Stopped by for a coffee whilst walking in the area. Lovely garden seating area. The coffee was average but it is a great place to stop at and enjoy the scenery. They have a few snacks and also ice cream. I was told it has been taken over by a charity helping ex-convicts so it deserves some patronage if you are passing.

We go to this venue every Thursday for drinks and always leave before 7pm. The quiz starts at 7pm, so all the tables in the bar are reserved, this is not normally a problem as we have normally left before people start arriving for quiz. This evening however, we were barred from using the bar area and made to sit in the dining area!! We felt uncomfortable in this area as all we wanted was a drink, but everyone around us was eating.

Excellent trip to codfather. Large cod was amazing freshly cooked and chips were best I’ve ever had. Doner was excellent lots of meat and fresh salad. Lady and man that worked there were really friendly and over and above with the service. Will definitely be using them lots.

Uncaring Waitress put hot cookie dough plate in front of my eight year old without telling me or warning him it was boiling. As he reached in to smell he burnt his chin and is scarred. No apology. Avoid if you have children!!! Should be reported to FSA and will take further!!!
