Good coffee and hot pastry products at very competitive prices. Busy but no-one waiting very long.

First visit to a branch of Greggs ,I didn't know what to expect. I tried the vegan sausage roll, Very disappointed. The only table available was covered in crumbs and sugar sachets.

I just didn’t enjoy it this time, but maybe that’s just because my taste buds are changing or something I don’t know

I walked into Greggs at 5.50pm, There were four staff working, including the supervisor. I paid for my coffee but the woman started serving another gentleman, Who had an extended order. I stood there for five minutes while the other three ignored me. Finally she put my coffee on and I left.

Delivery rider cannot communicate properly. Have to come and find them instead of delivering to door.

Hot food was stone cold due to it taking so long to deliver. From order to delivery was 50 mins ……absolutely terrible

Didn’t get my yum yums and 4 pizzas and only gotta refund for a pizza not my yum yums

The delivery driver was great and very polite. I don't know what the reason was for the food being this ridiculously late since the app refuses to give any updates on the foods situation and the time estimates provided by the app are abysmal and shamefully wrong.

Food arrived cold, a sausage & slice of bacon was missing, hash brown was hard (reheated but still cold), will not order from Gregg's again. Will now use Wenzel's Instead.

Everything I got was great great but one of the drinks for a meal desk was missing

The order come and as usual my extra hash brown was not in . Either than that the rest was fine

I don't know why it took over an hour to get delivered when it's 15 mins away, looked like the driver was faffing about with other orders. Food was cold when it got to us.

pizza left out of pizza bundle store is uncontactable. I have ordered lunch for my children to have it just simply not turn up. I don't want a refund I want the pizza

Messiest Greggs you can find around. Very untidy and unclean. I ordered a ham and cheese toastie to be toasted. The tray paper was dirty and I saw how the guy just turned it around instead of changing it. When it was toasted, I had to specifically ask the person to cut it for me. He cut it on top of the wrap paper, so it was sticky with cheese when he gave it to me. He also cut it in a rush and gave it to me with both halves of the same part like offset, so the cheese was all over. There was 1 person in the quote, it was not busy. Service was at 10.30 on Sunday 11/8/24. To note, the counter was dirty, sauces stains all over, Greggs wrapping papers around the glass counters, and floor generally full of leaves from the outside. There were no napkins left. Pretty terrible, they're lucky there's no other one around, otherwise they'll go out of business in no time.

Roll and contents cold and hard bjt has browns fine which I don’t get but rest was fine just disappointment as desperately craving that food due to long work night and just dissapointetwd

Best food at an affordable rate ..

Food is good. Staff is friendly, however they always seem to make mistakes in my order. I come here quite often and I have noticed that every time I have to ask for a bag at least 5 times before I manage to get one. I also often don’t get the coffee that I have ordered. For instance, if I order a normal latte, I will get a soy latte, and if I order an oat latte, I will get a vanilla latte with normal milk. This has happened to me with most staff members on several different occasions. Apart from this, it is a typical Greggs.

ordered food, which included one coffee. when it was delivered it was 3 drinks and no food and the drinks had spilt into the bag on the journey. the receipt attached to the bag was correct but nothing delivered was correct

I pop in to get sausage rolls but I enjoy most of the pastries in the menus. the pizzas could be a but better. Usually quite dry and not very flavoursome and the breakfast would be better if the bread was warm and toasted. Really nice hot chocolates

They didn’t origin they didn’t have the sweet Chili sauce that I wanted, but they gave me a phone call and said we don’t have it. What would you like as a substitute? Fantastic customer service

We bought a cold yum yum which cost 1.75 and and warm yum yum for 2.90 for which they only cut up(the cold yum yum) and heated it with a side of caramel.I had bought this without knowing the fact that they only heat the cold ones .

Delivered 15 mins later than first advised. Courier had put both hot and cold items together in insulated back. All were lukewarm, both the bakes and the doughnuts - the icing had stuck to the paper bags. Why were they not in a box as shown on the menu??? Very disappointing.

They have their own way of management. They are alway in hurry and do not listen whatever you have to say. The manager would take 5 people's order and forgets the order is already ready behind him for last 5 mins.

Cheap and cheerful with good food. What else do you need?

Not the fault of the delivery man but I ordered 2 Bacon and Sausage Breakfast Baguette for £8.20 and received just one..

