Donuts look great! Pity they don’t do a smaller version too? Coffee and other drinks are ok. Range of toasties available but often sold out.

Great coffee and awesome doughnuts. Prices are reasonable and they are dog friendly too. Prefer this cafe to others that are busy and expensive on the high street, it’s not for people who perhaps prefer china tea cups. Nice smiley girl served us.

What a little gem! We had the nicest vegan maple toffee donut. Plenty of great options for lunch too. The cafe had good selection of plant based milks too. Lovely staff, nice calm atmosphere. Dogs were welcome too. Would recommend and will definitely come back. The only minus was the 30p charge for plant milk, where most places no longer charge for soya milk.

Went here yesterday afternoon. After ordering coffee, I decided to use the toilet and it was in a really disgusting mess! Staff really should be monitoring the sate of the toilet and making sure that a clean standard is maintained. Had I realised the low standards of cleanliness I would not have ordered anything at all. To make matters even worse the tap in the toilet was broken, meaning it was almost impossible to wash hands thoroughly. I will never use this place again.

We were looking for a coffee & cake whilst spending a few hours in beautiful Broadway & having visited numerous times previously stumbled upon a donut place "new" to us so decided to pop in on the basis that the donuts looked excellent. The place itself is a sparse affair but situated right at the back of a small shopping centre so not out of place in such an idyllic Cotswolds village. The donuts were very good, though maybe fell somewhat short of what we have had elsewhere when sampling "speciality" food. The coffee was fine but with the general decor & more of a "takeaway" feel probably wouldn't return but would stress this is more personal preference than too much of an indication on inferior quality food & drink.

Amazing! What a great little find. Lovely atmosphere and coffee was to die for. Staff were very helpful and efficient! We had coffee, donuts and tea cakes, all of which went down a treat. Definitely recommend and be back soon!

Called in around 11am. One or two customers. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 toasted currant T cakes. Coffee was good. Tea cakes came to table with margarine packets to spread plus jam. Rejected margarine and asked for butter. Told they only served margarine. Ugh! So spread jam instead, which totally ruined the T cakes. Too sweet. Not a quality T cake either. Very matter of fact, take it or leave it attitude by waitress. Very disappointing and will not come back!!

Visited James Martin Grill for a family birthday meal. Visited here a few years ago and it was awful so vowed never to return, but came back to give it another go since it has James Martin's name attached and he is our favourite TV chef. The evening started off terribly, with a miserable dark haird waitress who "greeted" us telling us abruptly to move outside because we were "in the way". However, there was no one in the entrance to greet us, and no sign to say "please wait here", so naturally you would enter the restaurant you have booked and expect a warm welcome. This isn't what we got and it set a very bad tone for the rest of the evening. Throughout the remainder of the night we had multiple waiters serving us, and no one looking after our table. They knew we were celebrating a birthday, but this was not acknowledged until right at the end after we had ordered desserts, when an additional dessert (so I now had 2 desserts) came out saying 'happy birthday'. This was very tokensitic, given we had already ordered our desserts and did not need an additional, and no effort had been made prior to this. There was no ambience, with no background music and the place felt rather echoey. None of the other customers appeared to be smiling, and none of the staff were smiling or making any effort with any of the tables. They all seemed to be stressed and rushing round, with food being dropped on the floor at one point. The food on the other hand was lovely, and we have no complaints of the food. We described it afterwards as "nice pub food". Definitely not worth the inflated prices you would expect in a luxury restaurant, especially with the awful service to go with it. Given this is marketed and priced as a luxury restaurant by a celebrity chef, this is not the service or experience one should be receiving. The bill came to around £500 for 4 people. We should have known better, as we know several others who visited and had a negative experience and did not recommend. I think they must rely on tourists who don't read reviews or come back - but it's a shame because locals will not be returning.
