Greggs in City of London, Westminster

No suelo ser muy fan de Greggs... Sin embargo, me sorprendió gratamente mi experiencia de esta tarde cuando tuve 4 niños hambrientos en el camino de regreso de Sky Garden. Kaem era tranquilo, atento y amable... un fabuloso servicio al cliente proporcionado. A mi pequeña se le cayó accidentalmente la rosquilla y estaba llorando, pero luego le ofrecieron otra. Kaem ha hecho a una niña muy feliz.

Flies were found on cakes and staff too scared to throw them away as no manager was around. Staff were very polite. This store needs to work on it's hygiene.

I came in to the store frequently and always feel like the woman behind the till is rude she doesn’t have a name just says trainee and she is always complaining to other staff I wouldn’t mention it if I recognise it once but it is everytime 😂

Had a great experience. Food was hot and just as expected. Not busy with plenty of pastries to choose from. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Absolutely awful service. I only went as I had vouchers for a free drink. It was around 14:00 and looking around there was not a huge selection available. The lady that served me had no idea how to use the voucher. I have no issue as we all learn but she did very little to try and help and I had to push her to ask her manager eventually who was downstairs! Why she was reluctant to do this I don't know. I was then told I needed to load money on my balance which was not true. I loaded £5.00 as I very rarely come here. I managed to work out how to do it myself. The free coffee was machine coffee which in all honesty was not bad, no complaints there but it would help if they had a cup sleeve so I did not burn my hands! The manager appeared distant and was very unpleasant.

Very busy in the morning from about 7am. Sausage rolls are superb as you would expect and only a pound!

First time I visited a Greggs after the announcement of the Vegan Sausage Roll, which I wanted to try. I have to say, it was surprisingly good and along with a portion of potato wedges made a great lunch at reasonable price. This branch of Greggs has several seats and you can sit in I think without having to pay extra. The service here was really nice and friendly. When I ordered the Vegan Sausage Roll it was still being cooked in the oven. When the roll was ready, the staff even brought it over to where I was sitting.
