Greggs in County Durham

Ordered a footlong. The excitement ended there. Lady made the sandwich, then used two hands and full body weight to press it down. So I had a 1 inch thick footlong. She didn't cut it properly. The contents of my skinny sandwich jettisoned out and I had to re load it myself. Hardly any sauce. Was dry and flat. Lazy preparation and zero quality. 'You want crip'

Woman in the phone spot on, couldn't fault her she was very polite and friendly. Food was nice but problem we had was the 2hour wait on food, food turning up cold and prawn cracker bag was open and looked half eaten

Lovely restaurant in Durham we booked for the afternoon tea experience…. Firstly I would like to say we really enjoyed our visit and the food & staff were very good! The only thing that spoiled the afternoon was when we were paying (which we did individually) & it came to me the whole service charge was as added to my bill so I ended up paying way more than everyone else as I was the last person to pay! Nothing was mentioned in advance about this… I think it would have been much better to let people know before paying and then the service charge can be shared between the whole party 😊 Just a small suggestion that would that would make things much better

Usually I order from a local takeaway in my town, but this time I felt like I wanted to give Pizza 4U a go and so I ordered one of their pepperoni pizzas, the delivery lady was very friendly and she got here pretty swiftly after my order, so now I'm going to give my honest take on the pizza. The dough was a lot more thicker than most pizzas I order from takeaways, the cheese was nice and the pepperoni was definitely flavourful, but the sauce was a bit mid, it was nice but not perfect, so I'd say this place is average, not bad but not great.

Went for Sunday dinner I couldn’t believe my eyes when I got slapped 2 cold tiny slices of beef I mean tiny about 5cm long, absolutely joke. Only getting extra star for kids soft play area.
