Most enjoyable. Great food,great value, lovely bubbly staff

As we came during the 50% off mains deal, it was incredibly busy, but we were easily accommodated despite being a busy night. Our waitress Ella was lovely, she was so polite, asked us how we were and was very prompt. She took our drinks order within the first 5 minutes of being sat and we did food at the same time. The salad bar is always iconic and can’t be beat. We both got the Combo, everything was delicious, and our waitress checked in on us to make sure everything was good. It was a good night.

Last time I came service was terrible, thought I’d give it another go and this time it was amazing. Erin was great, attentive, knowledgeable. Turned a bad experience into a great one, we will deffo be back

A great place to eat staff very welcoming great for disabled access and never an issue taking our assistance dog, would recommend pre booking if disabled as seating better if booked

Cheap and cheerful food, can't argue with 50% off. Highlight was definitely Erin our waitress. So helpful and warm. Definitely went above and beyond for us, best service I've had anywhere in a long time

It's always cold in here, take a coat in winter and your own fan in summer, they need to sort the temp out

Salad bar pretty poor almost every container empty.but that is normal in the snuff mill.

Nice atmosphere with a random fish pond in the freeze but the kids loved that! Service was generally good Food good quality Only downside was the pretty empty y salad bar, which when asked they did start to top up. Prior to this half of it was filled with just tomatoes. Overall, good visit!

Had a lovely breakfast here. There was a bit of a mix up with our order due to waitress putting through a Classic Breakfast instead of a Vegetarian Breakfast. However, the food was excellent when we got the correct order.

I was disappointed with the whole evening , we got to the table at 7.00 pm ordered food it was freezing had to sit with coats on all evening , also was hardly any salad, at the salad bar no-one had top up salad so all we had was tomatoes cucumber and some beans the food arrived at table 1 hour and fifteen minutes later but was served on dessert plates not good at all , we won't be going to this harvester again

The Harvester in Snuff Mill's is a great experience with a unique aesthetic - it's almost like a winter village inside a building! The food here is pretty good, cooked well and tastes good. There is room for improvement, I think particularly with the meat, where more flavour could be provided. The staff and service here is generally good. Staff are very nice but may take some time to serve you.

Haven't been to harvester for a while because last couple of visits were disappointing so was surprised earlier that the menu was light my partner asked for three different meals each one unavailable and the salad cart was not that full and worst of all no bread rolls used to be a treat going to harvester just one good thing young lady that served us was outstanding

Basically no food was available! Would have accepted this if we’d had a phone call but instead received a text to remind me of my booking.

Waitress was very polite and friendly. Prompt service and nothing too much trouble. Kept us informed of the slight delay in the food coming out due to a large party but even that wasn’t an issue as when the food arrived, it was gorgeous.

I had steak my daughter had chicken.It was very nice.With the salad cart they should provide plates for the bread rolls as you have to butter them on the table which is not hygienic .

what a meal, a succulent British meal, came with 2 friends left very satisfied and had excellent service by the young gent on the salad bar named Alfie, will come again, 5 out 5 stars!

Busy and dirty tables and chairs

Had a great Christmas Day and meal at the Harvester snuffmills frenchay.

Absolute joke of a place. Payed for breakfast with Santa for my kids. And my parents. Got charged for 3 breakfasts with santa when in fact we only asked for 2. Got charged £30 for 2 crappy pancakes which weren't cooked properly and slapped on a plate, and then went to see said Santa (included in the rip off price). Was in there for no longer than 30seconds and my girls only got a mini Malteser chocolate bar, got asked their names and waht they asked for. Then felt as though we were rushed out of there. Got charged for 3x refillable hot drinks. Again. Only asked for 2. So in total payed almost £70 for 5 breakfasts. Didn't come with the options as my parents asked for. AVOID this place like the plague. FUMING isn't the word! Didn't want to make a scene infront of my girls.

I ate here last night with my mother and had a lovely meal with a quaint atmosphere, our server Redford was kind and courteous, he really made us feel welcome and would make us crack up with a joke or two. Would eat here again

Just wanted to comment on the lovely meal I had last night with my partner, the mixed grill i had was delicious. Also are waiter Redford was incredibly polite and was very good at his job. Definitely will be coming back.

Had the 7oz gammon meal, was lovely but the fried egg was awful 😖 cooked In old oil, was runny but brown as hell from underneath and edges, I work in a school kitchen with a 5 star rating, so basically I'm very disappointed in my food I ate 😐 won't be coming back 😐

Food and service great but I was very cold sat by the pond.

Terrible experience today. Visited with my family and to start most of our meals were inedible. Tiny portions, very overcooked food. Restaurant was freezing cold to the point where we kept our coats on. Unfortunately they were understaffed so we sat with a dirty uncleared table whilst we tried to order. Waste of alot of money on very overpriced food. Every ladies toilet was without seats to top off the experience.

Very quiet compared to other harvesters I've been to and yet I find it the most interesting as it has the pond in the middle! A little bit of investment I felt is needed and certainly some kind of advertising or offer for local people to get them through the door. Great potential, but something felt off? (There was only us and a couple of other tables other peak dining hours)

Went for food with my daughter and family, wasn't expecting much as last time I was there they had no pumped beer on a Friday night, However what a difference food good , drinks all available , and Erin our waitress absolutely faultless, not just to us but all her tables around us, she is a credit to Harvester, polite, friendly and generally fun but also professional, 😀

Came here with the family for dinner. Our server Erin was fabulous. What an absolute star she is. Noting was too much trouble. We went to harvester snuff mills on sat 16/11/24 upon arrival it is very welcoming and very festive I had rotisserie chicken and chips with corn bread and extra gravy, my husband had a roast turkey Xmas lunch which he said was excellent , the salad bar was full and fresh . Manager Helen was very attentive as were all the staff Great job thanks very much we will be back

Had to review because our server Kate was incredible. We went for my son’s 5th birthday, she was so lovely to him and let him feed the fish and told the kids all their names. Booking was easy and they gave us the table we needed to accommodate my parents. The food was good and service was quick. Thank you!

Food was below par, service pretty slow. I also think that coins shouldn't be put in water that has fish in it as it's toxic to the fish.

Nice food, place is a bit run down, but, saying that I enjoyed my meal, staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Disabled toilet was a bit blocked by highchairs. Once mentioned to a member of staff, she apologised and dealt with it instantly. I will definitely be going back again next month for another meal. Even though I felt the prices were a bit high, £62 for 2 people who only had a soft drink each. The food was cooked well, but I wouldn't call it cheap and cheerful. Otherwise, it would not have been so expensive. Nice, koi pond and relaxing to watch the fish even though the water smelled like stinky farts!

One of the best Harvester meals I've ever had. Food was all cooked, to perfection I'd say. Portion sizes were fantastic. Friendly atmosphere. Requested a highchair and we're sat by the baby station (microwave etc) and close by to baby changing which was very thoughtful. Service was a little slow at times but this can be forgiven as it was very busy when we first arrived, and the quality of the food made up for it. Will be back 😊

Good place for a family meal. Unlimited salad bar, a fish pond, good service, food is as expected. They also have special deals on sometimes which makes meals the price you'd expect (rather than slightly overpriced). Had a good time.

Food was terrible. Half the fries were anaemic and the other half like they'd been sat in the fryer far too long. The mac and cheese was vile. Slimy, tasteless, overcooked (heated!) Burger was OK. Staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant was cold and uncomfortable. Toilets were disgusting!
