Very nice place, food was lovely and came out fast Our waiter Josh was very welcoming and friendly.

Brilliant team. Fitted me in lovely in Christmas Eve as I had messed up my booking thank you.

Place has gone down hill quick. Cold carbonara sent back, and the replacement was cold and tasteless again. Waiters couldn't care less.

Knutsford.Average at best. Over priced,small portions of average food. I even had the Gnocchi missing completely from my main course,i had to question the waiter , they said yes i should have it on my plate,of which i then received 7 thumbnail size piece's which were like rubber. Brulee desert was a mouthful or 2 at the most and not particularly good. Far to busy and obviously can't handle the restaurant when full. Certainly won't be going back.

Lovely meal at Gusto on Friday night with this girls. Juan was our waiter for the night and the service was excellent, made our night a memorable one!!

Brilliant evening at Gusto Knutsford. We were there for our daughter’s birthday - she brought 5 friends. Two of the party had allergies and the team at Gusto were fantastic - really took care to make sure there were no issues. Lilly was super friendly, attentive and made it a great evening😁. Well done Gusto!

Lovely Sunday lunch with a friend yesterday. The restaurant was very busy but well run by Martin and his team. Food was great and service excellent. Will be back !

As a treat we ordered the ‘steak experience’ chateaubriand steak that has to be cooked medium rare. It was tasty ( big no no were the cold plates!! ) Large portions of the steak were so rare they were cold and inedible, difficult to even cut through , when the waiter asked how things were I said the meat was too rare and he ignored us and walked off, I said it each time he came around ( 3 times) but each time was brushed off. Very poor wait service with zero Interest in the customer experience, which at £105 you don’t expect. All in all a special treat that became meh 🤷‍♀️ also felt like we were shoved out the back in the less well Lit, colder conservatory

Just had the most amazing meal at gusto in knutsford! From the minute we stepped in to the minute we left roger was a star. So attentive and friendly. The food was spot on and I couldn’t fault this branch at all, they’ve hit the nail on the head here. Thank you gusto knutsford and especially roger for a perfect evening :)

Absolutely had off, we paid for platinum and you don’t get discount on deals (which has never been told to us) clearly had the card out but it doesn’t apply. No explanation no warning nothing! Fuming to say the least.

Not great food I'm afraid. The starters were nice but the mains were warm when it arrived for either me or my friend so we couldnt eat it. Also the service was very slow and we booked an early dinner so it wasn't busy. In addition we the glass of wine we had wasn't chilled. We would have mentioned our concerns to our server but they didn't bother checking up on us. For the price of gusto, and having eaten at other gustos previously, it was extremely disappointing.

It wasn't very busy for a Saturday night. I think its gone down a bit really. Service wasn't great, missed stuff off every course.

Had the most amazing evening at Gusto Knursford tonight. Our waiter was Roger and he made us feel so welcome from the minute we sat down. He made great recommendations for food and wine and took care of us in every way. Food was amazing as always and despite a busy restaurant, we felt attended to all night. Would definitely recommend for your next meal out in Knutsford.

Another fantastic meal at Gusto in Knutsford. It’s consistently good value, with quality ingredients and friendly, knowledgeable staff. It’s my go to restaurant in Knutsford. The Biscoff and chocolate dough petals are supreme!

Quite disappointed with this meal, came in with the family for Sunday dinner. Service was lacking attentiveness. Water not offered, had to ask mid way through mains, glasses with lipstick stains on, champagne flat, when requested for more bread with chicken parfait starter, bread arrived after mains dropped, carbonara inedible, no check backs done, so I sat with full plate while everyone finished their mains, when these were cleared we had to notify waiter it was impossible to eat the pasta and that it tasted sour and like it had gone off, no apology given was told that since menu has changed it’s not nice anymore(wish I would have been informed beforehand hand as now I’m going home hungry). Kids pizza was good and fun twist on make your own part, but apart from that we definitely won’t be back and couldn’t recommend to others. Bill came to £130 but we really don’t feel that’s reasonable as it wasn’t good in slightest unfortunately.

The service here was not good. The greeter on the front desk made us feel we were inconveniencing her. We ordered a cocktail at the beginning of our meal and it didn’t arrive. We ordered olives to start and then a carbonara and a pizza. The drinks did not arrive, and our main course arrived when we still had our starters, which we had not finished eating. We had also asked for water which also never arrived. So we asked several times for drinks. We ended up cancelling our cocktails. The food was passable. My friend did not enjoy her carbonara very much, she has had much better carbonara from similar standard restaurants. The pizza was ok, but not as good as usual. It is a shame because I have really enjoyed previous meals here, but they were a few months ago. I feel as though I won’t be repeating a meal out here in future.

Very welcoming. 21st birthday, glass of fizz on the house for the birthday girl. 2 diners had Rigatoni Arrabbiata with pepperoni, unfortunately this dish had way too much heat in it. My daughter couldn’t eat it, myself who does like food which is hot & spicy managed to eat it but didn’t enjoy it as it was far too hot.

