Had breakfast this morning and was served by Deb, he was very welcoming and attentive. Very friendly service and the food was delicious. My daughter is disabled and he was very helpful.

Not great. Cold food. Really all quite bland. Guess what you expect from a cheap chain but found it quite petty to have our request for a little extra gravy refused (on a table of 12 all ordering multiple courses and drinks and tipping generously!). Teeny little splash with the meal and refused any more. Wouldn't go back.

DEB the gentleman who served us throughout our time at the harvester ge was very attentive but gave us enough space but there when needed, food was really nice and hot.

We went for breakfast here today and cannot fault the impeccable service. Our server, Deb was INCREDIBLE. So attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and making sure our much needed coffees were always topped up. Have been to other Harvesters before and not been overly impressed but we will be back to this one in a heartbeat. Thanks Deb!!

Food has reduced came out on tiny tray shaped plates, the chargrilled chicken was like eating rubber and the prices have increased. The salad bar was fresh and clean. The atmosphere was very chilled and staff were attentive and friendly. Sad to say but save your money and go elsewhere.

Went for a breakfast with some friends around 10am on a saturday, and we had lovley service from Deb! Breakfast was delicious and served quite quickly! Deb was very kind and helpful.

Not welcoming at all staff were not helpfull. The website advertising a set evening menu but staff said they no longer do that ? Food was very over priced and to be honest local pubs service food that was much nicer. Whole experience was dreadful.

The food was great and perfectly cooked, the desert was great and the atmosphere was very nice, the lady that served us (Emily) was on the ball and had a great attitude and delivery, she was friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good experience and I'd recommend the chocolate brownie for desert.

We decided to stop for a breakfast, and this was nearby. food was amazing. Had the ultimate breakfast, prices were good, service was excellent, very happy we stopped here. Thank you guys

We love this restaurant we have been here a few times staff remember us each visit the food is always amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Lovely food and service , after eating asked for bill as I was putting my details in the card reader server asked me for a tip which i thought was very rude of him , is it not at the discretion of the customer to give a tip ??

Had the ultimate mixed grill, asked for my steak blue and it was cooked pretty much perfectly. Half chicken was a little overcooked and the chips and onions rings were a little anaemic. Rest of the food was great though 🙂

Went today we ordered our food which was find then watched it sit on the pass for 10 minutes this turned the fried eggs into rubber and the jacket potato that was virtually inedible as it had cooked the skin dry and else was over cooked

Brilliant little harvester my wife loves it here the staff are very helpful and friendly and the food is outstanding I'd recommend it to anyone it's well worth a visit top marks all round.

Service was great and the staff were really polite and welcoming. I’ve been here a few times and the food has never failed to amaze me. The chefs, staff and all workers are all friendly. Would 100% recommend to anyone I know and further. Will be coming here again.

All the meat was over cooked and dry. Really wasn’t upto the normal standard They had also forgotten the bottle of sauce . The deliver my was within half an hour which was great but food let the side down

Had the potential to be an amazing dinner if it wasn’t freezing that was the only bad thing that ruined it.

Went here is my mum and we had brunch, which was really delicious the waiter DEB was really friendly and very professional nothing was any trouble service was fantastic would highly recommended to go here for something to eat

We come here every week and Sonja is our server. I have to say that Sonja is an absolute credit to the company, she always remembers us and greets us on arrival; knows our table and order. Sonja is there for friendly coffee refills and when we want to order breakfast; very attentive, professional and treats us like VIP which keeps us coming back each week. Every restaurant needs a Sonja :-)

Visited here as had been shopping in the retail park. Started off well, staff member on the desk directed me to a freshly cleaned table and passed me menus and was very helpful about allergies. I was waiting for ages for my order to be taken though even when I asked I was told someone would be with me soon even though there was 2 staff in the area just setting tables. Eventually some came over and just took my drinks order and I had to wait ages again to order food. My order half rotisserie chicken arrived but was very pink in places so I left most of it. I then ordered dessert which went fine but I had to wait ages to pay, again I asked a member of staff if I could have the bill and she said of course but then disappeared and other staff were just going back and forth. I heard another customer ask for there bill and they got there bill given to them straight away yet I was still waiting. I must have waited about 10 - 15 minutes for the bill and when I finally got to pay I explained it to the staff member who just said that's fine. It's not fine when a customer has been left waiting for ages and makes a complaint.

Went for breakfast with a friend and had the chicken and bacon waffle, it was so tasty! Deb was a great server and super helpful :)

Just been shopping at the croft and called in the Harvester for breakfast, so glad I did. We were served by a lovely polite man called Deb, his service was excellent, couldn't do enough for us without being intrusive, don't normally give top marks on anything because I like to leave some room for improvement but I will not hesitate today because I honestly can't think of any way he could improve. Well done Deb you are a credit to your company.

