Harrogate Grill & Pizza in Harrogate

Ordered a 14" pizza for delivery on New year's Eve. Came within 40mins and was lovely.. the only thing I can fault is you need to offer 21" pizzas (please) .. very nice base and toppings. Will be back to try more 🙂

If you're ever finding yourself sympathising with Kevin McCallister from Home Alone and absolutely NEED a large cheese pizza, this is the place you need in your life. Delicious.

Place started out really good, but has unfortunately fallen to the harrogate takeout curse. Quality of the food has dropped since they opened, and my most recent order was so bad that I had to send it back and request a new order, as my pizza had no sauce under the cheese, was very overcooked and was covered in bubbles. My garlic bread (with tomato sauce) also came with little to no garlic, and barely any sauce. Granted i have to thank the fact that they did replace it, and the 2nd order was piping hot, well sauced and cooked to a more satisfactory degree. But at this point I hardly felt an urge to eat it. I loved this place when it started, but it's fallen in quality hard since then.

I really recommend ordering from here as the staff are really nice the food is amazing onion rings were absolutely amazing so much better than pizza parada

Order took 1 hour & 25 mins after being told 30/45mins. Phoned twice. Not good customer service. Food finally arrived cold. No discount for late cold food agreed. Will not be ordering again! Have asked for manager of Harrogate store to call me.

3rd time of ordering from here .but tonight was a poor effort chicken tikka on nan was terrible chicken was dry nan was falling to bits on delivery could not roll it it just cracked and fell to bits . ...end up in the bin ....eill never return ..thanks for nothing..

We had the LUFC box. I had the cheese burger it was OK. The box is excellent value for money and the food is decent.

Thought I’d give these guys a go as the previous pizza takeaway at this address was really good and I know they have a decent clay pizza oven. The pizza was terrible, rubbish base, the chicken dry and had the texture of tuna. I knew when I was eating it I’d likely have a sore gut in the morning and I was correct!

Donner and Chicken Tikka Kebab was awful, dry, hardly any chicken, just packed with Donner, forgot to add sauce, naan bread was falling to pieces. Chicken and chips were soggy.

Collection 15 minutes sir, still sat 45 minutes later. Avoid if your hungry shocking service dis organisation's unbelievable

I felt that I had to leave this review because I was amazed at how excellent the service was. 14th July, England in the Euro finals against Spain, kick off 8pm. I placed our order at 5pm (just after opening), left a note on the order, please deliver around 8pm if possible (no pre-order option on the website). Food arrived hot, fresh and smelling amazing at 19:53, just before kick-off! Understanding how busy they must be tonight, full credit to these guys. Well played!

We let the hype settle from the initial opening and after weeks thought we would give it a go from our previous. Mrs ordered pizza I ordered mixed kebab on pitta, a short time later our food arrived kebab stone cold I mean stone cold. Fast forward to tonight we ordered the same again pizza and mixed kebab on pitta same outcome pizza enjoyable kebab stone cold again I mean stone cold. Phoned to complain but unfortunately could not understand what the gentleman was saying ended up with Another mixed kebab which was lukewarm and went in the bin, I could understand but we are only a mile away from the establishment. I appreciate it is very cheap compared to most other pizza-kebab shops in Harrogate but when you constantly get delivered food which is inedible why bother. Before anyone chips in yes we did complain instantly,but the first time we were completely ignored despite my better half backing up her complaint via telephone. Good luck with your endeavour but we will be thinking twice before ordering again

Sent the wrong order, and when we made them aware they told us not to eat what we had and they'd send us what we ordered, but they sent the wrong pizza again. Manager has refused us a refund, and tried telling us the pizza we got is actually what we ordered. It isn't, and I can't believe the audacity. 2 hours after the order and we still don't have what we ordered. Just don't bother.

Was so pleased to see these guys open right opposite our shop - the customer service is brilliant, delivery guys are always so friendly and the prices are very good. The pizzas are superb quality, far superior to most of the 'branded' places locally, and they have a fab selection. Looking forward to trying more of their other options!

