Delicious and the dry ice was great

This was a lovely restaurant and staff were great. The food could use some seasoning but the desserts were great.

Spent over £100 because the menu items were AMAZING! I definitely recommend trying the Matilda Cake, it gets served by the manager with a little special surprise. The burgers were MOUTH WATERING and Bri is such a sweet, friendly amazing waitress, honestly loved the experience, definitely coming back here again!!

We came at 9:27pm, 3 minutes before they closed, as we thought they closed at midnight. The young man explained this to us but still invited us in and when I explained that we just drove 40minutes he even offered us to sit. We did take it out. Just wanted to say thank you for your kindness and good costumer service.

Haute Dolci Watford - Stylish but Taste Lacks I've been eager to visit Haute Dolci Watford for quite some time, and finally got the opportunity. The restaurant's decor is undeniably impressive, with a calming color palette that immediately draws you in. We ordered the American Waffle, Jalapeño bites, Avocado Toast, and Lotus Milk Cake. Hits and Misses: * Jalapeño Bites & American Waffle: These were both delicious and lived up to our expectations. * Avocado Toast & Lotus Milk Cake: Unfortunately, both the Avocado Toast and the Lotus Milk Cake were disappointing. Presentation vs. Flavor: The food at Haute Dolci Watford is beautifully presented, which is a definite plus. However, we felt that the taste didn't quite match the visual appeal. Overall: While the ambiance is lovely, the food experience was somewhat underwhelming.

I came to Haute Dolci with my family and we fell in love with the amazing desserts we had. The service was out of this world, super friendly and attentive. My 4 year old son was treated very nicely by the waiting staff and he even surprised my son with a lovely liquid nitrogen in a cup effect, which he loved. Our crepes and waffles were tasty and you could tell they were made with high quality ingredients. I recommended 100%

Very clean, not easy for the wheelchair to move around, I felt like I was in the way. Nice menu with some options, but it was not very clear. Waited a while for our food but when it came out the dishes looked amazing. Unfortunately both of our dishes were cold, it would have been so much better if the crepes and waffle were warm. The food was lovely but it was expensive, no atmosphere in the restaurant, I was struggling with the app but no staff offered to help, and when we were ready to pay, there was no staff around at all and we waited 10 minutes before one came out of the kitchen.

This is a really nice place. The food is great and the people who work there are friendly, they sometimes come and ask how how the food is. The chairs are really comfortable and the food doesn't take too long to come.

Lovely place. Staff were lovely, food was quick and delicious, they brought out a plate with Happy Birthday written on for my partners birthday too. We had the shakshuka and little egg-citing.

I came here for my friends birthday dinner, The food here was absolutely delicious, service was excellent and the food was delivered very quickly, over all very pleased with the experience!!

This dessert restaurant is the bomb! The moment you walk in, the sweet smells hit you like a warm hug. I tried their signature cheesecake, and it was so creamy and delicious that I almost cried happy tears. The staff is super chill and friendly, making you feel right at home. If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and check it out—you won't regret it!

I’m editing my review as I thought I would give this place another chance, I came with my two kids and was seated, after about 10 mins I got the attention of the waitress who took our order. We only ordered 3 items, spicy hash, pancakes and a Caesar salad. After 30 minutes of waiting with the kids getting restless, I had to get up and ask the waiter why our order was not ready, especially as many tables who came in after us were seated and served their food before us, the waiter came over and said it’s because of they had ordered desserts, but I could see other tables being served burgers etc, it was frustrating to have to chase this, after I spoke to him, he asked the kitchen and our items were ready in 10 mins and served to us. It was almost like our order was forgotten about. When we left at-least they removed the service charge without me asking as I would not have paid this, and the waiter apologised for the long wait. It’s a shame as it ruined the experience for me.

Staff - male staff member was slow and rude to us. We noticed that he was polite to other customers. We felt like an inconvenience. It almost felt like a prejudice, a not liking of us and we had no idea why? When he asked if everything was okay, we told him about slow service and we got a free cheesecake but no apology.

The service was prompt, and despite the restaurant being busy, we never felt rushed. The pricing was reasonable for the quality offered, making it a great value for money.

The food was the best I've had in a long time, The taste is spot-on, and the presentation is absolutely top-notch. If you happen to be nearby, do yourself a favor and give it a try. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time at Haute Dolci Watford. All the food was delicious especially the burgers tasted very succulent.

A great cafe for gathering or want to have a quick meal. Their food was not bad. The coffee was also good. The only thing I would say is how they handle the food. They did not place it properly when a couple of dishes presented to us. Also, their staff was not careful so my friend’s dishes became a mass.

