Really good service. Liz was super efficient and very friendly. Food was excellent. Only slight complaint - my flat white coffee could have done with being hotter.

We visited quite late at night, just to cheer us up. My nan had just passed away. We ordered only desserts and they were lovely. Staff were lovely. We were seated straight away and they moved the chair for my wheelchair and chose a table I could navigate from! Super impressed! Great job :)

Service was excellent, we got seated straight away, our server (Will) understood all of the changes I requested without having to repeat myself and everything was correct the first time out. Very good ^_^

As usual they we're brilliant. Will be going in the new year.

First and last time I'd ever go to a Harvester, which is disappointing as I had heard good things about this chain. The food was disgusting and the servers kept trying to deliver mains about 2 mins after the starters, which is not good. We asked for some time to enjoy the starters and we kept being hassled "are you ready yet", "are you ready yet"! Had the sausage medley and the texture/consistency of the sausages was gross. Never again!

I went there for a Christmas meal with my spouse, organised for a group of twenty two people. It was busy and we were ushered to our tables, about ten minutes later than booked. That is understandable but then the service of taking our orders took quite a while, but worse was, when one of us received his food after everyone else had finished eating. Yes there appeared to be a staffing issues on the night and the staff tried to be helpful, polite and generally professional. However considering how poor the service of our food was (although the food was good, tasty and well cooked), we were rushed out of the restaurant with one of the staff being unhelpful and unfriendly.

Today five of us came here for a brief christmas breakfast before heading our separate ways. I can't actually stress enough how nice and welcoming all of the staff were, particularly as we sat around for hours getting endless refills of tea and coffee. I didn't eat anything but everyone seemed to enjoy their food. If I work on Milton Keynes again in the future I'll definitely stop here again. Great work team!

Good service, nice food, fair price. It was a big booking and they were great, we also gave them a birthday cake and they bought it out for us with a song. 👍👍

My microwave turkey roast was horrible but I didn't want to put a downer on the evening as everyone else enjoyed their burgers. I had raw veg and horrible microwave potatoes and tiny pot of gravy and rock hard small Yorkshire. Really not worth £20, pretty disgusting. I won't be going back there. I spent over £122.00, really dissapointing!

Anya served us today and she was so helpful and friendly ! Stoped coming here as food wasn’t great but today anya went above and beyond to make sure this time was perfect ! And she smashed it ! Friendly welcoming and servies was amazing . She was chatty with our daughter and with us . Lovely servies great food ! Definitely coming back

Visited Harvester at Eastlake, and our server was Tricia. The service was quick and efficient. Our server was polite and demonstrated good interpersonal skills. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was cooked beautifully, and was hot upon arrival. The salad bar was freshly stocked, with a good choice. The only thing missing were the plates to put the bread rolls on! Nothing to critique on really. The server is a credit to Harvester!

Always good in here. The almost weekly meet up for drinks post running is good.

We visited Harvester Eastlake as it was half way between my mother, based in Kent, and my aunt in Cheshire. We both travelled a long way but it was worth it. All in there were 6 of us. We were greeted by Anya and shown our table. Our requirements, as we had 2 elderly ladies, aged 91 and 79, had clearly been acted on and Anya was very helpful. We were served by Tom, who is again good with people and listens to you. The food was great and very good value with the refillable drink options explained. A lovely day we will remember especially for my mother and her sister. Thanks to Harvester Eastlake and Anya and Tom in particular.

Julia provided friendly, courteous, attentive and thorough service for our meal for 8 last night. It just so happens that she has served us on our last few visits. Always perfect service with a smile. She is a credit to the establishment. Thank you Julia.

So out of the 6 people that went 3 meals were the same 7oz gamon and one was a burger with no sauce as asked but was given with sauce so had to be asked to amend or make again, all in all service was good any problems was sorted out straight away all in all a nice Birthday treat for my Mum

The food was great and the staff was super friendly.

Our waiter Tom was very busy but the level of service was still great. I have a wheat intolerance and he bought over an iPad and explained how to filter the food by allergen which was really helpful. He was exceptionally police and friendly and is a credit to the team. The food was served quickly, was hot and delicious. Thanks for a great dinner.