Didn't deliver the full order - asked for mixed salads, they did not include them. Disappointed.

Been here a few times and each time the service was great. First time I took my son for breakfast with Santa the staff were incredibly welcoming and my son commented how it was the best Santa he had seen and loved his breakfast we was kept up to date about what was happening when re Santa. He asked to go back yesterday to kick start his birthday celebrations and the staff yet again were so helpful and accommodating they also all sung my little boy Happy Birthday when bringing his cake out the service was amazing we felt very welcome and valued and food was served quickly. Every member of staff was lovely and went above and beyond. The atmosphere was great. I would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends and family. My little was happy with his experience here on both occasions. My little boy had pancakes with banana and chocolate and he was happy with it. Thank you to all of you at Harvester your customer service is exceptional ♥️

Deb was very attentive to our needs. very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing we would change from our experience today was that all the food came a little too quickly meaning we had all 3 courses at the same time at one point (salad bar, starter and main) overall though we were very happy with our service today.

The food is always lovely here and we are always pleased to see when Deb is on shift as he is so helpful and polite. Nothing is to much trouble for him.

Cudnt praise this place enough for service nd salad bar but I've been up 5 times in the night on the toilet and got belly cramps. All I've had was your salad bar and chicken burger, I thought it tasted abit juicy but I still ate it cuz I'm fat and love food! Days ruined I'm absolutely shattered with broken sleep and belly ache, thanks guys I do not recommend the southern fried chicken burger. Mings

The food is good but we had 2 double chips missing when our order was delivered and this had already happened a couple of times in the past. We decided to ring the staff this time to politely make them aware about their error, they acknowledged their mistake and promised to call us back in 10 minutes to sort it out and never did. Not professional at all.

So much was missing. Restaurant was Willing to replace missing food but just eat refused to deliver missing food. With out me reordering again. Harvester manager was great he explained that he had words with staff that missing items was not acceptable. And he would support me getting refund from just eat

Favourite restaurant for eating out, visit a couple of times a month as a treat and always receive a great welcome and enjoy good food in a pleasant and impeccably clean environment..

My wife and I eat here a lot and the staff are always helpful and friendly, we went today and Deb the waiter went out of his way to make our visit absolutely perfect, he was 100 percent helpful, friendly and polite, we will be back with family very soon, please give our regards to Deb. The harvester do a really good breakfast and the price is cheap! I am very fussy with breakfast items but they cooked them to perfection. The host who seated us was lovely we didn’t catch his name (was tall with glasses) but made us feel welcome. Thank you :)

Served by Deb who is so lovely and friendly! Food was nice, the pasta on the salad bar was dried out, the chickpeas were delicious. Overal a nice meal, restaurant was clean, service was quick but not rushed, frienly staff and accomodating.

Had a fantastic burger, and the salad bar was fantastic, and the pudding was huge, the only downside was the waffle it was sat on, it was rock hard.

I'm a job coach at this restaurant and have only positive things to say about it. All of the staff are absolutely lovely, welcoming and are fantastic at their jobs! I've eaten here and the food is always great. Harvester has many regular visitors and it's so lovely to see how the staff remember exactly how the customers prefer things. It is by far the best Harvester I've been to, which is mainly due to the lovely staff and their customer service skills.

Had a wedding anniversary meal with my wife here tonight, what an absolutely amazing place to go! The servers were wonderful, our server Cecelia was very kind and polite, a friendly bubbly person 😊 The food was far past expectations! Unbelievably tasty, fulfilling and of the best quality! 2 people 3 courses around £48 🥰

probably the worst experience i have had here , i had a table at 8:15 , ordered a starter at 8:25 the starter was sat on the pass for 10 mins before anyone even brought it to the table . the mains then arrived with the starter plate still on the table and without anyone asking if the starter was okay . i had a mixed grill for my main which came with freezing cold garnish and dry chicken and a freezing cold sausage. i get the chefs wanted to get out of the kitchen with it being late after probably a busy day but this is unacceptable especially when paying customers can see the food being sat under the pass for over 15 mins then being plated up without even being flashed under the grill before being served . many thanks to the manager for understanding . highly unlikely to be returning unless improvements are made

Food was cold when we got it. My husbands fries were cold and I had Mexican dirty fries which were cold. The chicken skewers were very nice but the fries let the meal down. I think it was left on the top too long before being served to us. It was sat there at least 7 minutes.

The service was great, the lady who served us was so helpful and understanding having 2 ADHD kids in the group, she was patient and friendly. The food was lovely.

There were 9 of us, with 4 very lively children aged 5 to 12. Kate, who served us & looked after us so well was absolutely brilliant with the children. The food & service was excellent but Kate was outstanding. Will definitely return & recommend 😀
