Visited on a quiet and cold evening. We were pretty much the only one there to eat but Debbie the server was a amazing, funny and engaging so it made it a great experience. Food was lovely but the service made it a great visit, give that lady a raise!

It was good here, but I wouldn't rush back to be honest. Plenty of other restaurants in Blackpool to choose from. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Kasia is a wonderful waitress who was friendly, sincere, and thoughtful. A major credit to the restaurant. But I was a bit disappointed with the sausage meal I ordered. But the service made up for it.

Had to wait 45 minutes for our food and one of the meals was wrong and mine was missing the mushy peas. Server stated that the kitchen had got every order wrong that evening. Our bill was incorrect and that had to be amended. We did get a couple of complimentary drinks, for the inconvenience. Overall a disappointing experience, considering the price of meals.

Absolutely amazing. The afternoon tea was extremely filling. Jadwiga was excellent, very freindly and helpful.

Lovely afternoon tea here yesterday. Makes a change from the mini sandwich style afternoon tea everywhere else! Very well looked after by both waiter and ops manager Martyn.

First stop when we visit Blackpool. Served again, today, by favourite waitress Kasia. Very efficient but friendly.

We were very impressed with our first visit to Harry Ramsden’s on Monday 13th January. The fish and chips were delicious. We had a lovely helpful waitress called Debbie, not only efficient, helpful and very friendly, but took time to speak with us. (Gorgeous hair as well !)

Came on the 16th jan was quiet the staff happy to help the food was hot and nice only thing wood knife and fork that is the only thing Try ut if your here

.my wife and I had lunch and we ordered over 60s portion of fish and chips. It came and was just the right size for us both. Our server Kasia was also very good and got my wife a glass of water as she was not feeling well. The surroundings were also nice and all in all I would definitely recommend Harry Ramsden Blackpool to people.

It was very quiet when we visited. It took ages for the food to come, the dishes were all mixed up and the drinks were forgotten about. Not enough staff to serve efficiently. We revisited this time following a bad experience previously but nothing has improved so we probably won't return.

Had a lovely dinner after football training. Really friendly staff and thanks to Kasia for her attentive services :) food was really fresh and the boys loved it especially the dessert chocolate brownie with ice cream! Definitely would come back again!

Visited the Harry Ramsden restaurant in Blackpool, the staff provided a very welcoming environment. Craig in particular was brilliant with the children and couldn't do enough for us providing excellent customer service. The food was delicious the best fish and chips I have had. Thank you we will be back.

Very busy so bit of a wait but staff were great and friendly food was good , again bit of a wait but staff made up for that and were always asking if we were ok and apologise for time would go here again

Afternoon tea was absolutely delicious

I found this place to look ok when we first entered, but later I wasn't Impressed as the waiter staff are rushing your order when taking it, the tables where think we black uncleaned dirt. Food was over 45 minutes waiting after order was taken so I'd say about 1 hour before food came. Food was OK ish but wouldn't eat there again... fish batter was soaked in oil that's all we could taste... onions rings was so small couldn't even see they was a ring... chips where Stone cold. Even when spoken to waitress they made us feel like we wasn't welcome or just asking things to annoy them, we paid for our food.so we should get the service we paid for. 1/10 never would step foot in there again.

We had a bit of drama on our visit where we had to move tables due to someone intent on causing trouble coming in off the street but Debbie who looked after us couldn't have been better. She handled everything in a professional manner meaning that our meal was rescued. The food was excellent as well and when we eventually ordered was delivered promptly.

