Visited whilst on holiday . Staff were so friendly . Store is alot bigger than my local in Wales so no problem finding a table to eat in . Was also nice to have ahot pasties

Busy central Greggs - had to queue at 06:15 also does online orders

This Greggs is in a prime location and have used it many times when visiting Thirsk , the lack of hot food available and limited sandwiches at 2pm on a busy Saturday was a joke. Luckily the Farmers market was on and they seemed to have taken all the Greggs customers buying his pies etc . It was the quietest Greggs on a busy summer’s Saturday afternoon I’ve ever seen. Must of ran out of stocks , . Oversight by management. Staff looked lost

I asked for a hot sausage roll but was given a cold one and was told they couldn't heat it. Not good

I don't like having a single use cup for my coffee,American idea's forced on us! No atmosphere a very flat experience saving grace you could people watch thru window and see what was going on in town.

Very large seating area. Adequate parking right ohtside. Hot drink and Bacon Bap £2.60. Thirsk is a lovelly place to visit, or just for a pit stop on the way north or south

Good service, friendly, helpful staff.Plenty of seating. The click and collect service is good. Always cold if you sit inside in bad weather though with the door wide open.

I was kicked out for sitting Thomas the baker is better

Always used to be the best hot chocolate , but they seem to have dropped the sugar content

The last 3 times iv visited Gregg's they have had no steak bakes or beef pastys yet a full range of vegan rubbish. The queue was out the door as the staff was soo slow!!

The staff in Thirsk are friendly and are very aware of their customer base and know if you are struggling to hear and they will help and they will go the extra mile to ensure you get everything you need.

Thought cleanliness was apauling, my bacon bap was man handled, no gloves dirty finger nails worst greggs iv been to. expecially during a pandemic

They don't enforce the mask law loads of workmen coming in and not sanitising hands .this is not good enough something should be done about it

Went in to find out if any of the donuts were vegan (they weren’t), and got the coldest look of contempt from the troll behind the counter. She seemed outraged, and a little frustrated, by my dietary choices, as if somehow it was a bother to her. But I can’t fully blame her because I was somewhat outraged by her dietary choices too. She was rounder than the donuts I was enquiring about :) Overall, a typical trip to greggs. Go there if you need a donut expert.

Just been served by a young lad i didnt get his name but what a really well mannered lad he will know who he is he called me and a work colleague sweetheart even told me to have a nice day very good customer service im not even local im from richmond

When i went to greggs .i was hungry so i baught a sandwhich just to find out i got food poisoning from the chicken in the sandwhich which then lead to severe pains in my stomach which lead me going to the hospital. NOT PLEASED

It's a really nice place 2 go for a laugh the staff are great how any1 can say there not are lieing staff are always smiling and make u very welcome!!

This place is very dirty..the floor is sticky and the coffee table we sat at was absolutely disgusting. .covered in stains and dirt all up the sides and legs..no excuse for filth...

The tables at the back of Greg's are filthy they are a health hazard the floor is sticky and filthy it all needs a deep clean I am sorry to say this but it needs your attention

Greggs northallerton smaller than thirsk. Only 5 tables, no toilet and staff failed to keep tables clean. Drinks good value for money

The yong lad that works there was lovley. We had to wait for the parties to cook and they took alittle longer than expected. So they gave my boys a free cake for waiting so patiently. Lovely touch great customer service we will befintatle come back

Decent coffee. Reasonably priced. Nice, large seating area. Clean toilets.

We stopped and had a hot chocolate and shared a slice of pizza. Cost was less than £6, a bargain when compared to many other café, pub's and restaurants where we have paid as much as double this for similar drinks and cake etc. Well done Gregg's keep it up😊

Usual selection of Greggs products but a larger shop than usual with toilets for their users and a soft seat area.

Went to Greggs in thirsk today only to be disgusted . Placed my order went to the till and waited . Was watching a member of staff probe some food she drops one on the floor .she looks round to see if any one is watching then picks it up places it into a bag and gives it to the customer . I had a word with the manager as I was really disgusted that she had done that not just that she dropped where people were walking through .manager said that she had told the customer that she had dropped it .the manager seemed ok with that if this is the sort of service they provide lack of hygiene etc I will not be returning . The member of staff should not have even contemplated giving it to the customer .

I'm used to a simple counter at Greggs selling good value food. Well, this Greggs is a big step up, as it has a few counters plus a café section at the back. The whole store is modern and bright and the staff are friendly and helpful. Greggs is certainly "movin on up!"
