Really poor customer service and rude

I’ve ordered from this subway on 3 separate occasions and every single time they’ve messed up my order. Once I ordered no onions in my sub and they took out everything but the meat. The other time they’ve gave me the wrong sandwich and most recently they gave me someone else’s order. Absolutely terrible and the food quality isn’t even good. Avoid this subway at all costs.

Ordered a New Yorker and Ultimate Korean BBQ Chicken (spicy in an enjoyable way), both arrived warm and were delicious ~ 5/5 Got the Chick n Mix - the wings and kickers are ok, but the chicken strippers lack all chicken flavour so I wouldn’t recommend hahaha ~2/5 The delivery was quick and the driver was very nice nonetheless :)

Appalling delivery time, it took an hour to arrive, I'm not happy and won't order from them again.

Don’t bother coming here. Fast service a joke. 40 mins for a happy meal. They prioritise just eat drivers and charge for sauces.