Monday 30th December, 14:15 Blackpool. The restaurant was quiet/empty. I visited the Blackpool restaurant, as we entered, there was 2 families waiting to be seated, within a minute of waiting, 1 family in front left the restaurant. We waited for 10 minutes, and no server came to the front of the shop to greet anyone. The family in front ended up going over to one of the staff members who came straight over with menus and sat them down. They never even looked at us waiting behind them. Or apologised about the wait. Or confirmed someone would be with us soon. We waited a further 5 minutes before we ended up doing the same, I asked the server straight away for a email to direct my complaint to, as the customer service was awful, she said they were short staffed, I tried to explain (on 3 different occasions) that they should still greet customers and let them know that they have been acknowledged while waiting, instead of ignoring all customers who walk through the doors. Her reply each time was that some customers are angry, and not as nice as me. She gave us amazing service once we were actually seated. But by then it’s too late. It was a very disappointing experience. We only stayed as my dad was looking forward to it all morning. I can imagine you lost a lot of customers that day.

Great, food is a little pricey but worth it.

Lovely food. Jadwiga was a great server and really looked after us. Just quite a wait time, had to wait 30/40 minutes and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. But food was worth it!!

Restaurant was very busy and there was a long wait for food but Kasia was really helpful and friendly. She found us a table as soon as possible and kept us updated on our order. She was very attentive with all the tables and was genuinely concerned that we were kept informed. Thank you Kadia.

Sunday teatime, skeleton staff long wait for food and drinks both served incorrectly. Staff unhelpful , undertrained, service non existant. Second visit in a row with significant issues. Will not be using this "Premium" brand resaurant again.

Food was pretty good but the experience was awful. Despite the restaurant being pretty empty it was a 30 minute wait - clearly not enough kitchen staff in despite it being a Sunday - but worse than that was the waiter. He seemed to think we could read his mind because when ordering he just stood there waiting for us to speak, maybe he was just worried about losing his chewing gum that he was chewing constantly with his mouth open - not very hygienic. We also saw him grabbing chips with his ungloved hand before serving other tables - thankfully not ours. Very poor individual. My glass also has watermarks on it so not the most thorough cleaning clearly.

Don’t do it They got order wrong Food was not hot Took forever to come Premium price Me and my daughter have finished our food by the time my wife food has come out. They said my wife’s meal is free for the mistake Never again Have fish and chips by the sea that said be nice they said.

We do like eating here when we visit Blackpool. It is a bit of a luxury, the food is good but expensive, and small portions for the price.

We had a lovely meal, we arrived 2 hrs before planning to eat to ask about reserving a table. Jadwiga met us and advised about the beat way to get a table. We came back when she advised and were directed straight to a table. We ordered our food with her and she advised a 30 mins wait on food. It didn't take 30 mins and when it arrived it was fantastic and our 2 boys who haven't been to a Harry Ramsdens before loved their meals. It was overall a great food experience

Absolute rip off, way overpriced Food was good but prices need looking at

When we arrived to the restaurant we had great expectations , we had just left a show and looked forward to a nice meal for afters . We wondered why everyone in the restaurant had left the coats on ,it's cause it was cold inside. The meals arrived , two were correct two were wrong. Was asked for no bread , bread arrived. In the menu it said all fish and chips come with tartar sauce and mushy peas. Neither f and chips had tartar sauce , one came with peas , we had asked for gravy and it didn't arrive. My battered fish was battered behind belief , crispy but more like it had been left under the cooking light for to long. We ate the food and paid the 72 quid bill but left disappointed. NR winter gardens they have much higher quality meals at a fraction of the cost.

Food was not bad, but I had to shout to get attended to get seated.

We came to Blackpool for the day on 14/12/24 and thought we’d give HR’s a go on the evening. We used the takeaway/ sit in at the side of the building. We sat at the tables provided. We went for the £12 deal of Fish & Chips, mushy peas and a drink. We were not disappointed. The fish (haddock) was cooked to perfection with lovely dark coloured batter and the chips were golden and great texture. Good mushy peas and a nice cup of Yorkshire Tea. Slight wait for the food but worth waiting for. I’d definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting!

Went to blackpool for the day with my 2 brothers and my dad. Rachael our waiter was so polite. Even asked if we was doing anything nice after our meals and had a nice smile. Thankyou Rachel for making our day even better. Great waiter and excellent service. Food was fast and absolutely delicious. Will 100 percent be coming again.
