Haftsin in Leeds

It's not my first time and I love being in this place. It's a great restaurant and worth trying. It has the most beautiful Persian flavors and the variety of dishes satisfies everyone. It's a great place and the staff is even better. Thank you to everyone. I hope to visit it again.

I came to Haftsin restaurant about a year ago and I liked many of its dishes. I was completely satisfied with both the taste of the food and the variety of dishes. The waiters were very kind. I recommend this restaurant one hundred percent. 10/10

No puedo clasificar fácilmente este restaurante, ya que tiene la capacidad única de estar en un lugar para tomar una comida para llevar o como un lugar para una comida de celebración con amigos y familiares. Pero lo que puedo decir es que durante los 20 años (ish) el restaurante ha estado abierto, la comida ha sido del mismo nivel excepcionalmente alto y nunca he tenido nada de qué quejarme. Es realmente simple pero extraordinario todo al mismo tiempo. Hacen el mejor arroz que he comido en cualquier parte del mundo. Tal vez su éxito se deba a que las mismas personas dirigen la cocina desde que abrieron. No solo la comida es excepcionalmente consistente, también lo es el servicio y son el personal más amable y servicial que he experimentado en cualquier lugar. Me describiría a mí mismo como un cliente ocasional en lugar de un cliente habitual, pero cada vez que visito recibo la más cálida de las bienvenidas con sonrisas y ondas incluso de la cocina. No puedo recomendar este restaurante lo suficiente. La comida es deliciosa, fresca y de la más alta calidad. No es el tipo de cocina a tener en cuenta para una estrella Michelin, pero creo que tiene una serie de cualidades que merecen un elogio.

It depends on whether or not the manager is cooking in the kitchen. When he isn't, the food isn't as good. But decent place regardless.

I was invited to visit. I ordered a recommended dish (I forget the name...) and it was delicious! The portion was large and I was full. The store staff were also very nice. I would love to visit again!

An excellent restaurant with their cooking. Take from them seabass with rice = grilled fish 😍😍 Take the hummus and for chicken lovers they have the receipts with rice 😍 + Drink tea. This is a restaurant you must visit

Food wasn't warm enough, mince koobideh was too dry and no smell of koobideh . Quality is changed look like 20% meat only! I wasn't satisfied

Haftsin is my go-to restaurant if I want to have a delicious, high-protein meal. The price is affordable, considering how big the portion is. My husband and I always order the Haftsin special and share it. It’s a lot of food, but we enjoy every bite of it. My friend celebrated his birthday here, and the waitresses were very welcoming. We can bring our own boost and birthday cake.

I used to eat here back in 2012-2015 once I was studying in Leeds, and I just want to say hello 👋. I remembered your food was delicious and the atmosphere is fabulous. I believe there was someone called Mansour or Abu Mansour working here, or maybe he was the owner. Anyhow, wishing you all the best! I really missed the place, and hope to visit you soon.

The first time we were trying Haftsin it was fabulous, we got boneless chicken it was tender and juicy you could feel real taste of Safran, generous portions , in conclusion everything was perfect thanks.

Qué joya de un lugar - comida realmente deliciosa, muy acogedor y con un servicio fabuloso. Éramos un grupo de 6 - 4 adultos y 2 niños y a todos les encantó sus comidas y los niños realmente disfrutaron probando comida nueva. Gracias. Compramos baklava para llevar para nuestro largo viaje a casa que mantuvo a todos felices

We ate two meals in the restaurant, and the taste was very good, the quantity was excellent, and the employee’s reception was the height of taste. We asked him for a lot of help. When we arrived, we ordered an Uber, and he did not take it short with us. I strongly recommend it. The order was a mixed grill plate with rice and yoghurt salad, all delicious

Authentic Persian food. Wide selection of kebabs, stews and drinks. I have been here several time over the last 10 years and the food is always the same, tasty fresh and well prepared. Staffs are very nice and helpful. It also is gluten free. They accept card and cash. Highly recommend this Middle Eastern restaurant.