Great food at reasonable price. Good atmosphere and very friendly and attentive staff. Really enjoyed our experience and will be back again shortly.

Service was really slow. Ordered our drinks quite quickly but they then took 20 minutes to arrive. Took our food order when the drinks arrived but again really slow for each course to arrive. Wanted Parmesan on my pasta but after waiting 5 minutes and not being offered any or seeing a server downstairs gave up and ate it. Decided against a dessert as couldn’t be bothered waiting. The waitress did apologise, she said she was working upstairs and down. Think we just got forgotten sitting downstairs.

Myself and my daughter went out for a meal all chosen by my daughter. We both really enjoyed the food! And our waiter, Rodger, looked after us and made the experience lovely. So thank you Rodger. The only thing we have to say were the small flies where a bit distracting and annoying.

Went for a birthday meal with the family, sadly it was a total let down. The food was average at best. Carbonara was ok, but the lasagna that was ordered was disgusting, the pasta was burnt to a crisp and the inside was lumps of grizzle and tomato, it was just awful. On to the service or lack of it, We were seated quickly and orders taken. We ordered drinks which took an age to arrive, we were half way through the starters when they finally did. After the mains arrived that was the end of the service, no one came over to ask if we were ok or food was ok, no offer for further drinks, no offer of a desert menu after we'd finished the mains, so after waiting for a while we got up and left, couldn't get out of there quick enough. We paid as we left, even then no question of was everything ok. To add insult, there was a service charge on the bill which I only noticed when I got home. Outrageous! There are so many options in Knutsford, go elsewhere

A most enjoyable meal had at Gusto Knutsford with my husband , been manny times before but this was the 1st time using my Platinum card and it’s just as advertised 40% off and a free bottle of Presecco . What’s not to like 😁🥂

Food was nothing special but service was horrendous, we were four people and had to wait for an hour to get our food,and because it was a week day it wasn't even busy. Never go back there again.

Food was questionable, Seabass fillets very small compared to other Restaurants in the chain. Tuna steaks past their best with slimy texture. One of party felt ill all night after having the Tuna. Don’t bother with the cannoli, I asked if they were freshly made and was told they were. The shells had come out of a mass produced box and the pistachio filling only had a few crushed nuts on each end instead of mixed into the filling. 12.5% service charge automatically added.

We had a great lunch for a joint celebration, the staff were attentive, the food was great and we felt like we could have stayed all afternoon. There was no pressure to vacate the table and we all had a great time- including the kids making their own pizzas.

Really great all round. We walked in about 9pm and they were able to accommodate us, didn’t feel rushed to order either which was nice. Menu had a lot of choice and all the food was excellent. Service was friendly and cheerful Would recommend and would go back

Lovely meal last night, food better than when on holiday in Sorrento!! Ahmed our waiter was excellent. They didn't have many customers for a Friday night but I feel this may be due to their midweek offer!!

The food was amazing!! I asked for my steak blue and it was more medium rare but it was still tasty as anything so no actual complaints. Well priced and really friendly and attentive service. Lovely clean restraunt, 100% would recommend.

Food was lovely. However, the sea bass was extremely small. The big problem I had was there was a waiter there that had no clue what he was doing and kept bringing other people's food to us. Then, when the bill came, it had a 12.5% service charge already added plus a £2 charity donation charge on. We told them to give us a new bill with the service charge and donation taken off. When the new bill came, they still had £1 charity donation on it. It is an absolute cheek of them to automatically add these charges.

Visited for my birthday meal. Ordered the fillet steak and the meat was clearly rotten. When we raised our complaint to the management we were told that there was no possibility that the meat was bad and continued to quote their food storage and safety protocols to us. He suggested maybe it was the butter! The manager gave us the impression he believed we were after a free meal. Disgusting food & disgusting service

We've recently joined the platinum club and been going fairly regularly. My daughter absolutely loves the kids menu and really enjoys making her own pizza at the table. The Sunday roast is delicious, with the carbonara coli cheese being an absolute winner. The staff are always very friendly and efficient.

Gusto's has been one of our preferred restaurants in recent times becuase of the high quality food, friendly service, great atmosphere and prime locations. For the first time yesterday we came away disappointed in the quality of food at the Knutsford restaurant. It should be obvious but pizzas need a decent amount of topping especially tomato and cheese, skimping on these basic ingredients on all 3 pizzas resulted in them being dry and boring and pretty inferior. The other Romesco salad dish had also suffered in both amount and quality of the ingredients with only a thin layer of topping around the rocket base. So with all mains 'downgraded' it cannot be attributed to a one-off. We will try elsewhere next time and hope Gusto's can recover.

A very nice Italian restaurant in a beautiful town. The building is gorgeous inside and out which is usually a good sign that the food will be the same and it was. One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time! Really enjoyed it and will definitely be back 💯

Had a really nice Sunday lunch here. I thought the price was really good, but the portions explained the cheap ish price. Very small. However it was very tasty and the team were very good.
