Greggs in Wigan

For the price you would expect the food to be hot enough but its not. Over £15 for a sausage roll, the small ones sausage barm and a coffee. I could have a table meal for less. Service was ment to stop you shopping don't except cash what a joke.

Order was not delivered. contacted just eat customer service to request a refund and they said that the delivery code was provided and food delivered so no refund could be provided. how can this happen? I 100% never received my order.

The order was an hour and 40 mins late, the food and drinks were cold, and we are generally unhappy with the order, and probably won't use this shop again.

stone cold food on delivery, Changed the delivery time from 13.30, 10 minutes every time it loaded food finally delivered at 14.25...

Delivery driver was super lovely he closed my door to keep my house warm when I was bringing in the food

I ordered for 12.15 delivery came at 2.45 all the food was cold and drinks were cold . Only offered a £5 refund really poor service will think twice before ordering from here again .

Late, missed my two most expensive products

Food arrived stone cold no sauce and presented very poorly

foods nice, somewhat on time but always missing something from my order. last time it was yum mums and this time it's a coffee. the coffee was the whole reason I ordered as im a sleep deprived mother who needs caffeine to function. think I'll stick to Starbucks. overpriced but have never forgotten anything

no dips where delivered at all. 2nd time I have ordered and both times no dips delivered! not so bad for the tommy sauce but hot yum yums advertised with sauce then no sauce really isn't the same.

I ordered a pizza box and 2 portions of yum yums and received a muffin and 2 portions of cookies neither of which I like and wont be eating, but no pizza what so ever

didn't get the option to pick my free cheese slice for ordering over £15 and my custard donut was missing. the delivery guy had the bag unzipped stood at my door refusing to hand over the food without my code therefore the heat escaping freely.

I’m confused as to why there is an option for both a cold sausage roll, and a hot sausage roll, because you will be receiving a cold one regardless of your choice! I ordered from delivery here and it is fair to say that the food was more cold than Michael Jackson! I had to microwave all of my three food items. What an absolute shambles!

Quality food and delivery times. Staff also call ahead to arrange any replacements if required, timely and polite.

The delivery driver was incredibly rude and didn't read the delivery instructions which clearly stated that the food was to be delivered to the back door as I had lost my front door key, so instead of delivering it to the back door he kept refusing to deliver it unless it was to the front then started shouting at me as if it was my fault that he didn't read the instructions I had been waiting for around 30 min for him to finally give me my food only for him to start shouting at me before giving me the food I ordered

Half the order was missing, why people can't follow simple instructions

The delivery driver was rude and left the food out the main door

they didn't have peppers to put on my flatbread so they wrote me a lovely note explaining that they have put some freebies in my order. I thought this was lovely and was made up with the yum yums 😋

For the 3rd time in a row our order was missing items, management at this store really need to take responsibility of the inept people they are hiring who seem incapable of getting orders correct. Better training clearly needs to be given!!!

Everything was normal in my interaction with the staff until one of the team enforced the rules of the shop by gettingbout of the front counter and shout at me from 1.5m standing in the middle of the shop full of other customers that were doing their purchases as well! Nothing wrong on enforcing the rules however my problem was the attitude and manner she did it,to which i complied fully because i understand the business rules as well,upon calling her to try and tell her that i didn't think her approach was not appropriate she became very agitated called the manager and said in a very unprofessional manner "i dont have to put up with this" ...one member of the team tarnish the good job all the others did! In my opinion it's a lucky 2 star could've been a 5 star rate. Better front counter training is strongly advised!!

Best people that's serves you that truly know to get the job done and right. Most best and kind people I have seen in Wigan by far.

Google Maps states that this establishment opens @ 6AM, for the past 4 days I have walked past at 6:30 hoping for a breakfast. Safe to say I’ve been thoroughly disappointed as the shutters have not even been open at this time on any given day yet the business ‘updating’ these times a week ago.

A very simple order, hot sandwich and flavoured wedges. No mayo dip or coffee delivered. Not a happy chap.

No sauce came with wedges or with yum yums, no point giving them as an option if you don't get them delivered

Great service as always. They ran out of the southern baguette so they rang me to offer a alternative and gave us some free donuts as a apology. Win win.

I work in a local business so I visit this Greggs sometimes before my shift starts or on my break. I am served by Viv most of the time and I’m glad that I do as she is such a lovely women, always polite and uses manners. Fast and friendly service from her ever time!

Ordered the breakfast lunch deal. Great value and breakfast was still hot when it arrived. Tasted good.