Éramos un gran grupo familiar de 35. Nos pre-reservamos y nos advirtieron que estaríamos sentados arriba, que teníamos para nosotros mismos. Se nos aconsejó que pre-ordenar y fuimos por arranques calientes y fríos mixtos y el Haftsin Special. La comida era excelente y nos atendieron muy bien por el gerente. Lo recomendaría!

Este es uno de esos lugares que desde fuera puede parecer que no va a ser nada especial pero entrar y probar la comida y te das cuenta de lo delicioso que es. Servicio muy bueno y todo a un precio muy razonable

Finally had the chance to try this place, wasn’t disappointed at all, very fresh food, fast service and big portions of food. Had kabab kubeda and lamb chops and mast o khyar ( yogurt and cucumber salad) so testy. Highly recommended

We ordered the eggplant curd starter, it was not tasty at all, the poison of the eggplant was disturbing, the walnuts and onions were not hot, the color was dark, as if the eggplant had been boiled, it was very bad. Its volume was very small, of course, because it could not be eaten, it was better. They did not have dressing for the season salad. When we asked, they said sorry, we are short. I hope you can be better. Best place in Leeds food is amazing as always

The food was tasteless and over cooked the rice had barely any saffron and to top it all the babaganoush was ruined by having all sort of shenanigans inside red pepper and load of other stuff that should not be inside its all about the aubergine and the tahini it's a -100 for me

We visited today with my friend for her graduation. All together, there were 20 of us and they treated us all so nicely and were so patient when they took all of our orders especially the female waiter she was so so lovely and kept asking us if we needed anything. They seated us upstairs so it was very spacious and comfortable for us all! The food was amazing and the portions were large so we were all very satisfied which says a lot about the restaurant and the quality it was able to provide.

I ordered grilled chicken and macaroni. The price of the dishes was cheap and the portions were large. I like the macaroni very much. The macaroni has a rich milky flavor and a special spice aroma.

It's our family's favourite place for dinner, but it's getting a bit pricey these days but still the best place for food selection 🙂.

If you want authentic Persian food, Haftsin restaurant is a great place. They have tasty grilled dishes that are cooked well and will make you happy. The staff is friendly, and they make sure you have a nice time

Best food I've eaten in a while, succulent chicken, hot fresh rice , loved being able to watch inside the kitchen , all the different things being freshly cooked over charcoal, staff friendly, just had forgotten our drinks and Naan breads but that was rectified. Will return !

Great Iranian/ Persian restaurant in Leeds! Had a delicious aubergine started then the chicken stew, both full of flavour! Able to accommodate a large group at short notice! Friendly staff and quick service!

I would probably say that is one of best Persian restaurants I’ve been so far in Yorkshire the kebab that they have is the exact kebab you eat in Iran not like others and I would give 5 stars for the food and staffs are friendly and the restaurant is quite nice and clean too

THE WORSED SERVICE IN THE WORLD. Don't reserve as they don't know the meaning of it. They don't even care if they turn you away. This is like the 10th time the service is shocking. And then to make it better they put you upstairs where they get changed. Previously ate here and food is bland chops are good but honestly don't bother.

Friendly service, good food, the lighting was a bit dark and the decor was clean and simple if not a bit dark. My lamb shank was top notch and my daughters chicken skewer was moist and tender although the rice wasn't the best. Slightly dryer than expected for restaurant standard. Odd that they don't serve tap water though and only offered bottled water at a cost which wasn't great. That aside everything else was pleasant.

The food was delicious and the portions more than adequate (for lunch, two of us split a main course and a hot starter, and we would’ve had leftovers if I hadn’t been very hungry!). However I have to take off a star because they refused to serve me tap water, which is very unusual. Given this costs almost nothing and is almost universal at UK restaurants, this left an unpleasant taste in my mouth.

Very small restaurant so it’s best to book ahead - people literally queue outside for a table. The food is absolutely amazing, go for the mixed platter if you want to try a bit of everything. The deserts were beautiful too. No alcohol allowed but there are soft drinks on the menu. My only criticism is that it lacked a bit of atmosphere and felt a bit more like a busy cafe than a restaurant, can’t put my finger on why but it didn’t feel like a special night out. Well worth trying it out though and the staff were lovely even though it was very busy.