We had a lovely time at Haute Dolci Watford. We were served by Haseeb who was very helpful and knowledgeable and looked after us well. All the food was delicious especially the burgers tasted very succulent. The hot chocolate had a nice smooth flavour and the strawberry milkshake tasted really nice with fresh strawberries in it. Will definitely be recommending to everyone and visiting again soon 🌟

Nice place , a bit pricy but the service is much slower that " very slow" can describe. Online order doesn't work and you have to wait 20-30 minutes for a waitress to come closer to you to ask if you can order your food because his priority is to clean empty tables. Entire experience was ruined by disorganised staff. I will never come back.

Desert and drinks selections was great and good taste. But waiting time was terrible. Also prices are quite high! Because we’ve only had a coffee and deserts! I think I will pay same amount at harrods :)

I am a Chef by profession, the hospitality is up to a 5 star hotel. Mr. Wasim served us with care and kept my special request of extra hot hot Hot Chocolate. The ambience took us back to Charlie's Choclate Factory. A very nice experience altogether.

The food is immaculate it incapsulates the explosion of tropical flavours that tingles on my tongue. The rich chocolate sauce was a river of heaven. The pancakes are so filling and like a dream. It’s perfect for fruit lovers and sweet lovers. The presentation of the food was like a dream it looked like it was sent from heaven. The service was amazing. Had very sweet waitresses that gave us a small birthday surprise. It’s like we knew the workers for years and their smiles filled us with joy. The atmosphere stood out from other restaurants. It’s joyful and bright that really screams welcoming and excitement. It’s an experience I would always want to do again for the first time. This place makes me feels special, like I belong. The marble bathroom is outstanding and clean which really depicts how good of standards this place has. I would so recommend loved it.

This place is amazing the most amazing place I have ever stepped foot in. I must say that the staff are such incredible people, Brie, who was not our server but was a wonderful waiter enhanced our experience. The food was marvellous, it looked straight out of a movie. I got the slumber party cookie dough, it was absolutely sensational and it was a melt in the mouth delicacy. The drinks were phenomenal. This was one of my absolute favourite resturant I’ve ever been to. I purchased the French toast which I will think about for days. I took a bite and I honestly almost teared up of happiness. I must try everything! The atmosphere is excellent and our server was super sweet- thank you Bri for the best service! So comforting and understanding. I definitely recommend this , and I will be back to try the savoury treats, even if it is a 2 hour bus from me!!!

The experience was absolutely delightful!! The service was incredible, being hosted by Bri and another lovely gentleman (I apologise for not getting his name, but appreciate his service nonetheless!). I have genuinely never bitten into such delicious food. The flavours, regarding both savoury and sweet, simply melted in my mouth filling it with a lovely sensation, I will definitely be coming back and recommending my to friends. On top of that, customer service is amazing (thanks to Bri, one of the employees) - definitely unique from other restaurants I have been to (they are all so friendly)! If you’re looking for a place that has excellent customer service, food and atmosphere, then Haute Dolci is the place.

I have been to HD many times but this particular time it ticked all the boxes for me! I went on a breakfast date with my 7 year old and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The ambiance was perfect, calm with some classy music and good volume. We could actually hear each other talk! The food was really good, fresh and served aesthetically. The service was very polite and they even did a little magic show for my daughter! She loved it all. It’s a bit towards pricy side, £24 for one kids meal, one adult meal and a drink but over all, they made our time very special and unforgettable! Thanks HD. 😊

Had a great brunch / breakfast here today! They had lots of different options for breakfast from savoury to sweet (I had a crepe and it was delicious)! The decor was lovely inside and they let us in a bit early too for our table which was very kind! Decently priced too would recommend

While the atmosphere and service was great, the dessert, one being a chocolate pudding type dish, was quite dry. Chocolate strawberries texture was a bit odd, not sure what the preparation for those were, together with finding a piece of metal from whatever the dessert was warmed up in, within the cake still. This was reported to the server who reassured me that it was part of what it's cooked in, but shouldn't have happened. Next thing you know there was a steam thing put on the table, I think the aim was for an apologetic gesture, I don't know but I was quite confused. Quite disappointed with my visit today as had been looking forward to coming here for a while. Food quality needs to improve perhaps.

The service at Haute Dolci is always amazing. We ordered a San Sebastián Cheesecake and asked for the Kunaffe from the croissant to be added on top and this was not an issue! It was a customised dessert to perfection - without a fuss! Amazing service.

I visited with my two daughters. Whilst food was good, service was terrible. Inattentive, bordering rude, the team were not working together. We didn’t get cutlery when our food arrived…we asked, got 1 set and had to ask for more! They don’t bring you the bill…you have to go up to pay and wait in queue again. We’ll not return.
