Great food just a shame the person that served me could count to 8.... paid for 8 pieces of chicken and only got 7

I bought peri peri chicken strips lemon and herbs the order was given correct , i am very unhappy and disgusted of the chicken now as it smell really bad when i put it close to my nose had a weird smell like some old marinade chicken that’s been boiled marinated for many days and then kinda a bit “grilled” it’s called Grillero Chicken Shop but I don’t see no grill chicken not happy with the quality of food… Use to come quiet often in the past … the staff is new and they do not care about food quality and such as smell of what they serve. Also tried to eat in -2 degrees inside with smoke coming out my mouth as it was as very cold inside and the door it’s broken doesn’t stay closed properly … Careless staff they didn’t even said anything to me when seeing i was trying to Close the door as I was feeling cold and I wanted to have a meal somewhere warm

All types of foods whiches I eat in grillo is hillarious as well as their staffs hospitality is awesome.

Firstly, l'd like to address a misunderstanding in your response none of your staff members are related to me. The person you referred to as my cousin was a former tenant, but there is no personal relationship beyond that. Regarding my recent visit, I found the waffle base to be very hard and difficult to chew, making it unenjoyable despite any additional toppings. Unfortunately, to be honest this is not the first time I’ve experienced issues with the food quality at your shop. On a previous visit, I purchased a pizza with dough that seemed so old that it caused me discomfort and nausea for an entire night. The presentation was really good looks really fantastic . The waffle I ordered, I found the base to be very hard and difficult to chew, making it unenjoyable. While I appreciate any efforts to enhance the food with extra toppings and sauces, my feedback is primarily about the quality of the waffle itself. Rather than multiple attempts to contact me, I would encourage you to focus on ensuring that your food meets a consistently high standard of quality. Today I visit this shop very first time and I bought a peri peri burger, whole chicken and 9 inch pizza. The quality of burger is very good and staff is working very good. I got my food on time. Next time I visit very soon especially for the burger.

Unprofessional staff I ordered peri peri burger meal & 2 pcs chicken peri peri. I ask for leg & Thai piece but they give me wing and Rib piece. And ask for no mayo when I was there to collect my order I make sure no mayo in burger But he put mayo then make it again. Waste of money. Front staff don’t know how to serve. Chicken pieces is like hard rock.

i bought their grilled chicken with rice. when i came home with the food the rice smelled so bad and moisture on the rice. still it was warm and they just offered to change the rice again. even they accept rice was not good. that's the first and last time i went there. i m done. highly not recommended.

I had a terrible experience at Griller Shop. We waited a long time for our order, and when it finally arrived, the wings were cold, and the burgers were dry and cold. The staff was unprofessional, even fighting with each other in front of customers. It's definitely not a place I would recommend.

As salam alaikum.. I did not order anything due to the fact that Griller menu says one thing whilst the lady on the phone says something completely different.. I wanted to order Fried Style Family Fayre, the lady, said that the cost would be around £20. However, on the menu, there is no mention that the £17.99 is at a collection price.. Wanted to share my honest feedback to one of the staff working there, her name is Pooja I believe. I've been there 4 to 5 times now and she has been the person serving me all the time and she is such a great human being and a great person. Every time I visit grillerz she talks in the most generous way possible and always smiling and open to have a conversation and makes me feel I'm at home. The quality of food is also really great but what makes the place even better are staff like Pooja.

Very good atmosphere, great food. Will be visit again. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Oreo milkshake and Vegetarian hot pizza.

Disgusting. Waited 20 mins for 3 burgers. Not worth the wait at all. For somewhere that claims to not fry their chicken, everything was dripping in fat. Chicken piece pink in the middle and also drowing in oil. Even the chips had been fried to within an inch of their life. Complete waste of money. Safe to say we will not be going again.
