First visit to Halfway Cafe this morning for breakfast, what a treat! A proper lovely local friendly cafe, what a gem! Friendly and welcoming staff, nice chilled vibe and the place is clean and nicely kept, in short a really relaxed place to enjoy a nice breakfast! And what a breakfast! Went for the Big Breakfast, took a while to decide from the huge menu, no two ways about it the best cafe breakfast I've had for a long time. Didn't have to wait long at all, coffee and plate of toast appearing on the table almost the moment we sat down from ordering, and the breakfast itself was ace! Freshly cooked and served hot, super tasty. This is how you do a proper cafe breakfast! Can't wait to visit again, brilliant!

popped in here for my mid morning breakfast and it was lovely well priced and large portions , this will be my regular cafe from now on , as i used go to the one at the oval ,but prices there are over inflated now and service has slipped ,so this cafe is on the up friendly so gets my custom from now on .

Great breakfast well cooked and with good ingredients, friendly family run cafe havn't tried their lunches will give it a go.
