly atmosphere, they do charge for (Uber, Deliveroo, and Just eat) but if you are a regular they look after you. Nothing but 5 Stars for them.