My girlfriend and I were so excited to try your new place in Harrogate. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy chips. Honestly best Pizza I've had so far in the UK. We ordered online and everything was user friendly, payment was straight forward and we received the confirmation email all good. Honestly, this will be my go to from now on. Thank you very much

Had food tonight not very good at all the nanny bread was not fresh at all tastes like it was frozen the re heated The meat in the kebab was like rubber chicken tikka was very dry The floded pizza was just full of mushrooms 🍄 was so looking forward for this meal and ended up disappointed 😞

What a wonderful place, the Pizza are soooooo deelish. We came to see our aunty in harrogate and drove past this place and decided to order. The taste and quality of the pizzas are flippin amazing. The delivery driver with the beard wearing a orange coat was so polite, he even asked us how our day was which is vey rare. We have since come back home and we really fancy another pIzza from Pizza Pizza. See you guys on the weekend 💚💯💯💯💯

It was our first time ordering..... We had noo confirmation email or text.. to say that they had even received our order. We called the generic phone number after 20 minutes... To see if they had received our order.. only to be fobbed off twice... the first time we were told "yeah we don't really bother with confirmation of orders.. Oh and it's ready... we're just waiting for a driver and it will be with you within 20 mins" We then called again after a whole hour had past... the guy then said "yeah... Yeah... It'll be with you any minute now!" It arrived... another 20 minutes after that... It was all cold and it had to be reheated in the oven.... They also forgot our drink.... Very dissapoining as we were looking forward to this place opening. Wouldn't recommend!

Decided to see what the hype was about, was not disappointed at all. Got a half and half pizza with kebab and cheesy chips and it all tasted really nice. Spent slightly more than what I was expecting, but I feel it was worth it!

Don’t know where to start! I really hope the manager-owner can fell me This was my order For 2. 7inch pizza and 2 cheese chips and A single burger i been changed £32.60p with no dip sauces When the chips was pretty cold out! The person who served me with 1% experience in he’s job could not understand what am asking for! I just feel like I waste my time and money! Purchased food the Monday night it officially opened fir full menu. I got the LUFC munchbox and 11" Mexican Hot. Awesome food. Definitely my Favourite place..hopefully they will get a new review page instead of the old places page on Maps,soon.

When it was Harrogate Grill and Pizza it was amazing. Now it's been bought and took over by Pizza Pizza and it's awful. One of the worst bolognese pizzas I've ever eaten.

Expensive chargrilled skewers. The meat was overcooked and chewy. I had mixed lamb and steak, my friend had steak and kofte, both the same overcooked state. Salad wasn't particulary fresh even though it looked really good in the display fridge at the counter. The "fresh flat bread" was a dry tortilla from a packet, not toasted or warmed. Overpriced, more form than substance (bad food that looks good on photos for Instagram) Save your money and get a greasy traditional kebab from anywhere else

This is the best kebab I've had in Harrogate, and it was piping hot when delivered to Starbeck. We had the chicken kebab with additional halloumi, and the portion size was generous (although we did manage to finish it!). The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy, with a little charging on the outside and the flatbread was delicious. The pickled salad on the side gave a great sharpness and the sauces the perfect accompaniment (chilli and garlic). Will definitely order from here again, and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a tasty kebab, cooked the way they should be!

Had a takeaway. The meatball pizza was amazing. Best I've had in the UK. The fiery pepperoni was also fantastic. I think the owner delivered the pizza, real friendly guy. All around a great experience. Will definitely order again.

Lovely food, have had mixtures in the past and has never disappointed. The pizzas are lovely, kebabs very unique in their style and flavour and the chicken nuggets such good quality for children you don't find many places. Very nice.

Very poor.Pizza was burned and garlic bread was stone cold. The one star is for the lady on the counter who was very welcoming.

Have used the Grill a few times and WAS very happy with it. Looking at reviews on here it seems it might be under new management which could explain why our last order (3 skewer wraps) had gone up in price by nearly £6. The food's good, but not that good. Won't be going back.

Have been meaning to try here for years, it's literally 300 metres from my parents. Ordered this week and was not disappointed. The food was ready on time for collection and there was plenty of it. We all had chef's choice kebabs. We had the medium size and there was plenty of meat. The salad was crisp and fresh and the flatbread was good too. The tzatziki was good, the only disappointment was the tomato dip. Like tomato juice with tobasco. Will be ordering again.

Ordered via JuetEat as been highly recommended by a couple of friends. Food was really good but they got our Pizza order wrong, called and was very quickly sorted, correct pizza and a complimentary garlic bread delivered within 30 mins. Great service, thanks guys we will be back 👍

Good Food, Slow Service. The first few orders we had were great! Excellent Food, Fast Service but recently things have changed. The last two orders were placed through FoodHub, for both orders we waited over an hour before calling to check the restaurant to check on the order. At the point for both orders we found out they had not even started them, in one case they hadn’t even acknowledged the order. Both times we ended up waiting almost 2 hours for delivery. Both times the staff did not seem to care and just said they were busy. No apology, no discount. The last order even had food quality issues and was missing an item. Very disappointed since we liked the food so much. May not be ordering from here again.

