Worst sauce I have ever tasted. I grow my own herbs I love mint and I love lamb but not this version. The “mint”sauce ruined beautifully cooked tender lamb. It smelled of soap and tasted like it too.this was a special anniversary meal with lovely Chateauneuf du Pape wine so this was sad especially as chef went to the trouble of nice touch of little sweet treats at the end of our meal.

Wow the food is very good here the starters and mains were not only delicious but I was blown away by the presentation it was something from a high end diner in London . The meal was reasonably priced combined with excellent service and a beautiful location.

Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and staff didn’t even acknowledge me or say hi, just kept looking at me as if they don’t know what to do and just carried on cooking. A simple ‘hi, I’ll be with you in just a moment’ would suffice. Food was not bad, ordered the vegan burger and vegan loaded fries. It was a bit too much of the same thing. It’s the same sauce and coleslaw as in the burger and the sauce over powers everything. But if you order the burger and plain skin on fries I think it would be ok. Food was cooked really quickly. Also, they only accept card payments which is a bit of a shame too. Overall, not the worst food I’ve eaten, but could be improved with better service and making the loaded fries a different flavour sauce to the burger. In response to your reply: You should never excuse poor service, there is no excuse. Whether you are short staffed or busy you should always greet a potential customer. All 3 members of staff looked at me a couple of times and didn’t say a word or even smile, they just carried on what they were doing, there is a clear lack of training here. 3 minutes in your words or 5 minutes how it felt to me is a long time in real time to be stood at a business without being acknowledged whether I was reading the menu or not ( I wasn’t) I walked around all the stores and read their menus and then came back to yours already knowing what I wanted and walked up not looking at the menu at all, only looking for attention from your staff which I didn’t get. I gave you an honest review and you should welcome feedback to improve your business. Hopefully in the future this will now be a standard for your business that you will greet all people that approach your store front. You might even find business picks up a bit as a friendly hello can go a long way. All the best.