Food took ages to arrive, and when it did everything that was meant to be hot was cold. After spending £60 on this take away, I would not recommend using Greggs at all.

The horrible driver spilt it all, left it on the floor outside and left .. not edible he didn’t even ring the doorbell

Popped in a vegan sausage roll, 2 actually. My preference tho, personal of course, it seems to taste better when cold. The warm version is a little mushy for my taste. The staff are super friendly and the pricing is reasonable. No complaints here.

My food hasn’t even been delivered

Food was cold. I ordered 4 sausages, 4 doughnuts, 2 steak bakes. On opening the simple order there were 2 sausage rolls missing.

Why is a bakery selling frozen stuff

The tea was spilled and Im down with fever and now I cant drink a tea. No tea is left in that. They should have packed with a cup holder and packed the tea properly.

The driver just collect my order the proceeded to hang around for a hour before delivery everything was cold by the time jt got here

Staff are super friendly and enthustiatic. A real credit to the company.

Don’t order on Uber eats missing items all the time half of my order was missing now I have to fight to get my money back …. Sort your staff out of provide them lessons on how to read the receipts

Ordered 3 cooked items and 1 cake - the cake was warmer than the cooked food. Ridiculous.

I go here everyday at precisely 12:03pm and I order 1 sausage roll (even though there is a great deal to get two, I feel it would be too over indulgent as 1 sausage normally fills me right up) Yesterday Veronica made my sausage bigger than usual with caused me some confusion because that’s not what I’m usually into. However I made the most of this by allowing myself to stuff the oversized sausage in my pocket to save for 2nds later. All in all this establishment fulfills all of my needs and I love coming over and over again.

The food is fresh and price is reasonable.

Food lukewarm, prices have gradually created up 5p here, 10p there. I used to buy bakes st £1.25 now @ £1.95 unless at Motorway services, they are dearer still there. They vegan sausage roll always works as a laxative on me, recommended!

Cold sausage roll's mate you charge us for them being warm so sort it out I mean they don't even taste very nice but I'm a cheapskate so that's what I buy every time and if it keeps happening I might have to set the place on fire just to make sure I got a hot meal inside me.

This was my first visit to Greggs, Uxbridge. Speaking as I find, I found the staff to be helpful and polite. Food to be good and service just as good. It’s a busy shop, which is a great thing, and it was pretty busy just before 11am. I wasn’t looking for anything bad, and I didn’t find anything anyway. I know what I expect from this chain, and it passed the levels I would want.

The order was late and missing a box of yum yums ( I ordered two boxes of two, 4 yum yums In total but only received one box of 2.

Disgraceful place, Veronica the (white) foreign sounding assistant manager was extremely rude to me a customer this is not 1st time or 2nd time she always is rude to me and displays a apathetic attitude to black people. How can I further complain ?

Awful quality of food. Paid £18 for cold food, which was meant to be hot. The hashbrowns were over cooked, also the sausage’s were burnt. Very disappointing and won’t be ordering from here again!! Wasted my money

Wonderful staffs and great coffee.

Well what a disgusting place ! Not only for eating , and drinking at. But the treatment of its customers who should trip on the front entrance to premises doorway. My 87 year old mother went flying over , after tripping on a high lip of pathway within Greggs doorway area , the other Saturday, banging her head , arm other places on her body. Apart from bad attitude of management there , also fighting off all the druggies, rough sleepers and mentally challenged, that frequent there too. My mother lay there until 45 mins , until ambulance arrived. The manager just kept pressing for a report , with disregard to my mothers comfort , or safety. Then when later we got a call from Greggs customer service, they just said it’s not anything to do with them, and don’t want to know🤷🏻well my mother two weeks later is still in pain physically, and emotionally. Has been bed ridden since too. It seems that not only are Greggs establishments are cheap and nasty on food , and beverages! But also on attitudes to elderly people , so beware of This Uxbridge Greggs especially, and in general!!!

The driver could not speak English, he did not have a full order, pizza was missing and he said he will go and get it but never returned back

Can get manic at certain times and if things run out aren't always replaced. Would be nice to have more clear notices that things have finished or are not available

The items were stone cold when they arrived and had to be heated in a microwave which made them rubbery the driver did not have his bag closed which may have been part of the issue

A lot better than the one in Southall staff are more helpful although one member of staff served me and a friend I can honestly say how the hell she got the job if she can't remember a simple order. Disabled toilets plenty of space to sit I would definitely go back when in area shopping.
