Went in for lunch. Chicken Goujons and wedges. Serviced by a lady who could not understand me. Could not work out the change. When I got to my destination 5 mins down the road it was all dry and not eatable I will not be returning and will make a complaint to greggs head office was not worth going back to the shop she could Not understand me. Should have known it wouldn’t be good all the bakes looked dry and burnt. Come on greggs sort this shop out

Super friendly service and the food was delicious! Highly recommended. We had the chicken strips and fries and my husband had the pulled pork roll. Really quick and staff were really helpful. We will return.

Sadly not the best experience. Not her fault but the waitress had no clue what she was doing and had to get kitchen staff to help with the making of drinks. The latte was more like a cappuccino, and the chai latte, I have no idea what that was but it tasted vile with some kind of film on the top that looked like something scraped off the beach. We only went for warm sandwiches and just wanted a bite to eat, and frankly it looked like something i could do (and as simple as that) at home. Very disappointed. For an Italian New York Deli I expected more. Won’t be returning.

Had really bad experiences this morning subway in cheriton branch.The male person who was served us didnot have any customers service manners. We went to get our wrap so close to paying he was like, you can only have three different sauce of your choice. I said,Well didn't know we can only choose three sauce if so why you didnot mention that when you ask , which sauce would you like? Rather mention you can choose only three different sauce. Or write where customers can see ? He was like we can't do that? So you cant do that but you are happy to offend customer? No apologise nothing he starting laughing in such a irritating way. Clearing he was enjoying that that clearly shows with his laugh. I was like wgy ate you laughing it's not funny? He was like this is how I serve customer. Clearly Didnot see smile on his face or hi, How can I help? nothing at all at first. And he didnot give us all our wrap and he start typing up? I took the ones I can reach and there was one wrap and hash brown behind till so I had to ask him to pass it to me. Worst experiences Worst customers service Lack of manner. Will not visit again. He was very irritating

I was very disappointed with my visit to this Burger King. Several issues greatly impacted my experience: 1. The ingredients in the sandwiches were cold, which suggests that quality standards were not upheld. 2. Timing was clearly not respected, and this was also evident with the Chicken Fries, which were dry and seemed to have been cooked far too early. 3. Lastly, I noticed that a staff member in the kitchen was wearing a wristwatch, which goes against basic hygiene rules. I expected a much higher level of service. I hope actions will be taken to address these issues.