First time we have had a takeaway from here. Great tasting lamb and chicken kebabs with flatbreads and salad. Free garlic bread and profiteroles to boot! Very tasty. Great service and a timely delivery. Will certainly order again.

Cheap, average chuck wagon food. Not horrible but felt I could have raided the freezer department at lidl and cooked it myself. One positive is the pizza dough was OK.

Since it was taken over I've had 3 meals from hear and unfortunately it's gone down hill. The pizzas are not great anymore the tomato sauce is bland and the pizza dough isn't great. If I was the owners I'd be asking the previous owners to give a bit more training on making the dough. Small things can make a big difference. Really disappointed and unfortunately we won't be ordering again. Please guys seek a bit of help to get the quality back

Been going here since they opened, I still maintain it’s one of the best takeaways in Harrogate based on flavour and quality of ingredients. Biggest disappointment for me and the reason why we have pretty much stopped using them is they seem to consistently undercook anything bread based, the pizzas, garlic bread and the flatbread that you get with the grills. They are always too doughy and underdone. Sad really as it’s potentially the best takeout by far.

Terrible ! Ordered food at 6.30 and paid via the website. 8.45pm no food, no one answering the phone, website says it’s shut. Will not be ordering ever again!

Ordered a takeaway, 2 pizzas Rustica Harrogate Blue and Rustica Meaty, haloumi fries and stuffed jalapeño.....wow so delicious. The price is so reasonable as well but the food feels like you’re having a fancy take out. 100% recommend.

We absolutely love their pizza! Friendly staff and the delivery was super quick too. You can tell they use good quality ingredients, and the chooses are fab! (the nutty chicken is our fav every time)

We were greeted by two very polite members of staff who welcomed us, took our order and told us roughly how long we would be waiting. We ordered 3 pizzas and got a garlic bread free which was a nice bonus. The pizzas were cooked really well and with generous toppings on. We saved a couple of slices for lunch the next day and it still tasted nice !!! We would really recommend this take away. We have heard so many good things about this place, we will be back soon. Keep up the good work.

Salad, ok, but it’s salad. Garlic bread managed to be soaked in grease but dry at the same time The skewered meat was cooked well.however the flatbreads were like leather. . Pizza bland and same as any other. Garlic mayonnaise the same tart horrible supermarket concoction everyone else is serving up .all in all a disappointment . Pity, there was room for a decent takeaway in Harrogate.

Decided to try somewhere new for pizzas rather than the usual Dominos/Pizza Hut garbage!... wow... we were well impressed! Proper handmade pizzas with top quality toppings, and a free garlic bread when ordering two, what's not to like! We've been back lots of times since - sometimes its a bit of a wait but well worth it!

This was my first meal from Harrogate Grill and Pizza. I was very impressed that all the boxes and wrappings except for the yoghurt and chilli sauce pots were recyclable. A big thumbs up for that. The food was lovely, and plenty of it. Loved the spicy chicken. Cheese cake was delicious. Will certainly visit you again.

Truly awesome pizza with authentic crispy crusts with that leopard spotting that pizza aficionados crave! Spicy chicken wings, also great - well cooked, juicy and the crust is pretty decent. I won't bother looking for anywhere else for Pizza in Harrogate... Staff are super friendly, I called them up 30 mins driving from Harrogate to order and collect, my food was ready and piping hot bang on time. Thankyou! + I have to add, Kiev Calzone, in the morning as a breakfast food... is off the charts. Stinky tho, thanks Garlic ;-)

Best takeaway food in Harrogate by far! Ordered from here multiple times and so have my friends. The chicken skewers are to die for. Tastes like being on holiday. Overall great family run business who obviously take a lot of pride in what they do!

This has now become my favourite take away. The grilled chicken wrap, feta salad and fries is my go to there. Absolutely delicious and generous portions too. Their pizza's and burgers are to die for. The Harrogate blue burger is just amazing. Highly recommended.

This is my favourite takeaway! Their food is delicious, the staff are delightful, and the prices are takeaway prices, not resteraunt takeaway prices like deliveroo places, even though the food is at least as good.

Went here tonight after the fireworks for pizza’s for dinner, (not tried their pizzas before). They were quite busy so there was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it. Fantastic quality for a take away, far better than any other pizza take aways, proper hand stretched thin dough with top quality ingredients. Cheesy garlic bread pizza was lovely too. Highly recommend.

I was struggling to get where I wanted, and pulled in to check directions. Feeling peckish, I went in without any real expectations but was greatly surprised. An interesting menu, good service and nice, clean eating area.
