Ordered a 12" margarita pizza with chicken tikka topping. When they delivered it they had only sent a margarita. I rang them to request them to send the correct pizza but their driver was "too busy" to rectify their mistake. I was a regular customer but will never use them again.

I've only ordered from here for delivery. This is absolutely 💯 amazing food every time. Highly recommend. Get your orders in guys 😋👍🏼

absolutely terrible service i ordered a 14” cheese pizza and received a 10”. we phoned up expecting this small discretion to be corrected. however what greeted us was a disgusting member of staff who wouldn’t let us talk, shouted over the top of us and spoke to us in a way which is absolutely unacceptable at any level. after his tirade of of abuse we finally got the chance to explain and despite us having a receipt showing they were wrong he continued to shout at us and be ignorant. the quality of food isn’t the problem but the service and the way we were spoken too after explaining they had got the order wrong was disgusting and unacceptable.

Had a takeaway told us to the minute when it would arrive food was spot on definitely would use this place again and reasonably priced

Food was pretty bad, curry was full of oil but little flavour. Left specific instructions to call when they arrive. Instead knocked on neighbour's house at midnight before calling me. Curry was crushed and went all over everything and made a mess. A drink was missing from the order and overall extremely disappointing and unprofessional... Won't ever order from here again and would definitely NOT recommend...

This takeaway is scam. How ordered two pizza 8 inches two burger and I asked for salad he said it’s inside but. There wasn’t any salad.

Order food and not all of it came phone and for them to tell me it was all there will never order anything again staff very rude and paid a extra fee £4.50 service charge and minimum fee for order and delivery service

If I could put no stars I would. My partner has had food poisoning from here twice this year second time over the weekend she was hospitalised. Absolute disgusting takeaway, don’t cook food properly, and when you recieve it, it nearly kills you. I am not happy and will be going too the food standards agency about this. Avoid at all cost!!!

I've had the Special Mixed Kebab a number of times over the years and was looking forward to one yesterday but was rather disappointed to find that it's now really a large Doner Kebab with a very small amount of Chicken Tikka and no Seekh Kebab. The Kebab was ok but given the change to the meat content it's debatable whether it's value for money anymore (£13, including service and delivery) so I think last night will probably be my last one.

Customer service awful, food sometimes okay others not: Ordered a special kebab and I came cold, apparently because they had just opened, mistakes happen fair enough. Was told they would send a replacement out next time, tried 3 times each with the excuse that the manager isn’t in. Obviously a ploy to avoid honouring their offer of a replacement for inedible food.

The absolute most horrendous, and I mean horrendous butter chicken you could ever punish yourself with. Brown bits of alleged chicken in a sauce I can only describe as full fat milk with a knob of butter. No spices whatsoever. Never mind the naan! Called them to complain....not bothered...no surprise. ☹️

Absolutely degrading food, all curries taste the same with no spices all water based! Ordered a butter chicken and it tasted like a pot of sugar. Whoever is saying this place is more than one star is either lying or their own staff/family are posting reviews. We eat takeaways a lot and that has to be the worst in Sheffield. It’s worse than chinos! Please if you are reading this then Avoid at all cost. Save your money and your time.

Begrudge having to give one star. Tried a couple of different things, each one was terrible. Basically inedible heart attack on a plate, for poor people. Only good(?) thing is open later than others, hence got roped into ordering while in company, despite deciding never to use again. Didn't even deliver the food (probably a bonus!).

We have eaten from here for years. After a break we went back for a treat and got a pittance. Soggy Poppadums - yuk, much smaller portion of Biryani, and bland sauce with no potato in. Sorry guys that's custom lost. Not good.

Where do I start. Ordered food staff didn't even look at me. It is the dirtiest place I've ever seen. It last got inspected 3 years ago and let me tell you this place would be shut down if an inspector turned up. Unhygienic disgusting place

Went in tonight for pizza and chips and grated cheese with garlic mayo the chips was absolutely delicious until the cat robbed me the pizza was cooked to perfection nice and fresh the workers are always polite and welcoming

Highly recommended, my go to for Curries. Really tasty, good range of styles, always quick delivery and arrive hot. Also, if you like insanely big kebabs, try the special mixed one, it could feed 3 people easily.

Past few weeks had awful currys from other places, so ordered from Hasina's again because we never have a issue, it was spot on as usual! Also do pizza, so that's great when we have a curry so kids can have pizza! 100% recommend! We love chicken tikka masala from here!

If I could give this place no stars I would but to give a review you have to put 1 star absolutely diabolical rang the order to be delivered rang back an hour and a half later to see when it was going to be delivered was told I did not place an order with them even though I had the phone records on my phone and then called me a liar avoid at all costs

Orderd food online for first time, very Quick and easy. Food came within time, nice and warm, Had donna kebabs and they were very good. Going to order again and maybe try something different . Really tastey...

