Haute Dolci in Trafford

Amelia was excellent- great customer service at the Trafford Centre last night - thank you so much she went above and beyond.

We tried 2 of the milkshakes, waffles and the Matilda chocolate cake! All were fantastic

This is one of the few dessert places based at the Trafford Centre, and it always hits the (sweet) spot! The food is 100% halal, and they have a separate menu for allergies. There is also a newer Dolci branch on Wilmslow Road in Manchester FYI. Although a small dessert place based in The Orient upstairs, the wait time is decent. The waffles and pancakes are always made fresh. The Matilda cake has been on the menu for a few months now. The presentation is a sight to see, and I've heard great things! I must try it some time :D The hot/cold drinks and other food items are great too. Dolci has a wide selection of food items both savoury and (mostly) sweet - no complaints on extent of items served on the menu. Overall, I always have a positive experience at Dolci at Trafford, and I high recommend it to everyone looking to satisfy that sweet tooth!

Great experience here with the entire family… the waiter Afrid was absolutely fantastic, polite and delivered excellent customer service, always with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure we were happy. He even obliged to take our family photo for us when asked.

We stopped for deserts and coffee and the experience was very good. I had the yogurt wich was very healthy and my wife an expresso made as it should. The cakes and smoothies looks amazing but we had just a look at them. We were served/sitted very quickly and professionally. Surely recomend.

I had the most delicious Saint Sebastian cheesecake I’ve ever tasted 😋 so good, I had to go back for seconds. Creamy, rich, and perfectly caramelized. The friendly and attentive staff made the experience even better, ensuring everything was just right. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service very nice girls, it’s a shame they don’t receive card tips when no one carries cash nowadays. For such a high end restaurant this is very disappointing and should be changed immediately it is very unfair as the service was immaculate and the drinks were amazing! I didnt catch workers names but well done to the 2 in hijabs❤️

The service was extremely disappointing. No one came to check on us, and it took an hour to receive our order. We requested tap water, but it never arrived. After the long wait , we were finally served a scoop of ice cream and chocolate fudge cake. It was clear the cake had been sitting out for some time, as it wasn’t fresh or warm. Wouldn't spend so much for a place where customer service and plating is just mere advertisement. Overall, the experience was very poor and left us thoroughly disappointed.

Booked online for a festive menu, when we arrived they had no details of this or even took our booking name. After being seated and then ignored my husband asked for the set menu we had booked with online with. we were told that they don't do that menu here. So we left, found the demeanour of staff a bit rude from the offset and then very awkward when we had to leave

Beautiful as always, we got the cookies and cream milkshakes with a kids one for our son, stacked pancakes and dipped strawberries! Fruit is always so fresh & amazing staff!

deserts are nice however whenever i come here the waffles and the crepes are always cold and not hot. We also asked one of the staff to serve ice cream separate and they did not, didn’t bother telling them as I know the staff would judge. On the menu it also states a dipped strawberry will be provided with the crepe. We told the staff and they proceeded to say it one of em said it depends if the staff make it or not??? when it’s clearly stated in the menu SEPERATE… The forks were all dirty that were also given to us. Also only had 3 staff when it was busy.

Hello, curious googlers. I went to dolci and it was amazing. It fit my beautifully high standards. It was fit for a person like myself and will be fit for anyone else who wants to go. I love my deserts and I loved the deserts at dolci. I love excellent customer service and I loved Alishba. That midget slay boss queen served today and served with a smile on her cutie little face. Such a bubbly hard worker. She had such an insane energy she just made me want to scream with joy. My friend Samantha did a kart wheel after we left. Alishba was just such a joy!!! 10/10 will recommend and make sure you go when alishba is working!!! You’ll be kartwheeling just like my queen Samantha.

me and a couple of my friends came in and was say immediately by our waiter hadiya and sally, we ordered and our food very quickly arrived. it was extremely delicious a few of the things we had ordered included cookie dough, the croffle and a few drinks overall amazing experience

The experience was disappointing, primarily due to the poor customer service. While enjoying coffee with a Cake Box (pure vegan) cake, we were abruptly stopped and informed that we could not eat it there because they do not sell it ( CAKE BOX ). This was not only unnecessary but also left a negative impression. I found the behaviour unwelcoming and felt genuinely upset by the situation.

Very good selection of milkshakes, ice ice creams and desserts, which all sound amazing. My milkshake was nice, but I have had better in other fast food chains for a bit cheaper just down the stairs from this particular Haute Dolci. I haven't tried the cakes and other ice creams but possibly would consider going again if I wanted to REALLY treat myself to a £10+ dessert...
