Horrible experience when I went to Manchester wingstop. It was super busy, hot and the music was too loud!! The seating must I add with the high chairs is so uncomfortable and I also had no where to put my coat or bag and nearly fell off! I asked the lady at the till for a salted caramel milkshake and she said it was not working or whatever and then I agreed to get the refillable ones but the one drink machine near where we were sitting was out of use so I had to walk through the busy store to the other side where there was a queue to fill our drinks. Also, I asked for the lady to add on my NHS discount and she refused. Apparently they need me to show my NHS badge and not blue light card which is basically the same thing meaning I work with the trust. I have shown my blue light card at the wingstop Birmingham branch several times by the way and that had been accepted so wasn’t sure why this was a problem at the Manchester one? I asked to speak to the manager and she said they were not in then just continued to stare and stood there dumb. The staff were not nice, both the ladies the employee and “chef in charge” lol I spoke to looked miserable. I then gave up at that point and sat down to wait. This brought my mood down and they did not even apologise. Worst experience ever. Definitely won’t be coming back.

My daughter wanted to vist, as she was told it was excellent. Save your money, go into the Northern quarter and eat like a king on fantastic food, for the same price.

Limited to chicken but not sauce. Loads of sauce options. Everything is battered or breadcrumbs though. Would be nice to have a no costing option but they don't offer this. Spicery hot sauce is great. Good for shopping trip fast food and way better than many other options.

everything was great, highly recommend the honey mustard. the only issue was the chips being cold and slightly stale.

Poor experience at the shop. Very clearly overrated, plain, unseasoned and greasy chicken smothered in cheap sauces or garlic butter. Poor service as the store is overrun with customers, not safe whatsoever in terms of fire safety. Had to ask 3 times for a take-out box, disabled toilets located right at the back of this overcrowded store. Long wait times and incredibly expensive for the quality and amount of food.

Ordered a burger, 15 minutes later came up to me saying they have none left and offered me either a refund or a portion of fries/ boneless One staff member said i can get the full fix no fries and then came back to ask for the flavour Then another member of staff came out saying i can either get boneless or just fries instead of the burger. My partners food has now gone cold whilst were waiting which is a joke. I don’t recommend this branch. Been to plenty of other wing stops and never had any issue When he offered just a portion of fries instead of the burger i said ill be writing a review so he walked off rudely and its been 40 minutes since the staff member said he will get me a full fix instead and nobody has come up to me since and ive still got no food

I've been to a Wingstop in the US and few times and it was great there, however, the issue has always been that it's too greasy/oily and as someone who usually gets a dry rub you shouldn't expect chicken to be wet! So far, I've tried Wingstop in the UK in Edinburgh and Manchester. It was great in Edinburgh (it was a while ago, but I don't remember it being very greasy), but Manchester was unfortunately fit the trend in the US. I got chicken tenders, and there was a lot of oil and grease sitting in the box, as well as the tenders being covered in it. I'm not 100% sure if it's the norm at any Wingstops, but the music was really deafening. Understandably, everyone has different music tastes, but when it impacts being able to order food and making sure you can hear it when someone calls the number, then that isn't the one, unfortunately. It also didn't make me want to dine in. I'll still give other wingstops in the UK another chance as the ranch is very good and using less oil can always be implemented, but I'm not sure I'll give Manchester another chance until it definitely improves. Luckily, there weren't any issues with the service/staff!

Really nice and clean environment and staff including Nigham was extremely helpful - she is a credit to the restaurant and great Chat. The food did take a little while to arrive however this is on a Friday evening whilst the Xmas markets are on, so don’t really mind as the food was worth the wait. Will be coming here again.

45 minute wait for 8 wings, Uber and deliveroo take priority, approx 30 people all stood around waiting in the shop. incompetent staff who can't give clear answer on waiting times. Would give 0 stars if possible

Horrendous, will never return. So much focus on the Uber eats orders, customers left queuing for an unreasonable amount of time, staff hanging about unable to serve the customers and food sitting for a long time under the heated lamp... Worst food experience in a long time.

Dined in and ordered 12 wings, atomic and Louisiana rub, the Louisiana rub was mild but had good flavour, the staff warned me about the atomic wings and I was pleasantly surprised about the decent level of spice with the habanero flavour coming through nicely. The wait times were a bit long but that didn't ruin my experience

Visited here twice, most recent visit on Saturday 30th November wasn’t great, music ridiculously loud and not good music either, from the time my order was taken it took 53 minutes for my order to come, despite being told it would be about a 30 minute wait by the cashier. I understand it’s very busy because people are visiting the Christmas markets but no fast food place should take that long to bring out food, maybe put on more staff? 45 minutes in I explained I had been waiting 45 mins, she looked at receipt and supposedly went to check where order was, finally 8 minutes later the order arrived, would have expected the food to taste hotter considering it all should have been freshly cooked really. Food is nice but a little ridiculous when the wait is so long and food isn’t as warm as it should be. Prices are silly as well, £17 odd for 8 wings, 3 tenders, chips and a refillable drink.