Placed an order and order was going to be an hour which was not a problem. They turned up well over an hour late and the food was cold. When we rang to complain, they kept hanging up. Would not recommend at all

Awful food. We placed an order for two people, one for a mixed kebab and a pizza with chips and salad. Food arrives on time, but pizza is going cold. My salad order is wrong. Other person eats some of their kebab and leaves it because some of the meat tastes strange. Within 6 hours of eating, said person is ill and throwing up. They were not ill prior to eating food from Hasinas tonight. Appears we are not the only ones reporting meat from this place tastes strange. Will never order from here again.

I waited 3 hours for my food and was told an hour and a half originally and it was not even near worth the wait, I do not recommend this place at all and I'll not be returning here ever. 0 stars

The worst food I have ever tasted. The chicken tikka massalla was vile and had a medicine aftertaste! Gloopy consistency with nothing in the gloop apart from half a dozen tiny slices of chicken (all the same size so probably bought in frozen). Prawn Korma was vile, again gloop like wallpaper paste consistency, few cheap bullet shrimps in a spicy not Korma strength sauce. The best part of the meal was the garlic nan which was nice.

Never ever ordering from here again only ordered as my usual place was closed so on to the food I had delivered tonight me and my partner both had the American burger and chips the burger bun was burnt the burger was way too greasy the fried onions wasn't fried the salad is just a bit of lettuce and loads of cabbage and the chips tasted cheap and nasty absolustely disgusting place

DON’T EVEN TRY TO BUY ! The food has dust particles in it. The food is dirty and smelly. The employees are rude and they can’t deliver the food in a good way . When trying to contact them regarding this they don’t respond. So I lodged a complaint against them in food and safe department. Very poor quality.

I mean, it was pretty good. The full judeo-chistianity issue hasn't been fully resolves yet, and there was a part of figernail in my order, but what can you expect? Denigrated subservience? All in all it was pretty good, and the fingernails were only in the starters, so I really can't broadcast any strong sense of indignation. It might be a piece of PVC on closer inspection. It cries for a closer inspection of the role industry has played in our society. Although, it if weren't at piece of PVC, I can tell you that it was a real MAN who grew a piece of toenail like this;. But let us not be so arrogant to disregard the influence slavery and denigration has had in our society. A fingernail imposed upon an unwitting civillain seems fair enough in the face of the abrasive british bulldog apparrel. God forbid the much more unappealing apparitions I might encounter if I should enlist myself in the British Millitary. Besides all of that, I have only got onto starters, and I haven't started on main course yet. Edit: On to main course. They have included an extra dish which I did not order, and I am considering this to be an expression of generosity.

Hasinas takeaway AVOID AVOID AVOID like the plague The food is cheap and the portions are small the service is absolute rubbish They cannot get an order right last week I ordered a balti they got it wrong I was so angry I just got in from work and was starving I rang them up they apologised and put it right but I was waiting nealy an hour and a half so tonight I ordered again I thought it every one makes mistakes so I ordered again I ordered a kebab and 2 pieces of chicken and chips the kebab had no salad on when I told them all the salad the chicken was burnt to a crisp I only wished I could post a pic of it they was like 20 chips I couldent eat any of it. I will not be ordering again tonight I actually went in instead of ordering from home and they still got it wrong the place is filthy tomorrow I will be ringing environmental health as I saw rats outside

Very disappointed. I ordered over the just eat app I requested a time that suited me as I was still at work. Luckily my brother was home as it came half an hour early. I had the money so my brother scraped the money together but I wasn't enough. The delivery driver said hed take the money and come back for the rest. Long story short I paid 23 quid for an ice cold kebab

Have takeaways regular from Hasinas. The food is lovely but the service tonight was terrible. My Daughter made sure they knew that we'd got an old menu & asked if what we wanted was still available...she was told "yes". When the food arrived we were missing chips & garlic bread which was part of what we were told was available. She rang up to be told that the person who had took the order had made a mistake...the items were no longer available & that we would have to pay extra. When she explained that she had stated we had got an old menu the person on the phone got extremely rude..."do you want it or what"...awful customer service...won't be ordering again...

I have been a regular customer here for over 7 years tonight i have orded food for the family i had an old menue so i made sure the special i wanted was the same as new menue to be told yes. When food came we was missin garlic bread n chips then to ave the nob on other end of phone sayin i orded wrong n if i wanted the extra 2 i would ave to pay. He was very nasty on phone so spoke to boss he said young lad made a mistake but i would ave to wait till my next order to get wot i had missed. I am not happy n think next time i will order sumwere else. !!!!!!!