November 8th, food OK, staff were attentive. Manager had his shirt hanging out, looked s scruffy individual. Cost was about £30 per person. We found a Carvery about 10 min drive away from holiday inn, it was £12.50, a person lovely.

Popped for some lunch, pre booked table as gets busy. Service was excellent, polite, friendly and attentive waiter even though he was extremely busy. Food came quick a d was pipi g hot. Great lil place to go out for a meal

We turned up 15 minutes before our booking time, with a toddler who was being a bit of a handful. I explained I had trouble trying to book the table for 2pm as the app kept erroring! The two ladies on the desk were trying to sort a table out for us (there were quite a few empty tables). A man then came and took over and said in a very rude manner “your table is booked for 2.15pm, that’s when it will be ready!” We couldn’t hang round for 15 minutes with hungry children and an unhappy toddler running around the bar, so we left, mainly because of the rudeness!!!!

Excellent venue clean and inviting. Harry was excellent with his manners and service skills. Credit to him. Food very good, hot and tasty. Enjoyable evening. Highly recommended.

Visited two nights as in the area and although they've taken off the vegan chilli we still enjoyed a big plate of salad and a side of chips. Please bring back the vegan options 🙏

I've eaten in here all week and all food was amazing. Can't fault the place worked away for years and this is by far the best I've been to. Sammie was amazing her service was 1000% spot on.

For someone training Graham was absolutely amazing. The way he treated me and served me and then kept checking was 1st class, all I can say is what a great teacher he has in Sammy.

It's a shame that the male manager was so miserable, otherwise this would have been a much better experience. We visited on the evening of Thursday 24th an were "welcomed" by who we assume was the manager, he seemed almost annoyed seating us. Fortunately the other staff were friendly and welcoming. Food wise standard harvester offering, salad bar was full and had all the options (unlike our local).

Good food, excellent friendly people! We popped in here on our way back to London and were so pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was here. Special shout out to Sam and Graham who were both so kind and attentive and just absolutely lovely. Food was good and speedy too! Couldn’t be happier :)

Very busy both nights over the weekend. Venue chosen as it was across the car park from our hotel. Easy table booking, by phone and talking to staff, no luck with the automatic machine. No problem once talking to a person. Arrived early one night a bit late the other, no trouble same efficient welcome both times. Despite being very busy, orders were taken by friendly and attentive staff. The food arrived in a decent time and was as anticipated. Lively atmosphere on both occasions.

Our first time here and we loved it. Excellent food at a good price and service was marvellous.

This is our ‘go to’ steak house. I did notice however, that my portion of fries had shrunk considerably compared to previous visits 😩 I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come 🤞

It is a long time since I visited a Harvester, so I can report a big improvement in all areas. Very attentive and helpful staff, good quality food, reasonably priced. And Guinness Zero at lunchtime, so what is not to like?

Same as every other harvester you have been in.

I’ve always loved the concept of Harvester, However, the menu change and the removal of the barbecue sauce was a shock to the system. The food didn’t taste like it used to and the ice cream was basically melted on the plate. Service was good

Good food, great prices. Would have been better if they had spread the tables out a bit more. We had some very noisy neighbours, and bearing in mind the covid situation it wasn't comfortable.

Went to have a family meal. The restaurant was very busy so we had our meal in the pub part. We had a wonderful time and what made it very special was the lady that served us, Sammy. Super star, she was so helpful. Thank you ❤️

Ok let's get this right it's a harvester, however best harvester we have visited, our waitress was Ruby and let me tell you harvester managers you have an absolute diamond in this young lady , attentive and polite and new what she was talking about with menu , harvester you can be proud of this team, the steak was brilliant and food was 100% thank you Ruby and thank you harvester

Amy was great, served us quickly but with no pressure to hurry. Food was really good half roasted chicken was really tasty and added bonus of watching it on the rotisserie. Kids were tired and being given the packs for them to keep distracted even if it's only a little time really made a difference. Service was really good and so nice to see staff actually happy to be there

Had a lovely breakfast here. The decor and ambience were inviting and have improved since I was last here. Food was hot and fresh and refillable tea and coffee was great value. Service was excellent and Tricia was very personable and accommodating and didn't just serve us but also took time to talk to us. We weren't rushed out as soon as we'd finished eating which was nice. We had a lovely experience and will definitely be returning.