It was pretty busy around lunchtime. It took 10mins or so to order, and then another 20 for the food to arrive. Food arrived cold, which we weren't too pleased with, but a very friendly member of staff (sorry, I didn't catch your name) sorted it for us, bringing the whole order piping hot. Everything was great! Just be careful, the spicy flavours are really very spicy. One Mango Habanero chicken tender and my tongue was on fire for 15mins. Amira on the counter warned us not to go so too spicy, and she even came to see how our meal was afterwards (as did a few other members of staff) 😆

My latest experience will be the last. Not only did it take 25 minutes of waiting for 5 tenders and 8 boneless, but apparently my “order was ready 15minutes ago” and no one bothered to pack it. Same with 3 other people next to me, and while we were waiting others have come, ordered and gone away with their orders. Come time to get my order, CONFIRM THE CONTENT verbally by them, and when I get home to open it, I get 3 tenders and THE WRONG ONES TOO. I enjoyed wingstop before, but I will no longer be ordering from them.

Haven’t had chicken in 4 years, i chose to have it again at Wingstop- great choice! Love the tenders and wings. Staff are the friendliest and so helpful too!

Quite a standard wingstop, unfortunately the food wasn’t as good as I expected it to be. My regular wingstop is in Leeds and I felt as if it was rushed here and not up to the same standards. Otherwise from that, no issues whatsoever.

Thought I'd give this place a second chance after a really poor experience the first time but yet again the same issue. For a quick service brand it's really anything but. On my first visit I waited almost 50 minutes for boneless wings and fries and had to go and ask how much longer to be given a very rude response. I emailed to complain and got a generic copy and paste reply. Ive came in tonight and again same issue, you wait 20 minutes in the queue to be served and then I've been sitting over 30 minutes waiting for a basic meal (waiting so long I've even found time to write this review) there is SO many staff in but not much happening. They are prioritising deliveroos over in store customers. The team are all standing chatting and there's about 30 p*ssed off customers waiting and another 20 standing in a queue to be served. Really disappointing experience and definitely the last time I will come here. You come to these places for speed and convienience, I could have went to a sit down table service restaurant and eaten a 3 course meal quicker. Still sitting waiting now.. wondering if I'll ever get to eat tonight!! Poor show wingstop you need to work on your operational efficiencies as it's not working!

Plus points, food is on point, bad points overcrowded inside, queuing to get a seat when it's busy. Long wait time unless you book your order for collection

Boneless chicken was amazing. I got spicy Korean and it was great. Loaded Fries were tasty. I did not enjoy the wings really cause I got garlic parmesan and it tasted plain. The ranch was the best.

Ridiculous, waited 40 mins for my food chicken and chips ffs, chips came and they were freezing . Wouldn’t go here again if I was paid. Feel like nobody was in charge just a load of clueless kids with no idea what they’re doing. If it’s that busy and the kitchen has clearly gone down then just stop accepting orders for abit to make the customers that have already paid experience better

Ah, Wingstop Manchester—where the wings are consistently dry enough to make you wonder if they’ve been slow-roasting since the last Ice Age. Somehow, they’ve managed to turn the simple act of making juicy wings into a study in dehydration. Each bite is a journey through a barren landscape, so if you’re a fan of wing sauces that somehow fail to penetrate the surface, this place is a winner!

Tried this place as the queues made it look good, so went ahead, and……. Wish I didn’t bother. Food not up to any standard. Taste, not for me, maybe I’m missing something. Maybe I’ll give it another try. But from my 1st encounter not worth the time, money or room in your belly.

Overpriced artificial flavours and dirty! Do not visit. Had to wait 50 minutes and the place is badly designed so during my long wait found myself looking at the kitchen through frosted plastic. What I saw put me off as looked grim. Disgusting place!! They should spend some time cleaning rather than promoting on the socials!!

The very worst take-away experience I’ve ever endured, without hesitation. To be honest, it’s little more than a meeting place for Deliveroo riders that appears to let customers in too. The Deliveroo riders are treated differently, with their orders handed over quickly while the rest of us wait for up to an hour. Nearly an hour for three small pieces of greasy chicken? No thank you. We saw the same delivery rider come back 3 times in the time it took to wait for our simple, one item order. The staff are confused as to where orders are and end up searching for orders in a way that’s reminiscent of a jumble sale. Really, really awful. Embarrassing. Never again.

It's not my type of food! It was extremely busy with long waits. I felt sorry for the staff under pressure. Never ever waited for that long for junk food.

Ordered on Uber eats and supposedly as a chicken place would have expected to have that delivered rather than the little bits I ordered, waiting 2 hours for my food to finally arrive with the main part missing and won’t even let me re order until tomorrow, luckily got a refund !

Taste was good, but to my surprise I was served chicken pop sized bites instead of the usual sized boneless chicken wings! This was after having to wait for my order for half an hour. Disappointing! Not worth the money, feels like I got scammed!

First things first the service is terrible lets start from there, about, staff they dont even smile to the customers also they are serving to u too late on the tables plus is too expensive, but the crisps are good , the only good one

The chicken is ANOREXIC. Aqsa was the lovely lady that served me but Amira(?) came up to me saying if i leave a google review in her name she will give me a free milkshake. She then proceeded to touch my phone clicking the 5 star buttons which was a bit weird and watched over me like a literal pigeon as i typed. The milkshake was rubbish too - this is my real review the other was basically under duress. 5 stars for aqsa though
